Beach house holiday rentals in Palmetto Dunes

The house was spacious, clean, and beautiful. A nice place for our family and friends to stay and enjoy the beach. Tons of space and things included to consider their guests such as toys, beach chairs, wagons, and more! I’d recommend it to any one. The hosts were also very easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay at Robert’s property at HHI. It was our first time visiting the area and we couldn’t of done any better than picking this place but was easy to get to the beach, plus there was beach toys, beach chairs and beach towels available to us that made it simple for us travelers head to the beach with three little ones. The walkability to other restaurants, coffee spots, playgrounds, etc. made the trip so convenient that we can’t wait to come back.

Absolutely loved our first experience on Tybee. Rick’s home was so convenient to the beach, shops and restaurants. The house was spacious and comfortable. The porches were great to relax outside in the shade with the breeze and fans. Rick’s recommendations for restaurants were spot on!

This place exceeded all expectations and the pool was actually much bigger than it seemed in the pictures. The location is perfect and just a short walk to the main area of the beach (and tiki bar). Private back yard pool area and home was ideal for a large group of people. Will definitely stay again!

The house was beautiful and offered a great lay out for our family. The location was ideal, with the beach only a five minute walk. Danny offered plenty of chairs, wagons and other items to make for a great day at the beach. The central location made traveling to restaurants and attractions easy. Danny was a great host who was very responsive when we reached out. The one issue was the pool upkeep. Palmetto Dunes is a heavily wooded area which impacts the pool. Danny did warn about this in the description so you just need to be prepared to remove debris several times a day to keep the pool clean. Overall it was a great experience and we highly recommend renting this beautiful home for a great Hilton Head experience.

We had a relaxing and peaceful stay. It is very quiet and we loved watching the ships come and go. The screened porch was perfect for morning coffee. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were well stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed. The fridge went out on us and owner was very responsive and quickly took care of the problem. Highly recommend this house. We absolutely loved it!

The Palm Villa was the perfect place to stay for our family's first trip to Hilton Head! The villa was everything we hoped it would be. It's quiet, comfortable, clean, well-stocked with basics, and has a beautiful view looking out the sunroom. It's only a 5-minute walk to the beach, which is perfect if you're traveling with young kids. The villa is also near the entrance of Sea Pines, which made it easy for us to come and go as needed. Cory was a fantastic host and was very responsive and helpful during our trip. There were a few small maintenance issues with the villa and adjacent putting green that occurred during our stay, but Cory went above and beyond to address those (without disturbing our vacation) and make it right for us. Would definitely recommend; we hope to come back!

This is an absolutely gorgeous home that is perfect for a large family. The pictures don’t do it justice. This home is in a beautiful neighborhood with its own access to the beach. We loved every moment spent there!

We enjoyed our stay and had a great time visiting the nearby beaches and local restaurants. The house was extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils we needed to prepare a few meals. It was a great place to spend some well needed downtime as a family. Would recommend!

This was our best experience ever with a vacation rental. Our son arrived first with his family for an evening visit. He texted to say, "The house is so clean", as he knows that is a primary factor for me. And it was! This was our first stay in a house where I did not feel I had to wipe down everything first with bleach wipes. I must say it was absolutely lovely in every way, and it accommodated our large family very well. The 2 living spaces were perfect for our grandchildren. Some could play games in one area while others watched TV. There was ample storage (closets, pantry, drawers). Everything we needed immediately was there. The master bed was very comfortable. Everything was available for the perfect beach stay. The pool was wonderful; there were floats, there was ample umbrella-covered seating, a fishing beach wagon, wonderful outdoor shower. All in all, this was our best experience with a rental ever! Many thanks to the hosts!

Scott was an exceptional host! He was available to us before our stay, answering all of our questions. During our stay, he was in touch, making sure we were taken care of. The Bamboo House was exactly what we hoped for! The kitchen was well stocked with the BEST cookware. This made coking and eating in much more enjoyable! Everyone loved the saltwater heated pool and hot tub! After this week, I can't imagine vacationing without one! The home was decorated very beautifully, with large rooms for gathering. We felt right at home! The neighborhood is gorgeous with a short walk to the beach! We love HHI, Palmetto Dunes and The Bamboo House! Our kids and grandkids did not want to leave. Needless to say, neither did we! Lots of memories were made, and we look forward to returning!

We had an amazing stay! The house was incredibly spacious, perfect for our group, and stocked with plenty of amenities that made us feel right at home. The heated pool was a huge bonus. The beach shuttle was super convenient and made getting to the beach a breeze. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We loved our family time at Sondra and Diane's place and can easily recommend it others. It was so relaxing, yet there was plenty to do. Having our own pool and easy access to a quiet, beautiful beach was incredible. The house was very family friendly with a pack and play, high chair, toys, and books all available and very welcome by my daughter and her baby. All communications were easy, clear, friendly, and accomodating. They really want their guests to be comfortable - they even asked what temperature we'd like the house to be set at upon our arrival! I've never had that before! It was a wonderful vacation, and we'd love to go back!

Truly a beautiful house. Better than the pictures. We had 4 adults and 3 kids stay and it was more than enough room for everyone. The pool was the perfect size and the kids (and adults) loved it. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions. The house was spotless. I am very picky and it exceeded my expectations. But more than that it felt like home. Everything was thought of and was so well stocked. It felt truly like a luxury vacation. We truly enjoyed our stay.

My friends and I were in town for a golf tournament and needed a place to stay. The accommodations met all our expectations. The owner was responsive, so we were able to get in quickly. I would love to stay there again!

This was the best Airbnb that we have ever stayed at. We were obsessed with the design and amazing amenities. We always had something to fill our time and create special memories!! We recommend this place to everyone. The location could not have been better! We were so close to the beach but it felt private enough for comfort and also so close to shops, restaurants and coffee shops. 100/10!!!

While my Sister's and I celebrated our Mom's 76th Birthday we had a great stay. The home being a ranch style home was perfect for the more "mature" bunch. the kitchen was fully stocked and each space was perfect. We would consider staying in this exact home for our annual trip next November, loved it all.

The home was extremely nice, well-maintained, and perfectly ready for our weekend stay. It’s in a great location—private yet close to a variety of activities. The outdoor space was especially ideal for our larger group, giving us plenty of room to relax and hang out together. Highly recommend!

Nice home, nice neighborhood, very comfortable. I really enjoyed the backyard by the pool with the sound of running water--took a couple of naps with that going! First trip to Hilton Head, didn't disappoint. The electric fireplace was a nice touch as well.

Can’t say enough great things about this house! It was absolutely perfect for our family (2 littles included). The location is so private and beautiful, we loved sitting outback watching the alligators daily! It’s so close to Coligny, we rented bikes and went all over sea pines too. Loved it!!!!

We had a great stay at the bungalow celebrating my son’s graduation. The access last to the beach was convenient, you could walk, ride a bike or drive and pay to park $15 for all day. We had a great time when we were recouping back at bungalow either chilling on the back patio or in the hot tub. Our family loves games and we were all able to sit the big kitchen table. The bungalow was nice and open between the living room, kitchen area but there was plenty of room for people to escape in other areas of the home. I also felt the decor was very inviting and beach vibes. We also brought my little Ella dog and she loved the fenced in back yard to room and explore. All in all we are family of 7 and we found it very comfortable. I would highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway.
