Charming accommodation in the countryside, perfectly located: in the N/O of Berlin, on the Berlin-Usedom bike path, right behind the city border, quiet, but only 5 minutes walk from the S-Bahn, which will take you into the city center in 30 minutes. By bike or car you get to one of the most beautiful lakes in Brandenburg. Hiking trails and a skater path start directly at the house. Our location is also an excellent starting point for city trips due to the very good connection to the Berliner Ring.

The air-conditioned quiet guest apartment, with living room and bedroom as well as bathroom, is located in Panketal, Schwanebeck district, on the city border with Berlin-Buch, near the Helios-Klinikum. From the Barnim motorway triangle, we are reachable in 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car. Within walking distance in 10 minutes are Netto, REWE, DM, Beränke-Hoffmann and the Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

The apartment is located in a semi-detached house in a quiet location in the countryside. Parking in front of the house. The centre of Berlin is 25 km away. To the center in the Bernauer Altstadt 2 km. Nearby bus connections. The S-Bahn and regional trains to Berlin are about 2.5 km away. For nature lovers, forests and lakes in the area are also very easy to reach by bike.
