Very close to the beach! Only unit 2 and 3 has beach views and units 1 and 4 faces Gulf blvd. So if that matters to you then please note. It didn’t not matter to us at all as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very convenient spot to enjoy the beach in a very clean building. The windows and doors are newer and insulate the street noise. Overall recommend!

We had a very enjoyable stay! The house was perfect for our family. We loved the pool and the location. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was perfect. The amenities that Anna provided were an added bonus...the beach chairs, cooler, etc. We lucked out when we found this Airbnb! Thanks so much Anna!

Mathew's place was exactly what I needed. Calm, quiet and very peaceful. I didn't hear the neighbors the whole time I was there. The beach was literally right out the window. So getting down there was very easy. Having a beach chair, cooler and bag in the condo was very convenient. The condo was very clean and homey. I liked being able to cook for myself and never having to leave the complex. I will definitely stay here again!!

I escaped MN to find this hidden gem! It was everything I could have asked for and more! I enjoyed the pool throughout my stay and catched a glimpse of a few dolphins. The bed was extremely comfortable and the unit was quiet. There was SPF and aloe in the bathroom cabinet which was perfect because I needed both! Walmart is a short uber away for all of your grocery needs. Doc’s next door was great to walk to for a quick dinner and drinks. The only hiccup I experienced was that pest control needed to enter the unit to spray and didn’t give Alison much notice so she could ensure I was out of the unit. I can’t wait to come back to this gem next year!

A Hidden Gem by the Beach – Perfect for Families! I wanted to surprise my family visiting from Texas with a beach getaway, and discovering Mrs. Nicole’s home was truly the highlight of our trip. It couldn’t have been in a more perfect location—just steps from the beach and close to everything we needed. The home itself was charming, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Nicole thought of everything—from an abundance of fresh towels to a fully stocked kitchen that made me feel right at home. One of the best perks? A beach buggy ready to load up with all your supplies—no more lugging chairs and bags in the sun! My mom, who has difficulty walking long distances, especially appreciated how easy and quick the walk to the beach was. She had no complaints at all—which says a lot! If you’re looking for a relaxing, convenient, and family-friendly place by the ocean, I highly recommend Nicole’s home. It’s absolutely worth every penny. We’ll definitely be back!

My family and I had an amazing getaway trip here. We had spent a lot of time working hard for this trip; and it sure paid off. The location was beautiful, just down the road (within walking distance) from John’s Pass, Very close to the beach, beautiful views. The Airbnb itself had everything you could possibly need, very clean, and cozy. The hosts were very communicative, and instructions were very clear. We had a 10 month old with us and it was also very accessible for that. Overall would 10/10 recommend this location to anyone looking for a peaceful, fun, and great experience/location for Florida. This is the 3 rd year we have stayed. Conveniently located but quiet. People are very nice whether they are owners or guest. Nate gets back to you within minutes. I would rent from him again.

The property was on a gorgeous section of the Gulf Coast and the public portions were vwry welk maintained. The condo was pretty and had every convenience.

We cannot say enough good things about this rental. It was beautiful inside and truly felt like a home away from home. The beds and couches were comfortable, and they provided plenty of bathroom towels. They even thought of things like phone charging outlets near the beds and nightlights in the bathrooms. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys and towels and even a wagon to take everything down to the beach. The location was also fabulous. Within walking distance to great restaurants, gelato, & markets and a short distance to the beach. We even enjoyed watching dolphins from the back patio in the evenings. The owners were wonderful to work with, and we would recommend this rental and will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay on a family vacation. Lots of restaurants in the surrounding areas. Home was very welcoming and the owners were very nice and responsive to any and all questions we had. Patio area was very nice and accommodating. Host was very nice and stayed in contact with me the entire trip. They were also willing to take care of a small issue with no hesitation and that speaks volumes to their willingness to help make sure their guests have an amazing experience. I could not recommend this place enough! The place was spacious and worked perfectly for a couple with a young baby. They had everything stocked to use, such a dish soap, kitchen supplies, laundry detergent, beach chairs and floats, high chair, pack and play, etc. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. The condo was quiet and family friendly. The unit has a great view of the ocean and access to a heated pool and hot tub. We would go back!

We recommend your stay at Crescent Beach Club 1-18C. Sand Feet is the most communicative host we have ever encountered in our travels. The relaxing beautiful beach is beyond words. Every day we watched dolphins go by and we even saw a manta ray and a manatee one day! From the moment you arrive at the CBC parking lot you are greeted by friendly guards which gives you a safe feeling. Those feelings are magnified when you realize the elevator lobby, pool and beach are only accessed by the fob provided to you. No unwanted visitors really makes you feel as safe as being at home! You won’t regret choosing this place for your next vacation!

Astonishing view from the balcony. Clean and well equipped place. The only downside is the living TV was not working the whole time during our stay. Other than that, perfect

I had a wonderful time. 10 out of 10 definitely do recommend. But if you and your partner having a anniversary this is not for you. They want you to be quite at 10pm. Pool closes at 8 so keep that in mind if you like swimming when the sun starts going down. But other then that everything was good. Very nice vibe.

It was great!We used the kayaks several times.The view was great ! House was clean and the hosts were super helpful. A very relaxing fun time was had by all members of our group of 6.The guys even saw some sea turtles and dolphins on their kayak trip out to the little island!

A Truly Magical Stay! We absolutely loved our time at this beautiful Airbnb! The home was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool was pristine and perfect for afternoon dips after walking back from the beach, which was only a few minutes away on foot. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We felt completely safe and at home. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, and everything was exactly as described—if not better. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful escape!

From start to finish, our stay was amazing. Erika was an exceptional host. She proactively made sure that we had all that we needed ahead of time and even checked in with us during our stay. The home was gorgeous. Beautiful views, clean, and super convenient to the beach and restaurants. We were there for my grandmother's 80th birthday and my birthday, and our stay at Erika's place was just perfect for the occasion!

Large, clean, comfortable and safe apartment with beautiful views. The people on the complex were friendly. We could happily live here!!! Susana gave clear instructions and was responsive and helpful.

What we enjoyed most about Shiloh's place was its close proximity to the Gulf and Sunset Beach. We walked from the property to the beach on numerous occasions, especially to watch the sunset. We also walked and rode are bikes to Fred Howard Park which was close by and also into Tarpon Springs, and onto the Pinellas Trail. The house was as described, and well stocked with all we needed. The newer washer/dryer came in very handy. Shiloh was very quick to respond, as we had an issue with a patio fan; and she had the fan replaced while we were there at no inconvenience to us. WE would return to this property!

This house was amazing it’s very roomy and beautiful and clean and it was nice to go fishing and get out on the kayaks the entire family went out on them I would recommend this house for renting it’s a #1 of my favorite places to stay and mark the host was amazing and so nice

Absolutely beautiful location right on the beach. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Loved the balcony and view from upstairs.
