We had a spontaneous trip with old colleagues who have become friends and family. We enjoyed our stay at Grace’s place. My friends arrived an hour earlier than the check-in time, but the caretaker still allowed them in. The caretaker was friendly and we had no issues with the check-in. The rooms and beds were clean. The kitchen had all the basic essentials and drinking water was also provided. Four cars fit in the parking area and we even enjoyed the pool at 3 AM. It was nice that the kitchen was adjacent to or near the pool because that’s where we hung out to chill. The only problem we encountered was the road going to the place but it was mentioned in the listing that it’s better suited for SUVs. Still, we had one sedan and it managed just fine. Also, we were given extra hour to stay after check out time for free. But sadly I didn't notice the message sooner. But overall, we had fun :)

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Hazel was an exceptional host! She provided clear instructions for seamless check-in and check-out. The house felt cozy and welcoming, and our kids had a blast in the pool. The air conditioning throughout the house ensured a comfortable stay. While there were a few minor areas for improvement, such as adding sponges for dishes and extra pots for reheating food, these were negligible compared to the overall excellent experience we had. We're grateful for Hazel's hospitality and would highly recommend this stay! Thank you so much!

They have complete amenities in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It was better than a hotel stay, so I highly recommend staying here. We’ll definitely come back! This was an overall great experience. recommended for groups or families. The instructions were clear, and the hosts were very easy to communicate with. I especially liked the interior design, and the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. Overall, an outstanding stay!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean, well-organized, and exactly as described in the listing. I especially appreciated the beautiful views and the overall sense of safety in the area—it felt like a peaceful and secure place to unwind. The only downside was that finding the location was a bit confusing, even with the provided instructions. It took some extra time to figure out how to get inside, which was a little frustrating after a long journey. Once I got settled, though, everything else was smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're comfortable navigating a bit on arrival. Great spot overall!

If you want to reconnect with nature along with your friends/family, this is the perfect airbnb for you! - Amazing sunset view of the mountains of Rizal. - The house has a great interior - well designed, well ventilated, and clean. - Accommodating, responsive and flexible host. He also gave us fruits that are in season during our stay. - Very helpful staff. They have some supplies that you need in case you forgot to bring. - Bathroom is great and lighting is on point 1 day is not enough to fully experience the place. Probably will go back in this airbnb, the place is great, neat and peaceful. The only problem you will encounter is the insect but it is given because of the surrounding. The host is very accommodating, as well as the caretaker sir Jaime, everything is great, i enjoy my stay here with my partner. Hope to come back soon with my whole family. Thank you!!

Super accommodating ni Ate Rose. May pa free chips and coffee pa si Host. Nag dala pa kami ng mga essentials for cooking kasi sanay kami dun pero the listing has everything. Yung lulutuin lang talaga need mo. Kumpleto sa kitchen, malinis yung mga rooms, super lamig ng AC, yung GenZ naaaliw din sa Billiards and goods si WiFi kahit nasa loob ng kwarto. Enjoy yung buong family and we really appreciate na kahit medyo late na kami naq message kay Host para humingi ng extra blanket super bilis ng response. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED LISTING.
