This place was exactly as described and in an amazing location! It was so convenient to explore the different districts and feel like a local! Brendan was incredibly responsive and had an incredible list of recommendations while we were there!

Our stay was only a short weekend for a wedding. We did not get to enjoy the pool or beach. No issues with stay except the back half of the villa was much warmer than the front half. The bunk room with 3 adult children had 3 tower fans and they said the night was okay. Father In law was happy being warmer since he’s always cold. Overall it was a great location close to rehearsal dinner and wedding venue.

We had a great time. The place was very clean and centrally located. Gloria was great and stayed in touch.

This stay was in the perfect place. Close enough to the beach to walk, and also access to other amenities on the grounds. A lot of places to go around the stay. Very comfortable in general.

We had a wonderful family vacation visiting HHI! Michele’s condo was beyond perfect for us. So much room to put all of our stuff (traveling with a toddler), super nice beach equipment provided, the balconies were really nice to have (it rained a few times during our visit), the separated wings of the condo were really nice, the location is perfect (literally across the street from beach access and a short walk or bike ride to the fun shops and food), the free parking lot by the shops, an amazing park near by, and the indoor pool and hot tub were great when we needed a break from the heat or rain. The only negative was the complex did not have the outdoor pool open like they said they were going to…that was a bummer. We will be back!!!

James is an amazing host! We had another fantastic stay in Hilton Head, and this place was absolutely perfect. It’s just a short walk to the beach, in a very secure and peaceful area. We rented bikes and had them delivered right to us—super convenient! The kitchen is well stocked, the bed was really comfortable, and the living room has a great TV with cable for relaxing in the evenings. Thank you, James, for helping make our short trip such a wonderful and memorable time for our family!

Great stay! In building three with an indoor pool, hot tubs, arcade and more. Nicely decorated and had everything needed. Theresa was very responsive and accommodating.

We can't say enough about the Cottage on Waight! It was immaculate & has eveything you need( and more) for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was extremely well appointed & everything you could need to cook a great meal . It even had some nice snacks, a variety of coffees & teas, spices condiments and more. The home had ample bathroom supplies... including cotton balls, qtips- even finger nail polish remover! You really didn't need a thing. Complete supply of cleaning supplies and laundry stuff. There are several outdoor spaces... we enjoyed the screen porch during a thunderstorm & the patio in the eveningsv that were unseasonably cool. They must use some type of pest control services because there were no bugs- inside or out! One of the best things is it's walkability- the great neighborhood for walking w/ many homes being remodeled or newly built. Less than a mile easy walk into downtown Beaufort with sidewalks everywhere. The Spanish Moss Trail is close & a must do esp w/ dogs!

We had a lovely stay at this place. It was a short drive to downtown Savannah and it was very quiet. We loved sitting on the screened in front porch with our dog. The place was very clean and very homey. We would totally stay here again.

This was a great stay for me, my husband, and his family. In total, we had 6 adults and brought along our 2 dogs to stay and there was enough room to be comfortable for us all. The house was very clean, furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen was easy to cook in with all the supplies we needed. I loved that the garage was big enough to fit all of our vehicles! There were beach chairs and a wagon available to use if you didn't have your own, and the beach was just a short walk around the corner. You could easily walk the sidewalk from the house to access the rest of the island, and there were cute shops just one house over. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone as a great location for Tybee and Savannah!

Spent Mother's Day weekend with my mother in Savannah and it was our first visit there! Such a gorgeous historic city - we felt the the cottage was very close to everything we wanted to experience. The cottage had everything we needed - the description of the location and street noise is accurate. Comfy beds and well stocked bath towels. It was a rainy weekend but we would have loved to have been able to use the back patio space. Thank you Brandon & Chase for a great little place to stay!

This booking was amazing - it was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do in Savannah! The courtyard was adorable, the historic space was beautiful, and Joyce was super communicative and helpful. Would 100% recommend to friends and am saving the booking for future visits!

I really enjoyed my stay at Mariann's place in Savannah. We were close to Forsyth Park & enjoyed being in walking distance to several nice restaurants. The airbnb is comfortable & secure. I recommend it for your stay in Savannah.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to everything we needed. What truly made the experience exceptional were the hosts. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Communication was easy and prompt, and they offered great local tips too. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience. This was a perfect home for our family of four, including two toddlers. Everything was clean and we appreciated the early check-in. Love staying at Hilton Head Resorts!

The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed riding bikes and swimming in the community's pool. My husband and daughter had fun walking the dog and looking for alligators ;-). We enjoyed evening bike rides to the general store where we got soft serve icecream and riding the free shuttle to the beach during the day. Laura was very quick to respond when I had questions and seemed genuinely interested in recieving input on her home. We would definitely consider coming back. Thanks Laura!

This is such a great place to stay at Hilton Head Island! The condo has everything you need for a fun stay. Our favorite features were the balcony and pool. The balcony is roomy with such a peaceful view. The host was very communicative. She always texted and responded quickly! The walk to the beach was a short, shady, beautiful walk. There is also access to the bathroom there included in the stay. We recommend this place! We hope to stay again.

This was a great place to stay. It is very convenient to have beach assess and the pool just steps away. In addition, having restaurants on site was very convenient!

Leyani’s place is situated beautifully in Palmetto Dunes, providing easy access to the beach, restaurants, bike paths, tennis courts, and more! We appreciated Leyani’s clear and prompt communication regarding a minor cleaning issue—she was extremely professional, helpful, and prompt. The layout is wonderful for families, with 3 full bathrooms, the master downstairs, and a large second bedroom and loft sleeping area upstairs. We loved our time in Hilton Head!
