Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pampilhosa da Serra

Best Airbnb we've stayed in. The photos and description of the accommodation do not do justice to what we found. Nothing is missing in this little paradise. Everything is thought out in detail to make us feel at home. The icing on the cake was Graça's kindness, who personally welcomed us and was available to help us in any way possible. Thank you for this 5-star stay!

Ana’s place is charming and comfortable. The view from the back terrace is spectacular. Ana kindly made a dinner reservation for us nearby and supplied us with freshly baked bread for breakfast. She is an excellent host and her place is perfect for relaxing in peaceful and beautiful surroundings. We wished we had time to swim at the nearby river pool which looked amazing. Maybe next time! Peace, stars, mountains, lge bed (I'm 6'4"), bath+shower & friendly cats. It had it all,apart from cats, but no bad thing with a wren nesting near. Bed&pillows v comfy; view breathtaking. Walking the drive at dusk,enjoyed swooping bats & glow worm. Snippets of other reviews came to mind: 'you need to be a confident driver to handle track to Quinta' (true but we’re used to bumpy tracks with grass up centre. Tip: deactivate proximity sensors or you'll have 6 mins of beeping); 'kitchen isn't a cook's kitchen' (true, it was surprisingly basic, missing a tray, colander & jug for inst. Sure co-host would drive over had we asked as he did with hairdryer; on which note, a mirror by plug upstairs would be welcome).Highlights = Coimbra, &Torre (Portugal's peak) both an hour's drive; sunrise after dawn chorus; cooling in pool surrounded by lavender, citrus &olive trees; wood-floored lookout next to bedroom(tho a tad hot) & cooler sitting room with stone fireplace below. 6night stay almost perfect

A simple, nice house in an old village in the mountains. The area is great if you like hiking in nature. A very idyllic river runs just below the village. In early June, it is very quiet here and the meadows are full of flowers. Sofia is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed it.

Michele went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We couldn’t recommend this spot enough. We really needed rest and relaxation and couldn’t have found a more peaceful location. We were sad to leave. Michele is a wonderful, kind and caring human being, and we were so fortunate to have met her.

The apartment was super clean, very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The view from the terrace and through the huge window front was really, really beautiful. The environment is very quiet, we were able to switch off well. Arran & Oliver were very friendly hosts who provided us with informative and helpful tips about the apartment and the area in advance. This appartment is very spacious with 3 bedrooms. Fully furnished and a big covered balcony. There is street parking ($) if you need and it is not expensive. As the appartment is on a hill, you have to be prepared to walk up and down! Close to grocery store and lots of restaurants.

Tough to drive in the neighborhood. The sunset from the patio was sublime. We were there during graduation and you could hear the students singing in the streets. Beautiful antique fixtures and furniture.

Highly recommended!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Isabel's apartment with two bedrooms and a small garden is equipped with everything, incl. Staple food. It is very clean, quiet and lovingly decorated. It is very centrally located, everything is within a few minutes' walk. Isabel is very easy to reach, she responded quickly to my questions and gave me tips regarding parking. If I visit Coimbra again, I will take Isabel's apartment again. Thank you dear Isabel!

Fantastic location, really clean, very moves host left is a nice welcome basket. Need is a little hard for my liking but i world stay there again for sure. Highly recommend.

Very clean accommodation, peaceful environment. Lianne and her husband are friendly and welcomed us. The kids loved the pool.

This countryside getaway is a hidden gem. We loved the luxurious apartment and the view over the fields of the sheep, goats and donkeys. We also enjoyed exploring the Serra da Lousâ on foot and by mountain bike. Lots to do here and Tom is a really helpful host.

Pete and Linda are the best hosts we've ever had on Airbnb. They both went out of their way to make us happy and comfortable, from local restaurant recommendations to pool toys and everything in-between. Our daughter had an amazing holiday! The house itself is charming, with tonnes of space and everything you could need. The pool is fantastic and well kept. The local area is remote and beautiful with gorgeous countryside everywhere and some charming river beaches. I managed a run down from the house to the beach and back a couple of times but it's pretty hilly. In short, we couldn't recommend this place more. Thanks

Rita is a good-hearted person. We felt like at home. The place was great. Rita gave us fruit from her garden and was always there for us. I recommend a holiday in Rita's Air BnB 200% :-) happy to come back!

Very kind and helpful, understanding to our specific check-in needs since we needed to arrive a little later and he even started the fireplace ahead of time. He went above and beyond, getting us a tart pan so we could make a dessert after we just had the silly will to do so

The host was very responsive and kind. The apartment was modern, clean, and in a great location. However, the stairs were quite steep, so I wouldn’t recommend it for elderly people. I would definitely stay here again!
