our family had the best vacation we mostly stayed in the pool and hot tub and if we had questions Sweta was very quick to answer us and definitely a place we will come back to.

My family and I loved it, from the location by the beach to the look and feel of the home. We enjoyed waking up to do yoga and exercise in the large back yard or just laying out there in the sun. Anette was extremely kind, communicative and quick to respond when we had questions. All in all it was a great stay.

Ryan was great, before we arrived he reached out to me. Confirmed when the rental would be available. I reached out to him with a couple questions and he was very responsive. Small details like some fresh flowers in the kitchen to a bottle of wine he left us and some sodas and water was an added touch and very kind. I read a lot of really nice reviews about Ryan and he delivered exactly what the reviews said.

Exactly as described. Cozy and comfortable for our large family. Walking distance to the beach and close to all local attractions. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Located in historic Davis Shores an easy walk or Uber to downtown. This is a spacious 2 B, 2 B and super comfortable. Has everything you need. Highly recommend!!!

What a beautiful gem this home was, tucked away in a quiet,charming neighborhood within walking distance of St. Augustine's historic district. The morning view of the sunrise over the marsh right across from the home was a breathtaking and soothing site to see from the cozy porch. The home retained its vintage appeal with a touch of modern accents such as spotlights, plasma screen tvs, and outdoor shower overlooking bamboo forestry. Beds were so comfortable and home had all amenities such as towels, cookware, iron, etc. Courtyard was so expansive and kids loved playing there. Highly Recommend :-)

This is a beautiful home with great spaces to enjoy. The house is thoughtfully appointed for families and fun. There were ten of us-my husband and I, our two kids and their spouses, and our four grandchildren. Every one of us felt relaxed and accommodated. The house is close to downtown St Augustine and other attractions. The beach is fantastic. And--the hot tub is great! We would love to come back some day.

Perfect patio and little ocean view! Our group of 7 enjoyed all the amenities, plenty of beachgear, and comfortable beds. Thankful for such wonderful hospitality and decor!

This place is a true hidden gem! The home is beautiful, super clean, and packed with amenities that made our stay extra comfortable. This home and property is absolutely spectacular. The home is beautiful and the lake on the property is breathtaking and peaceful. This place is a 10 out of 10 if you are looking for a peaceful and gorgeous getaway with friends or family and very close to downtown St. Augustine.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Seaside Serenity lives up to its name! This apartment was absolutely adorable—decorated so cozy and cute, it felt like a home away from home. It had all the amenities I could possibly need (they even thought to include q-tips and cotton balls!). The beach was just a short 5–10 minute walk away and in a quieter, more peaceful section, which made it even better. We loved having beach toys available and also used a golf cart to explore New Smyrna—being located just off Saxon made it super convenient for getting around. While the apartment doesn’t have an ocean view, the little patio was a lovely spot to enjoy my morning coffee. The added bonus of a pool, tennis court, and other community amenities made the stay even more enjoyable. Dallas, the host, was amazing—responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

This place is fantastic. Very large common spaces and an awesome and large balcony to overlook the ocean. Design was ideal for our family of 6. Lots of room and laundry made everything easy to stay for the week. Master bedroom and bath were amazing and private balcony for sunrise was perfect start to days. Highly recommended!

The host was very accommodating and was easy to get a hold of if needed. Beautiful home across the street from the beach and just a little drive to shops and restaurants. My mom had spent the last 7yrs vacationing in Daytona. It's very hard to change her mind but she mentioned that she will be coming back here from now on.
