The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was amazing. We loved every minute of it and it had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was short and had a great grocery store at the end of the road very close to an awesome donut place as well. Our host communicated perfectly, and if there were any issues, she was there to help. The neighborhood is up and coming and can’t wait to see what it’s gonna look like in the next six months to a year. Beautiful house would stay again.

A wonderful place, extremely close to the sea. The apartment has a beautiful view of the sea. The host was very attentive and willing to help at all times. Check-in was super easy, and the staff was attentive. The apartment was super clean and exactly as described by the host. It has all the amenities for a pleasant and comfortable stay. 100% recommend the host and the apartment.

We stayed during the face lift. Even though balcony was closed. I couldn’t be any closer to the beach without pitching a tent! Absolutely great location. Host was great even had some beach chairs and toys available.

Carrie’s place was exactly as described. Great location, took about 3 minutes to walk to the beach. The condo was clean and well maintained. Both bedrooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable and had plenty of furnishings. Would recommend!! Thanks for the great experience!! - The Haney’s.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! Even though we booked last minute, Elizabeth was incredibly accommodating and responsive, answering all of our questions right away. The early check-in was a huge bonus, and the process was so smooth it allowed us to fully enjoy our short stay without any hassle. I had read a lot about potential elevator issues, but to our surprise, there were minimal wait times and we had no trouble coming or going. The condo looked exactly as described, and the view was absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway.

Everything was nice TV's and internet was iffy when in room, but other than that wonderful!!!! Elevators wait time was horrible but had nothing to do with room!!!! Nina was a quick response when I did need her!!!!

I can’t speak highly enough about Steve and Rita’s place. I communicated with Tita throughout the stay and she was wonderful. Upon entering, the place was very clean, had everything we needed and looked just like the ad. I may have found the unit that I’ll come back to each and every year. I highly recommend this place!

Great condo and was very clean and spacious for the 2 of us. I loved being on the first floor which was a treat. The property is clean and quiet. Everything shuts down at sunset including the pools so if you’re looking for night time swimming keep that in mind. It was really a nice perk having beach chairs thru tiki hut available to use for our stay! Also door dash is super fast in PCB!

Great place! We loved the convenience of getting to and from the beach and access to the pools. The elevators are super fast! The security at the building is top notch and made us feel safe. The beds are comfy and having a sand wagon with umbrella and beach chairs was a nice plus!

It the best 20th anniversary. This place was very quiet and peaceful, beautiful view. Very clean and right beach very clean. The the balcony was amazing so sharks bunch of dolphins manatees. Eric was very easy and respectful and responded very quickly. We will sure book with them again. Thank you Eric have a blessed year.

This condo was great for the 4 of us. Even though we rented umbrellas and chairs, we were glad to see the unit had some foldable beach chairs for us to use~ we did use them. Pool and spa~clean and working✅ROKU TV✅We cooked a couple of nights and a couple of breakfasts. I would suggest bringing salt and pepper and some PAM spray and parchment paper. Also, pack some ziploc bags. Or pack some tupperware type containers for food storage or taking to the beach. As the description states, only start up supplies are there. So bring extra paper towels, extra garbage bags, extra detergent, and extra dw pods, and extra toilet paper. Also, pack your own toiletries. The start up ones are strictly start up. There is an ice maker on the fridge✅I suggest grabbing a few extra bags of ice. DG very close✅. There is a pod coffee maker and a regular one✅Didn’t see an air fryer. Did see a griddle. Host communication was excellent✅Umbrella and chair rental-3 rows set up. I rec this unit for beach vacay.

Love the place! The view was the best, exactly like the pictures. If you need a sign to book your trip, this is it do it! Comfortable bed, super clean, and talking to Kendra was super easy she responded all of our questions and was so helpful on everything! Definitely coming back again.

We loved the condo! It was clean and spacious for 5 of us. Teens had fun walking around, there is pizza and ice cream within a block or two from the condo. There are lots of shops and restaurants. The beach was not busy at all during our stay. We will definitely come back!

An Absolutely Phenomenal Stay! Our stay in Panama City was nothing short of fantastic! This Airbnb exceeded every expectation and felt like a true home away from home. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and accessible, which made us feel well taken care of from start to finish. They went above and beyond by providing beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach toys, and even a beach bag—truly everything you could need for a perfect day on the sand. The condo itself was absolutely spotless and fully stocked with all the essentials (and then some!). The beach access was seamless, the chair setup service was such a treat, and the resort staff were welcoming and friendly. Amazing! This isn’t just another Airbnb, it’s an EXPERIENCE! Marianne & Rory are wonderful hosts. Personal touches, names on the gate to the dock after you pass under an arch that fresh flowers are adorned with. Personalized shells so you can watch a hermit crab move into the shell and make it their next home. Fresh flowers are placed throughout the ship. A wonderful spread of dried meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, little gourmet deserts and a bottle of Prosecco are great touches by Mari and Rory. We saw a Ray swimming around one night and our last night, some light rain with thunder and lightening in the distance was amazing to watch from the upper deck while finishing our last bottle of wine. On day 3, I had a bike accident and injured my right elbow. After getting out of the Emergency Room, Mari offered to help find us different accommodations and refund our remaining stay if my injury made it a difficult stay, but I wasn’t leaving! Incredible hosts! Highly Recommend!

10/10 would recommend. Place was spotless and nicely decorated. Had everything we could need, and even a few extras. In a great location as well. When I had to change my check in day to a day earlier due to a death in the family, the hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly. Will definitely rebook in the future.

WOW, we loved the privacy this property provided! We brought our grown children and friends along and we couldn’t be more pleased with everything. We loved the cleanliness, convenience and the owner’s attention to details. Jodey was extremely quick to respond to anything we needed. We will plan to stay here every single time we visit the area!
