Host is very responsive, had a small hiccup at check in but all was resolved with good communication. Good value for the property. The place itself has a great view, the building is great and while I thought the fob for elevator to be over much, I was quickly convinced that s something every building in the area should do. Random thoughts if you need to run to CVS don't go to the one in the corner, go down two blocks and it's normal self check out etc.

If you’re visiting the LA area this is the perfect location. Everything is 10-20 minutes within distance. Santa Monica was 35 minutes! My stay was great. It was very clean and I loved the decor. They are also 420 friendly. The only downfall in my opinion is the bed. It was not comfortable for me at all. We had issues with the key fob for the parking gate to open/close but the host responded quickly and brought another and made it right. The area is clean and peaceful. I recommend this stay! You’ll enjoy 😊

This was a gem! I felt safe, the apartment was perfectly furnished, super clean, the layout was amazing! The best part about this place are all the art work around the building. I’d definitely stay here again. This place is special.

Maggie was an exceptional host. Any thing that we needed or if anything happened she was one phone call away. The location was awesome and perfectly described. We loved our entire experience and we would most definitely stay at this location again.

Jesse was an amazing host, and very communicative when needed. The loft was a perfect size for me and my friends, in great condition, and had amazing amenities. The parking was a little inconvenient, and the building looks older than the way it appears inside, but it is very modern interior and very hotel-like. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and we would definitely come again.

this is our third time staying at elizabeth’s place and we’ll definitely be back a fourth time! the airbnb itself is lovely, absolutely a great place to rest and relax. the kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked-(which is completely unnecessary but very appreciated) and elizabeth herself is a delight. the airbnb is a very short walk from downtown, and the walk is gorgeous. can’t recommend this spot highly enough.

First time booking an Airbnb. I didn’t realize I was able to choose more than one option so I left some out. The stay was amazing quiet, relaxing, super clean, and comfortable. The next door neighbors walked out as I was arriving and were extremely nice and helpful made me feel safe and comfortable. Really nice people. The yard was very secure and clean. I enjoyed my time. I had trouble getting inside first time using one of those key things to get in. I send a message and Mr. Sameer replied right away I was inside with little to no time.

Peaceful location on the Venice canals. Sweet little place with an adorable kitchen. Everything you need for a nice getaway. Bed was comfortable. Very walkable along the lovely canals and close to beach and restaurants. Host was very responsive and kind. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was very clean, the host was very nice, and the facilities were complete. Staying here felt warm and comfortable. If the bathroom were a bit larger, it would have been even better. Overall, it was a perfect trip.

This place was exquisite! There was a lot of room to spread out and relax and to make ourselves at home. The host and cohost were very welcoming, responsive, and kind. The private garage was a huge bonus for security and convenience. The place was spotless and had everything we needed to make it ours for a week. The view is amazing and peaceful to sit back and sip a coffee in the morning. The street out front can be noisy with people cruising, but the host provides sound machines in every room, and little gift bags of ear plugs and a sleep mask (it looked like one, I didn’t open it as I travel with my own). They thought of everything. If I’m back in Long Beach again I’ll be looking to stay here before anywhere else.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described, clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. We want to sincerely thank Nills for an amazing stay! The loft was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. The only small recommendation would be to bring your own detergent if you plan to do laundry during your stay. The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown LA, with everything within walking distance. Nills was an outstanding host, always proactive and maintaining open communication with my partner and me. From guiding us to the unit, to providing a list of great local shops and restaurants, he was always available if we had any questions or needed assistance. Overall, Nills made our experience seamless and enjoyable. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Had a great stay! Extremely clean and stocked with everything you would need from coffee to even a gifted a bottle of wine. Highly recommend to stay here. We will be back for sure.

This was one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. Jan was friendly and left several extra ammenities inside the home. The location was in a safe and walkable location. The outside seating areas were inviting and relaxing. My stay was very enjoyable and I will be returning when I am in the area again.

I had a great stay at Alisa’s place! She was super friendly, responsive, and helpful in her communications - including replying to my booking inquiry really fast which made the booking process very smooth and easy. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos - and actually felt even more spacious in person - and everything was clean and just as described. The building had great facilities, especially the pool area. The neighborhood was peaceful and lovely, right across the street from an outdoor mall with lots of shops and restaurants, plus two grocery stores within walking distance. The marina was also nearby and made for a great evening walk. Very convenient access to LAX airport too. Highly recommend!

Stay was great. Felt right at home. Make sure you follow the check in details correctly. Felt a little uneasy at first but became comfortable once you settle in. Great location. Walking distance to LA live. Will return!

Great experience, felt very at home. It was really nice to have someone at the front desk to provide an envelope with a key and to know I was in the right place clearly. Walkable to grocery stores Yoga and of course the conference center and beach. I wanted to extend my stay, but the place was already booked!

Holly was a very great host… she was helpful and very informative. She responded very quickly and helped with all questions even if they weren’t about the stay itself. She informed us on important Information and was just all around great. The building was very safe! Closed off to the public and I felt very secure leaving and entering. A little noisy but it’s downtown… we expected it. I still enjoyed my time there and I’m happy I chose her to be my host… I would definitely visit again!

Johnny's place was great, just like the pics. The rooftop pool was awesome and provided great sunset views. Johnny was very responsive, and would recommend his place to stay.

Very cool apartment with minimal check out instructions which I loved. The views were incredible and the interior decor was very unique and beautiful done.
