We loved staying here. The hot tub was amazing. The Traeger grill worked great (even though the last folks left grilled onions and other bits on it). And the beds were very comfortable! There were plenty of towels, lots of plates (but a better selection of drinking cups and bowls would've been great). Just a few things would help. More/better utensils--seemed that there was enough for at most 6 people, but the house can sleep at 12. The couch back was broken when we arrived. There is only 1 nightstand in the house for 2 double beds and the king. And it seemed like the house hadn't been swept on arrival either. For the value, a great place, though!

The house was very clean and located in good spot between Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We used it as a home base for visiting Zion National Park, and it the experience was spectacular. The home was very comfortable with all the accommodations you could possibly need to unwind and recharge after a long day. We felt so at peace here and were very sad to leave. Jake was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful! Having the lodge (relatively) close by was a huge plus as well! Of all the Air B&B’s we have stayed in, this was definitely our family’s favorite!

Had a great night away from the chaos of Las Vegas in this house - was super spacious but cozy, well equipped with anything you could want (BBQ, board games) and William was super friendly and responsive.

The house was beautiful and it was a perfect place to stay for our group of 9. The kitchen was very well stocked for an Airbnb and Carol’s suggestions on where to shop and what to do were very helpful. We never wanted to leave!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Luxury Downtown Getaway. The location was as easy as it gets for local restaurants, shopping, and access to expressways to visit the national parks. Our kids absolutely loved the putting green and the hot tub. The house ‘s open design is fantastic, allowing for us all having time together without being separated in different rooms while cooking and hanging out in the great room. The beds are comfortable, and the house is nice and quiet. Highly recommended!

Michael was very prompt and responsive to any questions we asked. The place is very historic. We learned a lot about the history of the home and the town from the binder that was in the house. House was well stocked with all needed items. Family enjoyed the stay and truly appreciated all about the house. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. Thank you.

Our stay was great! The home was better than the pictures the whole family loved it. Michelle and her home have changed the vacation game for my family! I will always be grateful for her patience and understanding with all my questions with this being my first AirB&B experience!

Hands down the best Airbnb ever. Beautiful, clean, close to parks and within walking of several restaurants. Comfortable beds too!

We spent two nights at the cottage. Very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Private backyard- with great views of mountains surrounding the area. Close to Bryce. Easy to find. Some older run down trailers in surrounding area, however it was a very quiet area and we were very pleased with our stay.

We stayed 3 nights and had no issues at all. Everything worked perfectly (internet, tv, heater, kitchen, laundry and appliances). It’s very easy to find since it’s on the main road and conveniently located 30 min drive to Bryce and 2 min to the main town area. We’ll def stay again!

Very nice newer place only a half an hour from Bryce Canyon entrance. Quiet and rural, a good spot to explore the area from. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

This is such a great spot! The house is spacious and well equipped, the yard is huge and the area is quiet. It’s a great spot to explore Bryce from. Brent is a great communicator and flexible which we appreciated as we arrived early. Thanks Brent and Melissa!

Scott and Kim are terrific hosts. Met all our needs and more. We loved getting to know them and enjoyed the fresh eggs. The tiny house was perfect for our girls' hiking trip.

It was a beautiful place and loved the surrounding houses and the small town was very nice. I would recommend Amy’s house every time

The location of this cabin is absolutely beautiful! It was a great base camp after a few days of camping. It rained every night at the cabin so we didn't get to try out the fire pit but the kitchen table was a great place for family cards every night! We enjoyed starting our day sitting on the pourch watching all the wild life while drinking our coffee! The cabin size was perfect for 2 couples and the beds were very comfortable and the showers were great! With that said, because the cabin is really in the middle of nowhere, due to the rain every night the dirt roads where a bit of a challenge even with an all wheel drive vehicle. The cabin also had a couple mice that would run about at night. We had to keep our food in our storage bin or in the fridge, no food could be left out. Over all, I would stay here again, the location and views are absolutely beautiful!

Mark’s place was great. Right on the Sevier river and I caught a 17” trout out the back door. Easy access to Bryce and Zion. The inside was very nice and comfortable. It had everything we needed. I would stay here again and hope to make it back someday.

This house was amazing! There are so many fun things for the kids to do. All of the rooms are very comfortable to stay in. The harry potter theme was so fun. They went above and beyond with the details for the decor. My kids to loved the slide and the net. The backyard had tons of room for lawn games. The host was so friendly, very responsive and made sure we were very comfortable. We definitely want to go back again!

Andrew’s place was great! He was very responsive. Christy was great too! She came over and shoveled the snow off the porch so she could bring out the deck chairs, grill, and fire pit. The house was one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. If you decide to stay in and cook, there is plenty of cookware and dishes. Loved the Nespresso machine. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in Brian Head.

We came from Idaho and our family drove up from Arizona. We picked this house as a central meeting location. It worked out perfectly. Very clean and open concept for family visiting. Pet friendly and our dog loved the backyard. Very close to shopping and restaurants too. We’d definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself for another family meet up.

Fantastic stay in Cedar City! Wonderful place with comfy beds, nicely sized kitchen with necessities, and a nice location to National Parks.

I think this place is one of those “diamonds” you rarely run across on Airbnb. The home is immaculate and the attention to detail is amazing. They really take pride in this home and it shows through and through. Communication was great! Hosts are very kind. The home is just an absolutely wonderful sanctuary. Thank you for having us!
