What a great stay! Nelson made sure we had everything we needed, every question was answered and resolved. We loved all the great amenities of the house and felt right at home. This Airbnb is what Airbnb was supposed to be 10 years ago. It’s not just another property from a manager that you never see. Jean was very warm welcoming and welcomed us herself on our arrival. She was very proactive by giving us some tips from what to do, where to go or eat. She answered really quickly and helped us organized some massage sessions. The property is as described. The heated pool, the private beach and dock. Be aware that there are a lot of steps in the property and that arriving there from San Marcos may be a little difficult because of the road. But in my opinion those aren’t a problem after you see how beautiful it is there. I hope I can return one day

This is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. I’ve traveled to a lot of Airbnb’s in many different countries and none compare to this. Finding this place is surely an adventure but once you are there, you don’t want to leave! I can’t say enough good things about the chefs that will cook you every meal. We had them do all the shopping for our meals along with other items we wanted such as water and beer. The housekeeper services that help coordinate private boat rides to other villages, keeping the place clean, or even small things such as turning on the hot tub while we are away are truly incredible perks of this place. The property and views are just amazing and I can’t wait to come back here for my next stay!

I still can't believe how wonderful this place was. If you're looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful setting, this is it. Heavenly. Fast Internet, great host, convenient, clean. Everything about it was perfect.

This place was absolutely beautiful. The ladies that came and cooked for us were amazing. Food was amazing and so worth hiring them to cook for us. There really isnt anywhere to get food from around the area. Josue went and purchased the groceries for us and made sure that we had everything we needed. I cant wait to book this place again.

Absolutely amazing property! The walk from the gate to the house was a beautiful surprise. The third floors had AMAZING views of the lake and mountains. Waking up to the sounds of the birds was a dream. PJ was very understanding to our situation and offered a playpen for the babies. The stay was wonderful. Thank you so much!

La casa es muy acogedora, rodeada de naturaleza y cercana al muelle principal de Santa Catarina con vista a los 3 volcanes. La cocina está muy bien equipada, al igual que las habitaciones. Excelente atención y amabilidad por parte de Juan, quien nos recibió, llevó nuestras maletas y nos brindó muy buenas recomendaciones.

We had a little family vacation here and it was everything is was advertised to be and more! The staff are all very helpful and responsive. Salvador the property manager was incredible! From keeping the pool clean between our times in to doing grocery runs into the city, he was amazing. All the activities listed were so fun and very family friendly! The rooms were all very clean and there was even bug spray to help with the incests outside. All the local contacts for boat and tour services were also incredibly sweet. Very considerate, accommodating and for a friendly price! Overall, we would definitely consider coming back should we ever want to visit Atitlan and the surrounding towns.

This place was just as described! This place was so peaceful and calm, it was perfect to get away from the busy towns nearby. The only slight inconvenience was having to find a tuktuk to get to the nearby towns as they were not walking distance. We had to start walking until a tuktuk became available. Overall I would totally recommend this place!

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and private place in Santa Cruz. The view is stunning, the house is breezy and full of natural light, and the garden is an oasis. We worked remotely from the loft above with a view of the lake, and the windows letting in the breeze… the Starlink internet was seamless. Town/dock was 5-10 min walk from the house, and town/ATM was a short tuk tuk ride up the hill. Miguel was extremely helpful, always readily available, communicative and with a great attitude. He met us at the dock in Panajachel with a pre booked private transport and helped bring our bags up to the house. We also booked the private chef experience with Manuela and she was amazing… so sweet, punctual, and made us healthy, tasty lunches to enjoy while we worked. She even made us a refreshing drink with a cucumber from her garden, and set the table for us outside to we could eat while enjoying the nice weather. We learned a lot from chatting with her! Lovely people & stay!

El host estuvo muy pendiente de todo y fueron muy muy muy amables, la llegada es tal cual lo anuncian, hay que caminar y subir escaleras pero vale la pena al llegar la vista y los 3 pisos son hermosos, lastimosamente estuvimos justo en el fin de semana de celebración del día de la madre y en el poblado empezaron la celebración en la madrugada entonces no pudimos dormir cómodos, pero entendemos que se sale de las manos del host. Todo lo demás excelente! en especial la vista.

We really enjoyed our stay! Daniel, our concierge, was always a text away and very responsive. Maria the housekeeper was very attentive and helpful, even in exchanging Queztales for us! The house had everything we needed. Just as pictured. Updated decor and fully stocked. Bedrooms and bathrooms were small. The house had no walking access to the lake. The lake views were amazing. We enjoyed the jacuzzi watching the sunset! The way up was very narrow and steep but well worth the spectacular views! Daniel’s instructions on how to get there were very detailed, but I suggest arriving early since the drive up can be tricky, so buy everything you need for your stay before arriving. Daniel helped us rent a boat for the whole day that took us around the lake and to San Juan, a picturesque village on the other side of the lake. Restaurant/bar nearby highly recommend Kinnik in Santa Catarina for drinks and appetizers and the empanadas from Terrazas Rst. Overall, a great stay with family!

Absolutely, lovely place… Host’s are incredible people made you feel right at home they have information available about the local area through their friendly communication and awesome laminated instructions from maps of the local area eateries, and entertainment so you know what’s available defensively a great place just a block from the main strip away from all the noice but just a 3-5min walk

Amazingly peaceful cottage on the edge of Santa Cruz. The view of the lake and volcanos will from the deck each morning will forever be solidified in my memory. The home is simple, clean, and charming. I hope to return someday.

This place is a DREAM. The views are amazing. The outdoor shower/tub is so nice and very private. The access to the lake was great. Erika was super friendly and attentive. They let us check in a little early upon request since I was very sick and needed rest. I would caution there's a lot of stairs to get to the cabin and around the property. It was a little difficult finding where the entrance to the property was but once we reached out to Erika, she sent someone to look for us and help with our bags. The temescal is awesome and a must. Would definitely return!

Pasamos una semana brutal en esta casa. El diseño es espectacular, todo en la propiedad está muy bien pensado y con un gusto genial. Cada detalle hacen de la estadía algo sabroso y placentero, quedamos fascinados con mi esposo. El espacio es súper funcional, lindo y privado. La casa es tan práctica, la vegetación hermosa y toda la decoración hermosa. La cama también garantiza un buen descanso. Es fácil llegar desde la ciudad y Julio nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos durante nuestra estadía, sin importar la hora. Es importante tomar en cuenta que la casa no tiene wi-fi y la señal es poca, pero es la excusa perfecta para desconectarse de verdad. ¡Gracias Victoria! Por abrir las puertas de este lugar hermoso y en especial por acoplarte a nuestras necesidades. Seguro volvemos.

I loved this place. It is beautiful and so peaceful. The home is as pictured. There are not any restaurants in walking distance but their are stores. This home is a 30 minute drive from Panajaschal main street. I did not use Uber but it does show that you can get Uber from here, according to the app. I used a private driver throughout my stay and it worked out perfectly.

Tuvimos unas vacaciones inolvidables en esta casa maravillosa. La propiedad es preciosa, con vistas increíbles y un jardín espectacular que invita al descanso y la desconexión total. Las camas son muy cómodas, lo que hizo que cada noche fuera perfecta después de días llenos de tranquilidad y paisajes hermosos. Aunque el acceso a la propiedad no es el más sencillo, para nuestra familia fue toda una aventura que valió completamente la pena. Al llegar, te encuentras con un verdadero paraíso. Además, el equipo de Eliza y Vicky estuvo siempre con la mejor disposición para ayudarnos con todo, lo que hizo que la llegada y la instalación fueran mucho más fáciles. Pudimos disfrutar del lago y de la propiedad donde tuvimos la oportunidad de reconectar como familia, compartir momentos inolvidables y crear recuerdos que siempre llevaremos con nosotros. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Vicky y Pedro quienes estuvieron pendientes en todo momento. Volveremos pronto!!

Our three night stay at the Glass House was fabulous...beyond words really. It is now our favorite Airbnb in the world! I intentionally chose our stay during April's full moon which created an even more magical experience at the Glass House. We actually had no idea that the view would be so amazing - gazing over Lake Atitlan with views of 3 volcanoes perfectly in the middle of our gaze. The space was absolutely perfect. Accommodations stylish and modern, with amazing interiors and furniture designed by the owners. Loved the fact that the location is so unique and private. One must travel by boat to the property's private dock to access the house. Venturing out to other lakeside pueblos is a quick and inexpensive boat ride away - where a boat taxi can pick you at the dock...you just have to wave a flag for them to come get you. We enjoyed preparing meals in the amazing kitchen overlooking the Lago. So impressive! I could go on and on. If you are lucky to stay here- do not hesitate!

Casa Antonio is beautiful 🤩 The views are stunning, and it’s just like the pictures, and even bigger. Beautiful touches of fresh flowers, and one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve seen in an air bnb. There are lots of little tienditas within walking distance and it is only a 10 minute walk into town (taking the stairs). It’s about 15 minutes to get back, but it is a work out! Which I enjoyed! Although, the tuk tuks are easy to find to take you up. I spent all my time in the outdoor area, enjoying the views, nature, and watching the rain come in. I work remotely and had no issues with the internet asides from one power outage that was valley wide and out of anyone’s hands. Loved the place so much I extended my stay. Check in instructions were very clear and communication was great. As other people mentioned, you do hear the neighbors, but it did not bother me! Listening to the rain sounds whilst sleeping drowns it out. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Laura is an incredibly responsive and helpful host, and her place is super clean, and welcoming. We appreciated the help in getting our bags up the many stairs and alleyways to the apartment. We felt safe and comfortable in the house, relishing the mornings and evenings on the rooftop deck with stunning views. The two separately-keyed floors took a little getting used to (bed, bath, and kitchen on level 1, bed and living room on level 2, and half-bath on the roof deck). We heard the occasional sounds of chickens, dogs, and village life throughout the day. Fans already in the apartment helped cover the noise when we wanted to. Despite its quirks, we’d have loved to stay longer and totally recommend the place.

La mejor experiencia de hospedaje frente al agua disponible en Lago Atitlán. El diseño y amueblado de la casa son exquisitos. Nos atendió personal muy amable y atento en el lugar. Ana Regina siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros.

What a great place... the views, the lake, and the greenery all around. This Airbnb is slightly off the main road but very walkable with a cool little shortcut down by the lake that gets you access to the heart of San Marcos in no time. Augustus and his partner were the best hosts I've ever encountered on Airbnb. They left a present of homemade kombucha (using harvested fruits form the garden) in the fridge, offered to light up the sauna, and allowed us to use their paddleboards during our stay. He gave us personal recommendations for food, drinks, and numbers to cab which made our stay 1000 times easier. This stay may not be for the less active/ luxury seeking travelers, but it's the perfect spot for anyone who wants to relax, take in some nature, and get in touch with some locals and the outdoors. Thank you Augustus for all of your generosity and the perfect chance to unwind and enjoy what Guatemala has to offer. 🙏🏻

Todo estuvo súper bien! Pasamos la noche ahí, hay parqueo, es privado y el lugar parece fuera de panajachel a excepción por el ruido de las fiestas de media noche, pero no juzgamos jaja
