Like some say, don't judge a book by its cover. The neighborhood is a little outdated, but very peaceful and quiet. Vanessa was a great host! Very responsive and she had clear instructions on her listing. The ambiance, cleanliness, peacefulness of her listing was spot on. Master king bed was so comfy; might be more comfy than my own bed! I appreciated Vanessa for leaving laundry detergent for my family and I to do laundry during our stay. And also for leaving a new sponge and dish soap in the kitchen. I would like to mention that the security at the pool does check your ID, so don't forget your ID when utilizing the neighborhood pool. Overall, my family and I were very satisfied with our stay. Highly recommend :-)

This was a charming house with a perfect space for relaxing. Close to shops that have all the amenities you may need. Host was explicit in instructions and provided all the basic necessities. Very happy I chose this little oasis for our mini vacation.

It’s a wonderful place they have everything ready for you , they made your stay very confortable, close to all the attractions, definitely 100 % recomendable

This was an excellent stay for me and my family. The house has been completely remodeled on the inside, it’s extremely nice. There’s a pool and you can fish off the back of the property into the lake, so if you love fishing, it’s a great spot for you. The hosts were incredible and communicated very well at all times. I have nothing bad to say about our experience with this host or their home. Two thumbs up

We absolutely LOVED the house! Cozy, inviting, CLEAN! Everything you can ask for! From the moment you walk in, it feels like home. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The backyard is a dream! Our kiddo loved it and so did we! I would recommend this place to anyone! It is definitely worth it! We hope to return next year!

Christy and Kaye made it easy for us to enjoy our stay .. we requested for an early checkin and late checkout as we had odd connections, that despite being made last minute, were accommodated in friendly manner after their due diligence with Cleaning Agency and Bookings. Denis's place was perfect for our stay! Super convenient to the fairgrounds, just seconds from the interstate. We enjoyed the private back yard each afternoon kept shaded and cool by the large tree. The house was comfortable and well appointed, with all the little things you might need when away from home. I look forward to staying here again!

Absolutely loved it! The place and location were even better than we expected!! Very walkable to various locations. We will definitely try to stay there again when back in the area.

Great little stay for the whole family. Relatively close to any large theme park or event. House is I believe actively still being lived in but everything was clean. There was just random stuff here and there but nothing that took away from the stay it self.

Went to Tampa for parathyroid surgery at the TGH outpatient hospital. It was about 5 miles away from the hospital. It was easy to find the hospital and there were close restaurants and a mall. The house was clean, Scott was very responsive and helpful and the groundskeeper lives in the house next door and met us when we got there and showed us around and answered all questions we had. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

This was an amazing little get away, and even though the property is shared space, we hardly saw others and it felt very private.Kristin was a very attentive host and helped us with our needs during the stay. Absolutely beautiful views of the river and a very comfortable unit, recommended!

A private paradise! This was the best part of our family vacation. The house was immaculate and organized. The outside area was amazing. I loved enjoying morning coffee in the hot tub everyday and listening to all the birds. I will be back.

Daniel is a really responsive host. The space looks like the photos, the lake is a nice touch in the back with the porch swing. The amenities were a nice touch as well.

José place was just like the photos provided roomy and clean. designated parking private entry felt safe and secured. Neighborhood is very quite felt like home away from home. Will definitely visit tampa again soon and will definitely book José,s place again!!! 10/10 I definitely would recommend! Also the location was up the street from Bush Gardens and 15 minute drive to downtown Tampa and 18-20 minute drive to the airport

Home was nice inside, very clean & tidy. Chad was very responsive and accommodating.

I was in the Tampa Bay Area. visiting family, and booked William’s place for myself, my adult children, 3 year old grandson and pet. There was plenty of space for everyone. His place is an oasis. Absolutely beautiful! The home was very, very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There are 2 and 1/2 baths, but we were fine. The pool was a major hit for my grandson. Having a private, beautiful pool area, and a gate for the dog, was perfect for our family getaway. William was very responsive, answering questions and concerns quickly. I highly recommend his place! You will feel right at home!

The location was perfect! The outdoor space was so relaxing and the decor inside and out was so cute! The covered patio area was a great spot to relax, drink coffee and listen to birds. It felt like we were in the country! The inside was just as nicely done and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean and convenient to the bedrooms. The price was so reasonable we were shocked at how nice everything was. Highly recommend! Thanks for making this such a great experience while attending our granddaughter’s graduation.
