The location is great, gated community that is safe. We loved our stay in playa coco and the community was great.

This is a very clean, modern condo with all expected appliances and furnishings to have a great beach stay. The grounds are beautiful, and it is a close drive to the beach club which is amazing. Definitely recommend for a stay in Playa Conchal.

Amazing views. The complex is very secure with a guarded gate. Two pools and a gym. Only feedback is the AC units are undersized for the villa, especially the master bedrooms. It was 85 degrees at night inside with the AC running on high. The unit needs bigger AC units that are appropriate for its size. For the price, we should not be sweating to death at night. Other than that, great place.

This place is soo beautiful. Get ready to have the ocean just in front of you all day long. Just by sitting in this living room while looking at the ocean, you will be able to get so much peace and rest. Chris and Nadia are sooo friendly. Always looking to make you feel right at home.

Everything was great. Having the pool steps from the door was a big benefit, the kids loved it. Parking was generally easy. Walking distance to everything in town. Laundry on site is a bonus, and the air conditioning kept us happy in the heat.

The pictures truly reflect reality of this unit and 360 Splendor. We went at the start of June and had a wonderful time. The unit is on the 1st floor, 20 steps away from the infinity pool with an amazing view of Flamingo Beach. The balcony of the unit also has water view (of the bay behind). There is a nice gym, 2 hot tubs, and an open breakfast area, all on the top floor where you get the full 360 view which is amazing during a sunny morning. Breakfast costs $15 and you need to let them know the evening before. The unit itself is on the small side but sufficient for a family of 3 or 4 and has everything that you need to cook a meal. Getting to 360 Splendor may be a little challenging on foot if you have any physical issues. It is a fairly steep 0.5mi hill. But they have a few golf carts available to take you up and down. I am about to write 2 other 1* and 2* AirBnb reviews following our vacation, so I'm not writing reviews for the sake of it. But we really enjoyed this place!

Patrick provided a fantastic stay and experience. His communication was excellent. The location is ideal, and the space is comforting. I stayed for approximately two weeks, worked daily with multiple video calls each day, and never had an issue. Wifi streamed regularly at about 200 MB down. I've stayed in Pacifico frequently, and this is one of the better units. Highly recommend.

We recently visited Las Catalinas for a wedding, and our stay was perfect. Rosa's place was exactly as shown, had all the amenities we needed, and is ideally situated in to everything in town. The entire staff that help manage the property, and environment in Las Catalinas is incredible, and we would definitely visit again!

Joanna was a great host. Flexible and very accommodating when we’d made a mistake with our booking. Due to the time difference communication was a little delayed but that couldn’t be helped but needs to be considered. The apartment was perfect with all the amenities you’d require. Pacifico itself is a beautiful complex with everything you need right on hand. The pacifico complex has standards and rules that are gently enforced by the local security chaps who were all lovely so it’s nothing more than gentle advice if they feel the need. Kids jumping in the pool or music a little too late were two examples we encountered. None of this took away from a lovely stay in a lovely place.

This place was a luxurious treat to stay in, and helped our family of four (15 and 9 year old) have a great homebase for our time in Costa Rica. We arrived to a perfectly stocked kitchen, ready to use. Beach towels and pickle ball equipment was all there to use. A highlight was early morning coffee and family dinners on the idyllic porch surrounded by palm trees tops, watching the birds swoop through the trees. Tammy, you have a wonderful place, so thoughtfully put together and well-curated and cared-for, and Will, you are a wonderful contact and were so helpful with all our questions. The amenities were out of this world – with the swimming pools, lounge chairs and gardens – so easy to access and enjoy from this condo. Enjoying the stars from the vantage of a night swim or hot tub was another highlight for sure! The grocery store is a very short walk away, and we cooked lots of meals at home. We went to Costa Rica for a bit of relaxation, so we chose coco beach as a calm beach option (we had enjoyed Tamarindo's activity last trip, and wanted to try a different vibe). The place was fantastic. The pools were plentiful and well kept, the grounds were beautiful, and the staff was great. If you are looking for a condo that really just feels like a resort, this place is fantastic. The property has a nice gym on site ($45/week) and a beautiful new grocery store at the entrance to the Pacifico. There are multipe restaurans walking. The beach club was great, and though there is a $35 charge daily per person, $25 is credited towards your food and drink. The air bnb was fantastically appointed, had cable tv, all the cooking tools you would need, and an infrared grill on the patio. The unit feels secluded as it sits behind some beautiful flowers, separating it from the pool deck, but is literally first floor and less than ten feet out the back to the pool. Perfect for relaxing

This place is big and perfect for a long stay, or short vacation. It had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable and it’s in a quiet area with a beautiful balcony to bird watch. The beach and beach club were very easy to get to. I one even offered us the use of his golf cart while we were there. The service at the restaurants was amazing. Tom was a fantastic host. He always responded promptly and answered my questions and offered recommendations whenever we needed them. We were able to park in a spot very close to the condo which made coming and going and carrying luggage easy. Highly recommend staying in Tom’s place. You will not be disappointed

Exactly as pictured. The unit is clean and quiet. We were comfortable as a couple there, it would be a bit crowded if we had our kids. Las Catalinas is a great community, about an hour and a half away from the airport. Once you’re there, you’re likely staying mostly on the property as there isn’t an easy way to go anywhere else, but it’s a relaxing spot with good options for restaurants and the beach is perfect.

This house was absolutely incredible even better than the pictures! We stayed at the house for nine days and 2 families total. It was the perfect place to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. The beds were so comfy, top of the line kitchen, the most gorgeous outdoor kitchen, etc etc! I could go on and on. We LOVED the outdoor pool area and the location was amazing. We hope to be back one day! Jessica was super responsive and a wonderful host. Pura Vida!

We had a great time! The location was fantastic - walkable to restaurants, coffee shops and the beach. Hosts were so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend if you want both a beach town with great hospitality

We had the best time! We had a few small plumbing issues, Joel was immediately responsive and problems were solved within an hour. Restaurants: Rustico, Rural (Tamarindo), Lola’s. Beaches: playa Flamingo & Playa Avellana were our favorites. House is super family friendly with the open concept.

The view grabs you the moment you walk in the door. The kitchen, living and dining room are open with a view of the pool and pacific. The kitchen is beautiful and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The master has a view too! We opened our eyes to rainbows from our bed several mornings. It was magical. We used the outdoor shower more than the indoor. We loved it. The house, pool, view, layout, privacy of the location and Enis’ professionalism were all top notch. It highly recommend this airbnb.

This little condo was well worth all the tedious searching to find the perfect place for my husband and I on our second honeymoon. Not only does it feel like you're surrounded by the tropical forest even though you're in the city of Tamarindo, the vibes and amenities our top-notch. The bedroom got plenty of natural light which felt very romantic and bright in the morning. Really great storage for personal belongings. I love the real plants well taken care of inside and outside of the house. The kitchen was super well stocked and had everything we needed to cook our own food. The front patios hammock is perfectly placed as well and was great for morning coffee and reading. The 10-minute walk to our favorite beach for a delicious breakers in the morning, surrounded by howler monkeys and amazing birds was the cherry on top! p.s. there's a gym right across the street which is awesome. Can't wait to visit here again!

Out family couldnt say enough great things about the host and the home. They went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Our 7 member adult family had plenty to do, great recommendations from the host. Extra accommodations when asked. House was beautiful and clean. We engaged them throughout the trip and we felt like VIPs on the complex. I highly recommend this host and property. We are looking forward to a return trip in the near future!!

We had a wonderful stay at Mono Feliz! The villa had everything we needed to have a relaxing, peaceful stay in Costa Rica. The beach, beach club, shops, restaurants, and town were all in walking distance. After enjoying the day with all the area had to offer, it was especially nice to come back to the villa to dip in the pool. Hosts, Jeff and Gina, were attentive to our needs along with onsite management, Justin. Pura Vida!

The outdoor space in the house is absolutely wonderful! Spent a lot of time in the pool, hot tub, and lounging in the hammock. We had some difficultly finding the place and Jennifer was very helpful. We used Google Maps with no problem in La Fortuna, but I would use Waze here. The house has a ton of security features which made us feel super safe. It’s a great location to the nearby beaches and the grocery store. The house could use a little TLC (some kitchen cabinets falling apart, doors that don’t latch well, toilet paper holders that were loose, and could use a paint job), but none of these things took away from our wonderful time at this house and we would definitely return. Pura Vida!
