Die Ferienwohnung am Beginn einer Sackgasse enthält eine ausgestattete Küche, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa (kann für bis zu 2 Personen ausgezogen werden, man schläft auf 2 richtigen Matratzen) und Badezimmer mit Dusche. Vom Balkon aus hat man direkten Blick auf den Dreisessel. Der Geh- und Radweg beginnt direkt vorm Haus. Parkplätze sind auf dem Gelände sowie angrenzend auf einem großen Wanderparkplatz vorhanden. Neben Radfahren, Wandern- ist auch das „bayerische Venedig“ - Passau nur ca 30min mit dem Auto entfernt.
