Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Panajachel

This Airbnb is what Airbnb was supposed to be 10 years ago. It’s not just another property from a manager that you never see. Jean was very warm welcoming and welcomed us herself on our arrival. She was very proactive by giving us some tips from what to do, where to go or eat. She answered really quickly and helped us organized some massage sessions. The property is as described. The heated pool, the private beach and dock. Be aware that there are a lot of steps in the property and that arriving there from San Marcos may be a little difficult because of the road. But in my opinion those aren’t a problem after you see how beautiful it is there. I hope I can return one day

This is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. I’ve traveled to a lot of Airbnb’s in many different countries and none compare to this. Finding this place is surely an adventure but once you are there, you don’t want to leave! I can’t say enough good things about the chefs that will cook you every meal. We had them do all the shopping for our meals along with other items we wanted such as water and beer. The housekeeper services that help coordinate private boat rides to other villages, keeping the place clean, or even small things such as turning on the hot tub while we are away are truly incredible perks of this place. The property and views are just amazing and I can’t wait to come back here for my next stay!

¡Nos gustó mucho el alojamiento de Mary! el alojamiento y el precio están demasiado bien, además de que Mary siempre fue muy cordial, se presentó a darnos la bienvenida y explicarnos cosas importantes (cosas de la casa, recomendaciones). En lo personal me pareció lindo ese contacto. Limpieza 10/10, amenidades 10/10, espacio 10/10. Todo excelente. Un alojamiento que seguro lo vale y esperamos regresar pronto.

Estamos sumamente agradecidos por las personas que trabajan en la casa. Comenzando con Aarón por la excelente comunicación, siempre resolvía y respondía rápido. Verónica y las demás chicas, nos entregaron esa casa limpia y con todo lo que necesitábamos. Y Edgar y Eliseo fueron excelentes anfitriones, siempre pendientes a nosotros y los alrededores. La casa es perfecta, el lugar perfecto y las personas que conocimos también. Gracias por tremenda experiencia, 100% recomendado. No se arrepentirán de levantarse en esa casa.

Un lugar increíble, precioso, nos sentimos muy a gusto con mi familia y mascota, la tranquilidad es perfecta para descansar, el lugar limpio y con detalles que te hacen la estadía más amena como tener café y agua potable disponible. Definitivamente regresaríamos con mi familia.

We had an unforgettable stay at this stunning home on Lake Atitlán. The views of the lake and volcanoes are truly breathtaking — photos can’t capture just how magical it feels in person. The house itself is beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and perfect for spending a relaxing week. The kitchen is well-stocked, which made it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. It is a bit of a hike up to the house, but Ventura (the house manager), his son Randy, and Captain Martín made our arrival and departure seamless. In my opinion, as long as you’re physically able to walk up to the house on your own — about a five-minute uphill hike after taking a tuctuc as far as the street will take you — you’ll be totally fine. They provided plenty of help with bags and anything else we needed both on the way in and out, so it wasn’t an issue for us at all. Restaurants and stores in town close early, so good to keep some food and snacks in the house. Once you arrive you won’t want to leave!

The place has an amazing view—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The check-in instructions were clear and everything went smoothly without any delays. The host was very responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely be coming back again! -— El lugar tiene una vista espectacular, ideal para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno. This was such a beautiful apartment in the perfect location! Kenny and Israel were very kind and helpful, and were very flexible with check in.

Jenny and Clemens’s place is truly magical and an ideal spot for first-timers visiting Lake Atitlán. We instantly fell in love with the stunning views and the peaceful atmosphere during our two-day stay. From the start, Jenny and Clemens were incredibly welcoming and responsive. They helped us arrange roundtrip shuttle service from Antigua and even organized a private lancha to reach their home, making everything so easy. Thanks to their great location, we could walk to nearby spots like Casa del Mundo, Isla Verde, and even take a cooking class in Santa Cruz. Getting around by public lanchas were also simple. Just flag one down at the dock, and the drivers know exactly where to drop you off on your return.

Great place for a weekend away with my daughter. It’s about a 5 min walk to the lake where you can catch a boat to the other cities. We walked to the main part of town, which was about a 15-20 min walk and took a tuk-tuk on the way back, which we preferred. The place was clean and cozy and perfect for two. The host was very responsive when I had questions and let us leave luggage behind the LOCKED gate so we could go around town after check out without lugging it with us. I would stay here again. Nice and comfortable place

Le logement est incroyable, une magnifique vue sur le lac, la terrasse et la piscine sont top. Le logement est impeccable, tout est réuni pour passer un moment incroyable autour du lac.

It was a wonderful stay. Such a well maintained home.

Marco and his helper, Margareta or Magdelana (?), were very prompt, helpful and easy to reach. All we needed was to check-in and then check-out at the end but all went well. The apartment was clean and tidy and convenient to Santander Street and with an inexpensive tuk-tuk ride anywhere in town.

Alejandro's place was great! We loved the 360 view and the outdoor shower. It was great seeing the sunrise from the balcony every morning! Host is very responsive and helpful as well. Something to note - the neighborhood has a lot of roosters crowing all night, and because the metal roof is not completely closed, it might be hard for some people to get a good night's sleep. By no means is this the place's fault though, but just to be aware if you're a light sleeper! Everything else was awesome, very clean and good amenities! Drinking water in the kitchen, warm showers, good working faucet, a desk to work at, a bench on the balcony! Power outlets were also abundant and there's a good working ceiling fan:) Thanks, Alejandro!

Es un lugar emocionante tuve la oportunidad de presenciar frente a mi la lluvia sobre los volcanes y el lago, es una experiencia a la altura de cualquier atracción en el mundo. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Hermoso lugar con una espectacular vista, tranquilo, privado y limpio. El anfitrión contesta al instante y los encargados del lugar son muy atentos y amables.

location is perfect. We are into night life entertainment. We enjoyed visiting Pana Rock and Circus Bar pretty much every night for their great Live music performed by local artists. Walking distance to Lake where you can catch a boat ride to any surrounding town on the lake. Many restaurant options from early in the day to late at night, something the smaller surrounding towns don't have. Sarah and Reyna were very helpful and provided extra towels during our stay. We forgot our car keys after we checked out, and they were available for us to retrieve our keys as soon as we could make it back.

Un lugar muy bonito, tranquilo justo lo que buscábamos para relajarnos, excelentes vistas.

Excelente ubicación, fácil de acceder. Espacio muy cómodo, con todo lo que necesitas. Host con excelente comunicación. El área puede ser bastante transcurrida ya que es muy céntrico, por lo cual puede haber algo de ruido en la noche. Nos encantó el departamento!
