for couple ita 2 bhk flat spacious clean and very near to panchgini market , quiet place and perfect location at super cool price

We had a great stay here, they have two adjoining villas so some of the amenities are shared like pool and common sitting area, but those areas are outside the villa so you will have ur privacy. Tha stay has 1 bhk on ground floor and two bedrooms on 1st floor with a big balcony with astounding view and Terrace space. coming to the common space, its a podium type lawn looking out to the surrounding mountains, you will be mesmerized by the view. Lastly Swimming pool is indoor just below the outside lawn and its enclosed with glass having 270 degress of sceneric view of the mountains, pool is 5ft deep and they have couple of life jackets as well for the non swimmes. When we booked we were the only ones there so everything was available to us, caretaker Vijay Jadhav is very helpful. Food options are also available veg and non veg, we ordered some starters and dinner, it was homely and delicious. TLDR;- Stay is lovely, you will have all the tourist places nearby. You will feel at home.

The kind of place where you would want to stay for a few days and not just one night like us! Wish there were better seating arrangement for the terrace. Other than this one bit, its as good as it gets.

About 6-9 kms from mapro garden Pavan villa is a good property to stay for The pool was clean and rooms and kitchen were super clean Just a con here is it is far from the main road so no local shops or restaurants nearby. Also the villa is actually a property where when they say you got the entire property its like entire first floor and personal access to swimming pool it had 2 floors were first floor had 3 bhk and 2 nd floor had 2 bhk. We had a direct access to pool from our room which was a con over here. We enjoyed staying here Apart from this Food was bit costly as we felt. Do ask for the rates before you order here They also provided us BBQ panner but it did not met our expectations I would recommend this villa if you are looking something more silent and far from the crowded places

first of all the host Mr. Narayan sir is incredible. he was communicating with me two three days before our arrival and also informed that there is a repair work going on in wai hence come from kudal road and he was in touch with us during our journey to panchgani asking where we reached and he personally came to pick us from the nearby landark and helped us during checkin as the caretaker was not there. As far as place is concerned it is a calm and peaceful place and distanced from crowded roadside stays. We enjoyed the stay due to its scenery and peaceful nature. The caretaker Ms. Pratiksha cooks tasteful food and as per our order she had served tasteful breakfast and dinner to us. To conclude we strongly recommend this place for family. Great stay with an amazing host who was quick and responsive. It's one hour away from Mahabaleshwar, which was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, it's an awesome place; highly recommend.

You have to have a private vehicle if you want to go around Panchgani since it is situated away from the main road. Overall, if looking for a peaceful and quiet stay then I highly recommend this place.

This was a delightfully spacious and beautifully decorated apartment with an amazing view of the valley from the balcony. The bed was comfy with excellent air-conditioning. The kitchen was huge with basic cooking equipment. Only minor drawback the pressure cooker was not compatible with the induction plate. Overall a great apartment and would recommend it for a little getaway.

The view from the villa is amazing. It overlooks the valley and you can see a lake at a distance surrounded by hills. The property was clean with enough space for 10 people. All in all, a great experience and a wonderful stay!!

Peaceful stay, matched description and images shown in airbnb, reasonable for family [4-6 ppl], beautiful mountain and valley view from balcony. Property manager Sachin and his family are kind and prompt with all your needs, you can order food from their menu, tastes good.....overall beautiful experience, recommended if you are looking for Panchgani stay....

Had a pleasant stay, got quick response about the queries we had from the host.. good place to accommodate 6 people comfortably and can use utensils to cook. The main bedroom fan was making noise and one faulty light in another room which remain on even of we switch off, might be looked upon. overall it was a good experience with a cooperative caretaker.

Stayed here over the extended weekend with my parents and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, with most of the key attractions in Panchgani easily accessible. I’d highly recommend travelling with your own vehicle, as public transport options in the area are quite limited.

Bathrooms have geysers for hot water. The place is exactly as the photos.

avinash was an amazing host! the rooms are exactly like the photos. the toilets were clean. avinash himself messaged me on the day of check in. i never had to call him twice for a response. the food was great, felt just at home. they organised a small bonfire on request. they were very accommodating, available 24/7 on call, worth every penny. also, they have a very sweet dog❤️.

Nice stay we had at this place, very hospitable staff and very easy checkin process, just that the approach road is little difficult to drive
