L’appart dispose d’une place de parking sécurisée en sous-sol, d’un casier à ski et la résidence est équipée d’une laverie (payante). Un service de conciergerie est disponible sur demande. La résidence est à 500m des pistes (accessible à pied) et une navette gratuite passe toutes les 10 min env.

Close to shops (supermarket/pharmacy 500 m, bakery 800 m, curist shuttle at the foot of the residence, 500 m train station, 1.5 km from the city center.) Perfect for stays in any season. Excellent for departures hikes, lake nearby, ski etc... Ski and bike lockers in the residence.
