House holiday rentals in Palm Island

We loved our recent stay here! We had a bit of a challenge with lots of rainy weather so having a BEAUTIFUL backyard with synthetic grass and an amazing pool SAVED THE DAY(S). We ran outside with every break in the weather and the kids stayed as happy as can be. The home not only looked clean, but FELT clean and the decor was tasteful and didn’t feel overly beach kitschy- as we’ve run into before. Hoping to be back next year!

myself with my Partner Paula, daughter Sammy and her boyfriend Tom stayed at Jonathan's wonderful house for 2 weeks, starting May 25th 2025. We were all delighted with the house and fully equipped with all our needs. We made use of the communal pool and found those that lived in the community very helpful and friendly. We made use of the Breeze bus that was great for going to the village. I made contact with Jonathan a few times regarding minor things and he responded very quickly.

We had an amazing week at this beautiful home just 10 minutes from Siesta Key. The house was spotless, super comfortable, and had everything we needed; the pool, boat dock, games, comfy beds, and a great TV setup. Everything was perfect. Jennifer was an amazing host as well; very responsive, respectful, and friendly. You can tell she puts a lot of care into keeping the place clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic Airbnb! Seaglass Management and Joy are great to work with. Very responsive! Great location, very safe, amazing pool and jacuzzi, close to downtown, restaurants and the Legacy bike trail. Will definitely book again in the near future.

Realmente disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía en la casa john y megan. Fuimos con nuestros hijos, la casa es súper cómoda, muy equipada, con elementos de playa, utensilios de cocina, toallas, en fin, todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar unos días en la playa. La ubicación es inmejorable, sobre la avenida principal de Siesta Key, a una cuadra de la playa, con acceso a pie. John y Megan nos respondieron siempre rápidamente y nos ayudaron en todo lo que precisamos. Realmente recomendable!

Casablanca exceeded my expectations. The house is much larger than it looks in the photos, with a large and well-equipped kitchen. The house is very cozy and comfortable, and I can't forget to mention how clean the house is. Matthew was super nice and responded to my messages promptly. I have no complaints about the house, and I would definitely rent it again. The outdoor area is very nice, and we had great family moments there, enjoying the pool and having a barbecue. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The garage has everything you need for a peaceful day at the beach, from chairs and coolers, to even tents if necessary. The location is very good, with stores and supermarkets very close by. It took us about 12-15 minutes to get to Siesta Key. Anyway, I definitely recommend the house!

Lisa house was and is beautiful you feel right at home. The spa was everything you could ask for it was my 40th birthday and she even had a small cake and balloons for me the was a really nice touch I would recommend anyone looking for a lovely bungalow style home too check Ms.Lisa home out you won’t be disappointed I promise

We had the most perfect stay at Aubrey’s! We loved everything about it! Great location, so comfortable and nice, close to great restaurants and close to beach as well. The design features of the house and everything in it is very well curated and a house you want to spend time in and enjoy the beauty. The beach chairs and umbrella were perfect for the beach. We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were in town for our son's sporting event for several days. It was exactly as described and more. It was clean and comfortable and there were so many "extras" that we do not usually experience in other rental properties. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cooking supples, spices, coffee, and more (better than any rental we've stayed in). There is not one negative thing I can say about this place or the host. Honorata was extremely responsive and helpful and allowed us to check in early, which we greatly appreciated as we needed to drop our luggage and go to an event. The location was great, a short drive to the beach, stores, etc. and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We would highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again next time we are in the area. Thank you Honorata and Conrad for a lovely stay!

Everything about this place and our host was top notch! Short walk to a stunning beach, shopping and restaurants. Decor was beautiful, felt private outside and by the pool, very clean and Jen was an amazing host; quick to respond and recommend the best places to visit. I highly recommend renting from Jen. We are already looking forward to staying here next year.

Book this immediately! This house is a beautiful, peaceful, tropical oasis that is close to the beach and restaurants. After a day at the beach, the private pool is a great escape. Claudia was very responsive and kind, she answered any questions we had. We were provided with a great starter pack of house items so we could start relaxing right away!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was spotless, stylish, and comfortable, just like the photos. The amenities were great. Appreciate that David was super responsive & a helpful host. Billie was an amazing host! She was extremely flexible with check-in and the cottage was great. We come to Siesta Key yearly and try to stay in walking distance to everything and this was block away from the beach and 10-15 minute walk to downtown. We didn't have car but there's parking available if needed. Will be our go-to spot going forward!

The house was immaculate. The neighborhood nice and quiet yet close to restaurants and the beach. Large bedrooms and bathrooms made it very comfortable. The poor area offered shade and sun and was really relaxing.

Our family decided to go to Anna Maria Island to celebrate my oldest graduating high school. It was by far the best, most relaxing vacation we’ve had. Everything about the location, atmosphere, walking distance to the beach, and especially the home was perfect! Ashley was a great host, kind a responsive, and provided the exact replica of the picture perfect home you see listed. Thank you for this much needed slice of paradise. We will definitely be back!

This house was definetly more that we expected! Beautiful place! We were obsessed with the distribution of the house, so many spaces 😍 And the house is more than equipped, has everything than we needed and more! Has all the beach stuff for the kids and adults! When I saw this new listing, I hesitated—no reviews and almost too-perfect photos. But the owners quickly answered my questions, were responsive, and I’m so glad we booked. The home is exactly as pictured: spotless, spacious, beautifully designed. The pool area is a dream—plenty of space for our group of 11 (with 4 kids), with waterfall features, a sauna, and even a sandy play area. The movie room and golf simulator were a hit too! Beds are comfy, rooms are big and inviting, Wi-Fi is great. Peaceful, safe neighborhood with tons of privacy. Carter and Naomi were responsive and kind to any concerns we had, and took care of everything. Amazing hosts. This home is a gem.

Our time at this Airbnb in Siesta Key was amazing! The house was super clean and had an awesome kitchen with everything you could think of, plus more. Great appliances, tons of towels, dishes, some games, TVs with premium channels and more! Outside was just as great. The pool area was covered with mosquito netting, so we could relax without bugs bothering us. The pool was our favorite spot! super clean, and the outdoor BBQ grill was great! The only thing was the master bedroom bed was a bit small and not the most comfortable for us (queen size), but everything else was so good. The neighborhood was really quiet, location was 4 minute drive from the beach. Overall, this Airbnb was one of the best places we've stayed. I would 100% recommend it and would come back! it looks better in real life than the photos.

Words can't describe what this place looks and feels like! It is beautiful, comfortable and accessible. If you are looking for a nice place to stay and enjoy the beach and pool all day, this is the spot. It has all the necessary amenities for the trip. They do have beach chairs, cart, umbrella and beach toys. The arrival and check in was no hassle at all, had no need to contact the host, as everything was well taken care of and it had written detailed instructions for further assistance. The BEACH is extremely beautiful.

Her recommendations for beaches and food were spot on and really helped us make the most of our trip. The space was spotless, private, and had everything we needed. Great location! So close to many different beaches and restaurants. The private pool area was our absolute favorite!
