Holiday rentals with a patio in Panketal

We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment for 3 nights for 3 adults. The neighbourhood has lots of cafes, small shops and bakeries which is great for breakfast. There is also a bus stop M41 which is close to apartment and very frequent which we found convenient. Jan and Julia were very responsive and helpful hosts.

Great place, amazing donut shop downstairs, would stay again.

Obwohl ich etwas später abends (ca 21 Uhr) ankam, begrüsste mich Geraldine sehr herzlich und gab mir Restaurant Tipps. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern, sehr schön und gemütlich; ich konnte hier ein sehr entspanntes Wochenende verbringen. In der kleinen Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man zum eigenständigen Zubereiten einer Mahlzeit braucht. Eine ganz kleine Kritik auf hohem Niveau: Zum Teil "wackelte" die Online Verbindung des TVs und es kam immer wieder zu Ladezeiten. Ich würde jederzeit wieder bei Geraldine übernachten.

Unbelievable experience. The place felt special from the start, and meeting Norman tied it all together. Stylish, artsy apartment with a great vibe. Might just be my reason to come back to Berlin.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Sehr sauber, gepflegt und sehr schön eingerichtet!

Aardige familie met veel fijne tips om te doen in de omgeving. Makkelijk en snel bereikbaar. Mooi appartement met fijne bedden en goede compleet ingerichte keuken. Geweldige tuin waar je heerlijk kunt bijkomen in de hangmat of kunt badmintonnen na een dag Berlijn. Op loopafstand van station Grunau en winkels en restaurants.

Really enjoyed staying in Lucia's Airbnb. It is in an excellent location with lots to do in the immediate area while also being just a few minutes from a u-bahn station and supermarkets. The apartment is beautifully decorated and was the perfect place to stay while visiting Berlin.

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser besonderen Unterkunft. Das Häuschen liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße am Rande eines Waldgebietes und mit Nähe zu dem See. Man durchschreitet erst einen naturbelassenen Garten, in dem diverse Ruheplätze vorhanden sind. Besonders schön ist die Paletten-Chill-Out- Ecke direkt neben dem Eingang. Beim Betreten des Häuschen landet man sogleich in dem offenen Wohnbereich, in dessen Mitte der Kamin steht, für den ordentlich viel Holz zurVerfügung steht. Über eine steile kleine Treppe gelangt man dann in den oberen Schlafbereich. Alles war sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, wozu u. a. auch die Saunanutzungsmöglichkeit beigetragen hat. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen, weisen aber auch darauf hin, dass es von Vorteil wäre, über einen fahrbaren Unterstützung zu verfügen, da sie sich schon etwas abseits befindet.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in den außerordentlich stilvoll eingerichteten Haus!

die Unterkunft von Manfred ist sehr, sehr schön, super ausgestattet und hat von der Terrasse aus einen sehr schönen Blick auf den Hafen. davor ist noch ein toller Gartenbereich. wir haben mit Auto und Fahrrädern viel unternehmen können (See, Wildtierpark.. Kanu wäre auch gut möglich gewesen). Weiterempfehlenswert :)

Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Ich habe die Ferienwohnung von Susnne und René geschäftlich für einen Mitarbeiter gebucht. Mein Kollege hat sich von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war schön sauber und ordentlich und auch der Check-In klappte einwandfrei. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mein Kollege konnte sich gut selbst verpflegen. Gern buche ich wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Martina und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Alles war bestens vorbereitet und sehr sauber. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die schöne, voll ausgestattete Küche – da hat es an nichts gefehlt und man merkt, dass hier mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde. Die Lage ist ruhig und ideal zum Abschalten, perfekt für Familien wie uns. Martina war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Einziges kleines Manko: das zweite Bett im Wohnzimmer (Schlafcouch) war leider recht hart – für empfindlichere Rücken eventuell etwas unbequem. Auch Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten an den Fenstern wären noch ein kleines i-Tüpfelchen gewesen, gerade mit Baby. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau – insgesamt wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft mit viel Herz und Verstand. Vielen Dank, liebe Martina – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Super netter Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber. Unkomplizierter check-in, auf Nachfrage auch ein etwas späterer Checkout möglich gewesen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt und dazu ein super bequemes Bett und eine schöne ruhige Terrasse. Beim nächsten Berlin Aufenthalt sehr gerne wieder!

I had a great stay at Gérard and Cinderella's place. The studio is facing the backyard, the bed/ pillows were very comfortable, and there were thick curtains, which all made it easy to sleep well. The studio is located right next to an U-Bahn station, which makes it super easy to access various locations in Berlin. Gérard and Cinderella were both great at communicating and answered any questions promptly. They also generously allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend their place!

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We really felt at home. We loved the location and found it easy to take the U Bahn or S Bahn everywhere. A great neighbourhood and quiet street. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I recently embarked on a two-week adventure around Europe, starting with the beautiful city of Berlin. We were truly captivated by the charm and vibrancy of the city, and we found that many attractions were easily walkable, making our exploration even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Simon, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. His recommendations for places to visit were spot on, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our time in Berlin. We can't wait to return and experience more of what this amazing city has to offer. Unser Aufenthalt bei Katrin und Ralf war wieder einmal sehr empfehlenswert. Es war bereits das zweite Mal, dass wir hier waren, und es fühlt sich jedes Mal wie zuhause an. Die herzliche Gastfreundschaft machen den Aufenthalt Besonders. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen und der schöne Balkon lädt zum Entspannen ein. Zudem ist die Anbindung an Berlin gut möglich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder - vielen Dank!

This is a wonderful place to stay as a base for exploring all of the exciting things Berlin has to offer. The apartment was perfect for us, clean and with everything we needed. We loved the artwork on the walls and the balcony was perfect for our morning coffee. We also loved the extra little touches such as the extensive library and umbrellas on hand if it was raining. All in all we can recommend and hope to return in the future.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The place was spotlessly clean, which made it feel super welcoming and comfortable from the start. The location turned out to be surprisingly great—quiet but still really convenient to get around. What really stood out was the community vibe—it had a warm, friendly feel that made the experience even better. Would definitely stay here again!

As someone who has stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s, I can say that this was definitely in the top 1%. My husband and I stayed here for a month in May, and it was wonderful to “come home” every day to such a comfortable, pleasant and expansive space. In addition to the elegant and creative design, we loved the light and views over the rooftops. I slept like a baby on the super comfy bed, lounged on the comfy sofa, and worked comfortably at the large dining room table. Two large bathrooms were a luxury. A huge walk-in closet. Delightful rooftop patio. Well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is on a quiet and bright street, close to multiple forms of transportation, cafes, restaurants, and shopping (giant supermarket across the street). Easy to get anywhere. Our host, Eric, was extremely helpful, a font of information, and a delightful and charming human being. He was very responsive both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, not to speak of moving in forever!
