The apartment is great, the view is gorgeous, there is everything you need, I really liked it. There may be only one inconvenience, if someone lives next door, it may be inconvenient, there is almost no privacy

We had a lovely stress free stay at Al’s place. The flat is nice, well equipped and the view from the living room balcony is stunning with amazing sunset. Al was always responsive and helpful. Great place to stay, highly recommend. :)

We had the pleasure of spending some wonderful days at the Kochini villa in Nea Dimmata – an absolutely comfortable house with amazing sea view, large balconies and spacious open spaces. The villa is well equipped: an excellently furnished kitchen, two separate bedrooms with air conditioning and a modern, stylish bathroom. The entire decor is welcoming, functional and designed with a lot of love for detail. We felt like at home from the first moment. We particularly enjoyed the tranquility and proximity to the sea and beach – a perfect place to relax. The communication with Evridiki was warm, professional and straightforward at all times. Five stars are absolutely deserved, and we can fully recommend this place. We will be happy to come back! Thank you for everything, Evridiki! Luise and Henning

We visited Paphos for our friend’s wedding locally and we are so glad we found Svetlana’s place to stay. We enjoyed sitting by the pool most of the time and nearby walks along the beach. Some nice family friendly restaurants nearby too. We had a great week.

The villa was super nice and large, there were four of us and had a lot of space and could spread us well. The roof terrace was the highlight with a very nice view of the sea. Beautiful clean pool that we like to jump into,nice large and clean rooms,upstairs there were two rooms each with their own bathroom and downstairs there was still enough space. The location was super just walking down the street and there were many good restaurants and shopping opportunities. Unfortunately, we could not meet the owner in person, but the communication was very friendly and all questions were also answered quickly. All in one we had a very nice stay.

We searched and found an oasis of peace with a pool and proximity to the beach and nice places. Very attentive hostess who was concerned for our well-being. Beautiful garden area with chiller lounge on the 1st floor, large kitchen with living room. We were here as a family of 4 and would be happy to come back.

A really lovely flat with everything we needed (and more!) for a comfortable stay. The flat is so well equipped. Super friendly people (and cats), a relaxed location, and a short drive to loads of great restaurants and beaches, plus the beach 1 min walk away! Highly recommended!

This duplex apartment is fantastic. There is nothing lacking! Very tasteful and spacious. Super clean, friendly welcome with fruit, water and wine. Sophie, our host, accompanied us in a great way and was always available directly. The shared pool is a great thing and you can relax. Sea view from balcony, just a few meters to the beach, a supermarket right next door. It can't be more relaxing vacation. There is a good bus connection, also to the airport... and the royal tombs as well as the small old town are within walking distance. Clear booking recommendation!! 👍🏻🌸

We had a great stay at the villa. We loved the location - plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance, and being so close to the beach was amazing. The villa had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable.

The flat is perfect for a nice holiday. The kitchen is well equipped. You can feel comfortable on the large terrace overlooking the sea. In the area are many bars and restaurants that can be easily reached on foot. However, the apartment itself is very quiet and you can relax wonderfully. We would book again in a heartbeat!

If you want a clean, comfortable and convenient space this is it.

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay we are a family of 5 with a disabled 7 year old the villa was walking distance to coral bay you do have your cross a busy road but it was fine we walked mainly at night as it was very hot during the day the walk was pram accessible The pool was lovely and cleaned daily in the morning plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas Simos brought us fruits and olive oil throughout are stay and was easily contactable if needed also one week into our holiday had the luxury of the cleaners coming in to freshen the villa up and change the bedding which was a lovely added extra which we haven’t experienced anywhere else we have stayed being higher up on the hill there was a lovely gentle breeze which helped with the heat a little overall we had a lovely 2 week stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again it was perfect location and perfect villa Thankyou so much

The villa was just beautiful and better than the photos! From gorgeous decor, to beautiful gardens and pool. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all the little details and amenities you could need. Corallia beach is a 5 minute walk away and we preferred to Coral beach, the water is so clear and lovely. We literally just flew and flopped for a week, and wish we could have stayed longer as would have definitely explored the surrounding areas more. Porto antico was our favourite restaurant, food was just amazing from a simple burger to the steak and seafood. Anna was very responsive and arranged a taxi with Georgi for us, he and his team were great and so helpful when my eldest daughter arrived, picking her up at short notice from the airport. Would absolutely return in the future, just a wonderful holiday.

Carrie's apartments are truly exclusive - a unique place right by the sea, lots of different spaces to lounge. While quite a few other houses in the neighborhood, we felt very private. Neighbors are quiet, lots of greenery around. Although Pomos is a really small town, it's even a few not bad restaurants, there is a supermarket. The host is very nice, allowed us to do the check-in even a few hours early, constantly taking care of us and answered our questions promptly. The only small minus is the sea shore - how steep and very stony, so bathing is a bit of a discomfort. But everything else was super, I recommend it..:)

Nice apartment in a central location. A huge and varied choice of restaurants and facilities within a 10 minute walk. Free car park, on a bus route and main road in Paphos, Which was surprisingly quiet overnight. Great veranda. Nothing not to like at the price point.

We enjoyed our stay at Julia’s place as it had everything we needed for our family. The area was peaceful but also close enough to everything we needed. The check in was easy considering we did not arrive until after 11pm. Julia was very proactive with her details and arranged a cot for us at short notice. We would stay here again if we come back to this area many thanks Julia.

I had an amazing stay in this flat in Paphos! It was clean, cozy, and in the perfect location. The host was extremely helpful and super responsive. The price was unbeatable. Highly recommend!

This place is a little slice of heaven. Great location, beautiful inside and out. Super helpful friendly hosts. Had everything we needed and more. Handy for the beach and harbour bars, restaurants and coffee shops, and a perfect base for the Akamas region and Paphos airport. We would happily stay here again and have already recommended it to family. Also we LOVED the artworks around the apartment, great choices by real artists, it added to the vibe and enhanced our stay.

Very good communication, clean apartment

We highly recommend this apartment. We spent a week there with two kids. We were very comfortable and the wonderful terrace overlooking the sea was the most wonderful in the world. BBQ and fire pit <3. The owner prepared beach toys, board games, and stuffed animals for the kids, which was a lovely gesture. The location is perfect on the promenade that you can walk to the surrounding towns. During our stay, the nights were quite cool, but the apartment has air conditioning that can be heated, as well as an electric heater. In addition, the beds had super warm comforters (I was afraid there could only be thin sheets and blankets) it was great. We highly recommend this place and I hope to come back again.
