Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Panama Canal

Angela and her family were very welcoming, attended to all of our needs, provided information on how to take the train and places to visit. First night, we we were welcomed with champagne and 2 glasses ready for our use. If travel to Panamá City in near future, this will be the place I would definitely stay. Angela is a most gracious host!! Special shout out to Angela’s mom and sister who also attended very well to our needs when Angela was at work. I highly recommend this stay.

A beautiful house, I would return without thinking 3 times

We had an incredible stay at Isabel & Abdiel’s place - it’s spectacular and the pictures do not do it justice. The rooftop terrace is phenomenal, but so are the bedrooms, bathrooms the kitchen and the balconies. You can watch the world pass by on the first floor balcony or enjoy silence and views upstairs. The kitchen has everything you need, and the best part is how amazing Isabel & Abdiel are. They’re beyond thoughtful, accommodating, and just super nice. We can’t wait to come back!

There is no difference between the place and the pictures. Although I enjoyed my stay, I had some problems entering the compound, which were not the host's fault. At times, the neighbors were a bit noisy because of the children, but you get used to it after a while. In terms of food, it was easy to get from the supermarket or the restaurant, but not from Uber since it doesn't deliver there. There was good communication between the host and me if I had any questions. Since I was a solo traveler, the neighborhood was really safe, which was one of the reasons I picked the place.

We really loved the tiny house. It was so nicely done, spotless and modern. It was really convenient for us as we were visiting family in Clayton but also close to sights in the main part of town. Parking was easy as there was a spot right by the tiny house. Check in was easy as they left us a key. Will definitely stay here again. It’s a great spot.

Great location if you need to get to the airport. Additionally, you can easily walk to the train station if you want to get to Albrook or Casco Antiguo.

Lovely and quiet place just outside the city. we could walk to the Albrook mall from the room, Ubers only take about 5 min to arrive and you can get anywhere in the city for ~$5. We had coffee and dinner on the patio every day using food we cooked in the kitchen. Would stay again for sure!

Our recent stay at this apartment in Panama City was truly exceptional. The place itself was amazing and confortable. This apartment isn't just a place to stay; it's an experience that perfectly combines comfort, style, and unbeatable access to everything you'd want to see and do in Panama City. Highly, highly recommend!

If you don't like a super clean all new remodel apartment. This place might not be for you. If you don't like a host who greets you with family and even dog and makes you feel you have known them as family. This place is not for you. If you don't like a super safe and clean quiet neighborhood with lots of restaruants/ Bars and 5 min walk to the Ocean. This place is not for you. If you dont like having a café on the ground floor that makes Columbians jealous of their delicious coffees and even rent bikes as I did for 3 days. this place is not for you. lastly I'm 64 and had absolutely no problems going up a wide sparkling clean set of stairs to reach the apartment. Definitely recommend this Gem.

Analia’s place at the Yoo and Arts Panama is well located near restaurants, grocery stores, and the Cinta Costera coastal walking path. The building facilitates short term Air BnB rentals and is easy to check in at any time. Analia was highly responsive to communications and the apartment was exactly as advertised at a very competitive price. I highly recommend staying at this apartment and with this excellent host.

Just a block or so from Casco Viejo Panama City, the apartment is very secure, clean, and everyone I passed was very nice. The apartment was quiet, it contained two air conditioners that worked stellar and kept the apartment nice and cool in the 90 degree Panama heat. There are waiting rooms to use if you'd like to wait inside for an Uber or taxi. There are two entrances, so be aware which street you are going to meet your ride, I had to walk around once or twice because I failed to realize I said I'd be on the other side of the block. Walking to the restaurants, shops, and other amenities in Casco Viejo is very easy, fast, and I always felt safe, even at night going in and out of the apartment. Fast internet, nice TV. Bathroom was fantastic, hot shower, full kitchen and refrigerator. A++ will stay here again for sure. Matthew provided a handbook that I used to find amazing restaurants and wine, and the pizza place was among the best outside Italy : )

An unforgettable experience! Steve’s well equipped apartment was clean, comfortable, safe, and quiet. But what made it special was its location. It is located on a long narrow causeway (Amador) that connects 2 islands to the mainland. His apartment has a wall of glass windows and sliding patio door that overlooks the channel where boats enter the Panama Canal. Fabulous to watch from inside AND outside on the patio and rooftop deck. If you comfortable with using public transportation, there are local bus stops on the causeway that will take you to the main terminal of transportation to any place local or long distance. That causeway is wonderful. Safe, family friendly, lovely for a cooling evening stroll.

This place was great. As other reviewers have mentioned, the area close to the building may seem sketch but it's just empoverished. People in the area are nice and keep to themselves. Everything needed is within walking distance and the apartment itself is extremely peaceful ✌️.

10 out 10. Super responsive host. Place is beautiful, Pics dont do it justice. just to mention the upstairs bedroom does not have a door, its wide open. Tons of spaces to work from. Internet is good, AC is fantastic. Location can not be better. The pool area in the middle/inner court yard is lovely. We happen to be the only guest that weekend so it was pretty much available just for us. i would definitely recommend

Great location and the views were phenomenal. The apt had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Julio was very responsive and checked multiple times to make sure we were enjoying the space. I would definitely book this again!

Alicia's place was great. She was a great host. Close walking to everything. Easy to get anywhere else in the city with Uber. We liked the neighborhood, the market, and the walking.
