Excellent stay overall; everything was great from the rooms to the hot tub and pool. Walt was super communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend, and would plan to stay again.

We spent 10 days with our son, his wife and our grandkids. The house worked perfectly and my husband set up his office in the casita. The backyard is fantastic and the pool is the best. Between swimming and hanging in the spa, the days were fantastic. Played golf next door and the resort course Was quite good. Great restaurants, desert x, sunnylands. Any questions or issues were addressed immediately. Terrific hosts!

Nikki was a great host, super helpful and responsive. The AC stopped working on day 2 of 4 and she quickly got on it to have someone repair it. When we came back the next weekend for our second stay, there were a lot of snacks left for us which was a nice surprise. Kitchen is fully equipped with actually nice cutlery and kitchenware. The place was nicely furnished and was maybe one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at. The price was very high because of Coachella, but it was to be expected. Would def stay again.

We had the best time staying here! The backyard is gorgeous and so close to downtown Palm Springs. We were given awesome recommendations of places near by that made the trip even better!

Although we stayed in a great location we didn't end up leaving the house once. We cooked all our meals and stayed at the house to enjoy the pool and view. It was a relaxing a perfect getaway. The kids loved the pool! would definitely love to come visit again soon. The host was very responsive and a delight to communicate with. :)

We had an absolutely amazing weekend at Casa Bella! From beginning to end, Chris was an absolutely fantastic host—so kind, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. He provided great recommendations and was very communicative. The house itself was stunning: spacious, spotless, with so many fun areas to hangout! The backyard was huge and couldn’t be more perfect for relaxing, and the pool— incredible!! Definitely a highlight of the trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or a better host. We’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend this home!

Susan and Dans place was nothing short of wonderful. The home is breath taking and the backyard is a genuine oasis. We are so happy to have stayed there during our girls trip and will be looking for this place for any future trips to Palm Springs!!

This was a super comfortable house. The pool is a good size for 4-5 people at a time. The pool was fantastic because it got afternoon shade so, at peak heat, you can be in the pool without roasting. The kitchen was well equipped so it was easy to cook at the house. Everything was very clean when we arrived. We would definitely stay again.

Mars Landing was such an amazing getaway! You really don’t have to bring anything to the house, they have it all! We were all so impressed with the layout and amenities. They really thought of everything with this house. There is a binder with instructions and rules for the house that we kept out for reference. It was very clear and easy to understand. One of the great things about this house is that all the rooms are pretty equal with the exception of one having a king size bed. They all have access to the pool and feel private. Would definitely stay here again.

Andrea's home was beautiful, well equipped, great pool area and casita. Short drive to down town PS. Andrea overall was a great host, very response and was very kind to allow me an early check in. Highly recommend for a small group for a chill weekend. Thanks Andrea.

Three Palms was the perfect location to celebrate my birthday with friends!! It's close to downtown Palm Springs and was nice and spacious for my guests and I! Fun amenities and great decor! Barry and his team are not only responsive but detailed and thorough! Thank you for a great stay!!

We so enjoyed our stay! Pool and jacuzzi were wonderful, and you can't beat the view. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We were a group of 7 women and there was plenty of space in the house for all of us. Billy was very communicative and responsive from start to finish. Check-in and check-out instructions were very clear. All questions got an immediate answer. We got the chance to meet Billy and his husband at Palm Springs Village Fest and they were lovely. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for a few days with the family and friends and it was a really enjoyable experience. From great communication with the host and their team to beautiful midcentury design, awesome pool and amazing views. Our group of 9 felt right at home and it was a really comfortable stay for all of us. It's the type of place I would always pick over staying in a hotel - relaxing and luxurious, but also very private. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future.

This house is beautiful and perfect for families! The while house is remodeled and squeaky clean. Also amazing for families, they even have toys! The pool was so fun with the waterfall feature and the lights for nighttime. Thank you for providing your home for my family!

What a beautiful place! Even better in person. We went with our two kids, it was the perfect family getaway. The outside was so spacious and private. So much room for activities!! The bedrooms were all so cute and cozy and the main bedroom was amazing spacious and all equipped with very comfortable mattresses. The house was stocked with all the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay, even all the floats, rackets and golf putters for play. The place was very clean, possibly the cleanest one we have ever been to. Great lighting indoors and so many great areas outdoors for the perfect photos! The host was quick to respond to any questions and was even able to send over the link for the mattress. We will definitely be back!

I stayed here for a bachelorette party, and the house was gorgeous, we all thought it looked better than in the photos! The pool area was absolutely stunning and spanned the length of the house. There was also a waterfall feature and beautiful pool lights you could turn on. There was plenty of lounging space both inside and outside to relax. The host was super friendly and always quick to respond to our questions. The house was amazing, and we honestly wished we could have stayed here longer!

Everything was as pictured. Great for our group of families and small kids/babies. Wish there was an umbrella for use in the pool midday. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant. Never needed to leave the property!

I will run out of character spaces if I even try to scrape the surface on how amazing our stay was. The house was gorgeous and so clean and beautifully decorated. The towels and bed linens were amazing quality and no detail was overlooked. I loved our stay so much, we will stay here again and again when we visit PS. Rachel was a great host, she was so responsive and even allowed us to check in early and check out late if we needed to.

Ally was a great host! She was immediately responsive on any questions that we had, and was extremely helpful. Great location too - about 10 minutes from downtown. The property was as pictured on the website - very accurate listing and description. Kudos to Ally for providing a great stay with top-notch hospitality!
