I agree with all the previous reviews - can’t recommend Griselda and Antonio’s place high enough. San Pedro is loud ! And this is an oasis of calm yet walkable to the town and language school(s) we will defo be back.

The place was at a great spot, it's very close to all important places as also the lake, supermarket and so on. Although it was close to the road, it was quite silent. The apartment is very big, enough space for work and cooking. I can recommend this place!

As a solo traveller I felt very safe at Stacy’s place. It looked exactly like the photos and was incredibly close to the lanchas to town hop. I booked the private driver, Ronaldo, that Stacy recommended which was lovely as well, he was a safe reliable driver. There are other Airbnbs in the building so you don’t feel completely isolated. The hosts were extremely responsive so I never had an issue and didn’t have to wait long for a response. Shower and bathroom were clean and reliable. Gorgeous views of the lake, San Pedro was a great place to stay!

It's even more beautiful than the pictures and I would come back a thousand times!! Pros: You can see the sunrise from the balcony and be surrounded by lots of nature throughout the stay. The landscapes are beautiful!! The restaurant food is rich. Direct access to the lake. Public motorboats always pass so you can easily mobilize. Cons: You can run into large spiders and scorpions so be mentally prepared. You have to go up several stairs to get to the room.

We absolutely loved our stay at Juana's lake house and would have stayed longer had it not already been booked! The house is more beautiful than in the photos with views of the mountains from the kitchen, the balcony and the hallway. The house has lovely wooden touches and the bathroom was very clean with a hot shower and nice soap. The children loved to say hello to the lovely cat and pug who live there. They were very accommodating and allowed us to bring our luggage early and leave it until we left on the boat. I made the most of the location by joining the Spanish school across the road which was very convenient! Thank you for our stay!

Right between San Marcos and Tzununa, private spot with great views to the lake and the volcanoes.

It is steps from the dock, the house is very cozy and you feel surrounded by nature. In the morning I heard many birds. It was the most magical morning in years. Feeling only the birds, no other noise like cars or motorcycles, was what I valued the most. I really slept super comfortably

Samuel was super accommodating and let us check in earlier than we were supposed to which we really appreciated. Super responsive and offered us recommendations! Highly recommend staying at this airbnb!

Great place to stay! I would recommend it for its price point, location and nice host. Pros: - The host, Samuel, was extremely responsive and friendly. He offered lots of recommendations. - They proactively offered early check in. - Location is conveniently on the “tourist street” near the public boat docks, so it’s easy to get around. - Spacious living room. One of the rooms is also very spacious with modern AC. Cons: - Had water issues for about 90 minutes but Samuel resolved it quickly - Location means that it can be loud at night - Difficult to control shower temperature (there’s only cold, lukewarm and very hot)

The place is beautiful with a stunning view! It was central to everything. Had a lovely stay. Johnny was very attentive, and answered questions very quickly. The shop owner below was fantastic aswell.

Gregs place is beautiful! It has such an amazing view and not too far from San Marcos. The restaurants in the area are lovely, and I also enjoyed the hike to Tzununa. He was an also a friendly and very responsive host.

I had a great stay. The place was clean, well-located, and had a peaceful, calming vibe. Everything was as described, making it easy to relax and enjoy. Would definitely recommend.

The only regret we had with my family was not staying there for longer. Omar and his helper were amazing at helping us get anything we needed. The apartment was so beautiful, the view was amazing as well. It is a great place to relax and have fun at the same time. The only thing that we had a problem with and it is NOT the host’s fault was that we didn’t have power until like 7pm and I believe the whole town didn’t have power either. But it was a great time overall. we only stayed one night and we already think that one WEEK won’t be enough to be there either!!! They helped us find a reasonable boat ride that even included a tour at San Juan La Laguna that was so fun! I cannot wait to go back to this place.

We loved the place, ❤️ so out of the ordinary We loved the staff's kindness and availability from the moment we arrived Hope to comeback soon ❤️ We tried the restaurant's spaghetti and loved it. As a suggestion, add more meals to the menu 10/10

Excellent place to vacation with family or friends, spacious and with beautiful views, it has everything to spend it amazing even board games, the super full kitchen has up to an Alexa, I highly recommend this place Aspects to note Super retired from everything or a store nearby, the closest thing is Santa Catarina Palopó 30 minutes and Panajachel about 45 minutes. The road from Santa Catarina Palopó is not the best, it was becoming 2 lanes passed to 1 and there is like 15 minutes of terracería which when we went there were repairs, I do not know if they will put asphalt but in rain I do not think that goes up small car by 2 slopes with loose soil, if they come from Patzún there if it is paved street and 10 minutes of terracería. They only put 2 rolls of paper for a family of 7 while 3 days and they didn't give extra sheets, I consider that for families like that is necessary I recommend bringing food for vacation days and not going out a lot, they will have an amazing time, I enjoyed it too much.
