Passing through the area and we were looking for something dog friendly. This was great value compared to hotels plus a fenced yard was nice which ultimately lead to us to book this location, hot tub worked well enough. Would recommend if you are needing to stay in the area or just passing through like us.

We had a wonderful stay in an awesome unit. Plenty of room, loved that we had a washer and dryer and a great location. We were very comfortable and Alan and Savannah were awesome hosts! Would definitely stay here again.

What a cozy stay in the heart of Grand Junction. If the weather were warmer we could have walked to town for dinner and exploring.

We had a great stay in Fruita! We were just around the corner from Main Street, so we could easily walk to get coffee, check out a few shops and galleries, and try some restaurants. The house was clean and updated, and the bed was comfortable. Our flight got in a few hours before the check in time, but the house was ready for us when we arrived!

It was like staying at your Aunt's home, cozy, and lovely, and in a location that's an easy communte in all directions. We will absolutely stay here again since it was a perfect space for us!

We had a lovely stay at Ron's house. We came with our dog and it was very easy to be in the house with a pet. The backyard isn't well suited for a dog, shares the space with the other house and no room for dog to run around. However the house itself was great. They even had a big dog bed in the mudroom that our dog absolutely loved. We brought our bikes and the mudroom was perfect for storing them. You could easily fit six bikes in there! The house is in a great location for walking to the Main St restaurants and shops. I would stay at this house again.

I felt very much at home here, it was a cute little house with a good about of space! Me and my four friends were able to stay there and we were comfortable. I love the view! Overall a very pleasant experience!

There were some issues with AC they had just upgraded but they were on top of it and very communicative to fix and get it right. We saw a lot of the hosts, had some great conversations, and they did all they could to make it up to us. The only minor issue was the curtains in all the rooms were not room darkening causing my small daughter to wake up early. But that gave us more time for fun in Grand Junction.

We loved our stay here! We were in the area to do road cycling and we could access the Colorado National Monument and the river trail easily from the condo. The space was comfortable and clean, and a great place to rest and recharge after biking!

I have stayed in grand junction many many times over the years and just stayed in hotels. I decided to try an air bnb due to the longer stay and WOW am I now spoiled! Sherree has thought of everything! The place truly is an oasis in the city! Would definitely stay here again!
