The location of the apartment in the beautiful Chiemgau, surrounded by mountains and the very nearby swimming lakes, but also the proximity to the cities of Salzburg, Burghausen and Tittmoning with their castles and historic old towns, means there is no time to get bored.

We offer a 50 sqm apartment with mountain views! We live here very secluded and quiet so the perfect place to really unwind! The lidos in Taching and Tengling are each about 2 km away. You are welcome to bring your pets as you can see in the pictures we have some ourselves. We look forward to seeing you soon! Studio apartment

The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

Welcome to Tittmoning,an idyllic small town on the Salzach. Leitgeringer See is a 5-minute drive away. The 66 sqm new apartment is within walking distance of the historic old town and is very quiet (cul-de-sac). It is a new building (hillside house), the garden is not yet completely finished. If that doesn't bother you, then we are very much looking forward to seeing you. Meals are provided by supermarkets, a butcher, several bakers, as well as restaurants.
