Das war eine der besten Unterkünfte die wir je hatten, das Apartment war wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr groß, hatte 2 Bäder, 2 Balkone und einen atemberaubenden Ausblick. Es war alles super sauber und sah aus wie neu. Ein weiteres Highlight war der Rooftop Pool mit Blick auf die Skyline und das Meer. Es gibt ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Gym und bis zur Dubai Mall sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Soggiorno semplicemente perfetto! Il B&B si è rivelato esattamente come nelle foto, se non addirittura meglio. Fin dal primo momento sono rimasta colpita dalla pulizia impeccabile: ogni ambiente era perfettamente ordinato, igienizzato e curato nei minimi dettagli. È raro trovare un alloggio dove la pulizia sia così evidente e costante. La struttura è splendida, organizzata con gusto e intelligenza. Ogni spazio è stato pensato per offrire comfort e praticità, senza mai rinunciare all’estetica. Gli arredi sono moderni ma accoglienti, e la disposizione degli ambienti rende il soggiorno molto piacevole, sia che si tratti di un weekend che di una permanenza più lunga. Tutti i servizi promessi erano presenti e perfettamente funzionanti: dalla connessione Wi-Fi veloce alla cucina attrezzata, dal climatizzatore all’acqua calda sempre disponibile, nulla è mancato. Si percepisce chiaramente la cura e l’attenzione dei gestori nel voler offrire un’esperienza senza unica

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! Everything was exactly as described — clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location was perfect for our plans, and we really appreciated the smooth check-in process and clear communication from the host. The building is very well maintained, and the views were also a big plus. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!

The communication on Airbnb before my flight was excellent, quick responses and comprehensive information provided. I was hosted by Yogesh, who was incredibly friendly and communicative, making the experience even more pleasant. During my stay, I had frequent contact with the guest service team, who were extremely helpful and even arranged a cleaning on the day I requested, which was a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself was a dream, so quiet and peaceful, with a breathtaking view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to feel at home. The apartment was also very spacious, contributing to what has been one of the best holidays I’ve ever had. Additionally, the amenities were exceptional. The swimming pool, gym, and beach access were all complimentary, offering the perfect way to unwind and escape the noise of city life. Every moment was enjoyable, and the days seemed to fly by. Excellent property and communication. The view of Ain Dubai is unbeatable. The location is centrally in JBR and so convenient to walk around everywhere. There is a supermarket and pharmacy right downstairs. The apartment is huge and clean and the host was very communicative and attended to our every need. They provided all what we needed for our short stay and plenty of towels! We enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay more. Definitely coming back to this property. Thank you.

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Danke an den Gastgeber. Die Regeln haben mich an meine Jugendzeit auf einem Internat erinnert wie z.B keine Schuhe im Haus oder ab 23:00 Ruhe. Aber die Villa war einfach wunderschön und kann es allen empfehlen die Ruhe und Luxus suchen. Vielen Dank

The house was perfect for our 6 night stay. Leila was friendly responded to any questions we had promptly. I would happily stay again.

This place was beautiful but I think it's new to Airbnb. The stove didn't work, the TV were not set up athey didn't have shower curtains or floor towels. One of the bathroom was not clean. Everywhere else was new and clean. It took 3 days to come rectify the issues and it was a 5 day stay. The code on the door was accessible to the door man. He used 1234567 and had access. They never changed it my whole stay and said Dubai is safe so I shouldn't worry. Well I worried. On the positive the building is beautiful, the apartment is beautifully furnished and great views. There is a restaurant on the 14th floor! Awesome food for a discount, their breakfast was really nice. There is a 24/7 grocery at the entrance... Super convenient. If they rectify the few problems... It's an awesome place.

We were extremely delighted with our stay. Pauls place was extremely well stocked with all you could ever need and then some! Paul made us feel at home with each conversation. He was very accommodative of our requests, kind and went out of his way to help us secure a crib last minute. The villa is immaculate, very tastefully decorated with high quality accessories / things needed for your stay. The garden is beautiful and well maintained and has great shade for sitting along with a beautiful sounding water fountain. Rooms are big and stocked with towels and linen! Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well lit and a delight to cook in. Lots of restaurants nearby for home delivery.

Nos hospedamos durante una semana con mi familia en el apartamento de Salma, y fue todo mejor de lo planeado. La ubicación es espectacular, sobre la marina, con muchos restaurantes cerca y también a pocas cuadras de JBR, una zona con mucho ambiente y también muchos restaurantes. El apartamento es super cómodo, aún más lindo que en las fotos, y con una terraza que es un placer que desayunar ahí todos los días. Salma fue una host impecable, nos ha dado toda la información al detalle y siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades. MUY RECOMENDABLE

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Very good apartment,location is good ,nearby the metro ,nice community and very friendly staff . The apartment is clean ,simple but you will have all the things that you need . I love the sofa bed that can be a good spot to relax ,watch tv and can rest properly. I will surely come back in this apartment and will recommend it to my friends . Good choice .

Super logement nous avons adoré y séjourner. L’emplacement est idéal on est proches de la marina mais aussi de JBR. On a pu faire pas mal de choses à pied. Le parking gratuit est un grand atout. La piscine du Marriott et la salle de sport accessible sont la cerise sur le gâteau. Merci infiniment à Zunayd et Omid.

a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!
