Spyros is a wonderful host who has made the house a home with lovely attention to detail. There was a fabulous view from the house, the rooms were comfortable and everything was fully usable. We felt at home right away, and would struggle to find anything that could be improved! thankyou Spyros, we will definitely return to your house next time we visit Puglia

Vitina was a very helpful host. She was very responsive at any time. The best place you can get in Polignano a Mare.

Giuseppe is a very good host and the house was very nice. Perfect for a holiday with a dog. Large fenced garden with delicious fruits for snacking. As a welcome, there was a huge bowl of fruit and water. Giuseppe gives lots of tips for restaurants and excursions... Absolutely recommended.

Beautifull villa with a beautufull view. comfy rooms and nice annex if you have a toddler that you dont want disturbing the other guests.

We had a great stay at Carmela and her husband's. We were very well received (thank you for the focaccia and everything else, it was delicious). The villa is beautiful, lost in the middle of cherry trees, it was very relaxing. It's a good starting point for visiting the surroundings. There was everything you needed, everything was clean and tidy. We had a problem with the coffee machine and it was replaced the next day (with coffee and donuts as a bonus, thank you). The tips were valuable. I recommend it 200%. A big thank you to Carmela and Francesco, great hosts 😊

Filippo was an excellent host. He collected us at the airport, for a fee of €20. The house was as described in the photographs, spacious and airy and very clean. A car would have been an advantage as the local shop was a 20 minute walk and the local train station also a 20 minute walk. We visited Matera, we took the route 33 local bus ( 200 m walk), to the airport and got a bus from the airport to Matera. Trani is well worth a visit on the train. We had a very nice local meal in Cocianas Ristopub which is a short walk from the house. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Bari Palese and would highly recommend a stay in Filippo‘s Villa.

We had a very nice week in Bari/Santo Spirito. The house is only 10 minutes from the airport by car and offers a lot of privacy thanks to the wall around the property. The garden is lovingly fielded and has many seating options, so you can enjoy it again and again. The foosball and the numerous toys were great for the kids. Enzo is a great host! Very likeable and interested in us as guests. He greeted us with lots of treats, gave us valuable excursion tips and helped us immediately when the air conditioning had a defect. A nice place to relax, enjoy family time and great starting point to explore Puglia. Glad to come back. 😀

An absolutely beautiful holiday home for a very peaceful stay in Puglia. It’s close enough to walk to Polignano a Mare (which is stunning and has great restaurants) though only if you’re okay walking ~30mins. There are tuktuks in town to take you back. It’s very close to the marina (<5min walk) so perfect for taking a boat tour of the local coast line which I highly recommend. There is a rocky beach nearby for getting in the sea but not a lot of room for laying out all day. Highly recommend a rental car if you wanna get the most out of the location. Tony is the owner and looked after the pool. He was incredible and highly responsive, even though he pays the agency to look after the place, he was very hands on. Really glad too because the agency contact was not very helpful. He even came to sort out a power outage very quickly one night and drove us to the train station on our last day! All in all, a beautiful property in a beautiful place.

We loved our stay at Paul’s place. It looked exactly like the pictures and had all the amenities we were looking for. It was a great area to stay, because there were so many beautiful surrounding towns that we could go to explore for the day. Paul was very responsive to any questions and also offered suggestions of things to do and places to eat. It is in a secluded area, very private and peaceful, so you would definitely need a car. Highly recommend!! We’d go back in a heartbeat

There are no surprises here. It is beautiful. Clean, well equipped, peaceful, gorgeous pool, comfortable, safe. Would definitely rent again. We loved every minute!

What a lovely stay in this beautiful villa. Where there is everything you could possibly need. Very beautiful region where there is plenty to do. We had the rented cars delivered and picked up at this villa, which was very convenient. The villa and the pool, garden and terraces are exceptionally well maintained and clean. Exceptionally flexible host who was always able to pass on the best tips for the stay, transport, restaurants, day trips etc. Everything was very well organised. And Giulio is always available. Enjoy and relax without worries! I definitely recommend it to you.

We had a wonderful stay at Olga Myriam's villa. She & her husband were so sweet to welcome us with plenty of fresh fruits, home- made bread, italian biscuit... The villa is so spacious with a swimming pool, football pitch and an olive garden. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for your cooking. The location is ideal for exploring Puglia,. One important note, if you use google map to reach the villa, remember to search "Mina Villa", it will lead you to Olga's villa exactly, don't use the address on the listing. Highly recommended!

We had a dreamy week with my 4 big kids. All are well thought out in this house. There were 10 of us (5 couples). The house is ideal for 4 couples as there are 4 bedrooms. the single sofa bed and an extra small bed are a little spartan for the fifth couple. Stefania is very responsive with any requests. The garden and pool are beautiful Thanks again Stefania we hope to be able to come back

Caterina and Roberto’s place was beautiful! Everything was exactly as described and the location was perfect.

Very nice villa. Ideally located which allowed us to visit the main tourist interests of Puglia. The outside: pool and terrace are very nice. Plenty of space. The house is quite spacious. Downside of the rental for people wishing to cook is the lack of equipment: no microwave, no dishwasher, no bowl, no dish for the oven. Flushing problem that is malfunctioning and causing a lot of noise. A plumber came but it didn't solve the problem. I recommend this rental which is really nice.

Our host Gianvito was totally awesome person extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about by the town He suggested every single restaurant we went to and every one of was a 10 The property is beautiful very well maintain very comfortable and clean. Must definitely be back. Thank you so much for making our family feel so comfortable

A peaceful little piece of paradise in cassano the house is a little out of the way so the place is quiet (except during the holidays where there are some fireworks, which did not bother us at all) and in cassano there is everything you need, supermarket, pharmacy, laundry, gas stations and restaurants all accessible by car. As for Manuela, a perfect welcome with the explanations of the different outbuildings, speaks very good French which was very helpful ^^ and who advised us on most of our visits and we thank her for these valuable tips! In short, a beautiful stay in a clean place, with lots of charm, easily accessible by car, which facilitates exchange and sharing! Thanks Manuela:)

Excellent structure, perfectly as described. Very accurate host, always available and proactive to every request. We had many useful tips and the structure conveys a fantastic feeling of relaxation. Great security too, the residence is controlled 24 hours a day. We'll definitely be back!

Our family of 6 had an amazing week at Julian's house. We loved the location near so many towns with great restaurants and beaches. The house is beautifully decorated and spacious. The patio and pool area was perfect and even nicer at night with all the lighting. Darren is great and very communicative. We wish we could have stayed a month!

We had a lovely time at Torre Nuova. The villa is absolutely beautiful. There is plenty of outdoor space. The pool is excellent, having its full separate bathroom, fridge freezer and music connectivity for sunny days by the pool. The outdoor seating area was perfect for the family, the induction hob was useful for evening meals with beautiful night lighting. The bedrooms are stunning and extremely cool with the white washed brickwork, very comfortable beds. The villa is spotless!! I would highly recommend this property for a quiet holiday away from it all. We wish we stayed longer! Your own transport is definitely required, but the roads are very easy to navigate and local supermarkets only a 4 minute drive! We enjoyed the stay at Maria Chiara's place! It is a wonderfully stylishly furnished house, with all the facilities. Quiet area, car is required. Much to see in the area, most of all a 20 minute drive away. Beautiful surroundings We were 6 adults and had plenty of space The hostess was very helpful and easily accessible. Certainly subject to repetition.

Beautiful place and the tranquility that feels unique there is no noise at all. Raffaele is a very friendly and attentive person. Would stay here again!
