Beautiful apartment and the town where it is located. The owner is very kind, always attentive to coordinate the check-in and check-out times of the dpto.

The apartment is just like the photos, large, beautiful balcony. To use grill/quincho you have to book 7 days in advance. We consulted the possibility of checking out a little later and there was no inconvenience.

Marcia was nice and proud of her apartment. It was cute for sure and had most everything you needed. It was a tiny bit dark but otherwise a super cute place with a nice terrace, washer, kitchen. And bed was very comfortable

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Buenos Aires! The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to local restaurants, shops, and public transportation. I very much enjoyed my stay but after 2 weeks my back and hip experienced some soreness. The reason was due to the bed. Much too soft for me. So if you require a firm mattress this is not for you.

We had an excellent stay at Cecilia's apartment. I traveled with my partner and from the first moment we felt that we had made a very good choice. The value for money is unbeatable: the place is as shown in the photos, very clean, comfortable and perfect for resting after a long day in the city. Our stay was sensational! We were impressed with every detail and Adriana's care for us! Very helpful, flexible and friendly hostess. She gave us several nice and useful tips, as well as leaving several items so that we could have a good breakfast on arrival and have a great experience in the city. We had an excellent experience in the apartment of host Adrian through Airbnb. From the beginning, he was extremely polite, attentive and always responded quickly and cordially to all our messages. The apartment is complete and was impeccably clean and organized. We found everything we needed, and we were even surprised with treats like coffee capsules, water, Coca-Cola, alfajor, soap and shampoo. The bed and bath items were clean and very fragrant, which made our stay even more comfortable. The condominium is very quiet, and the view from both the apartment and the heated pool is simply spectacular. The photos in the ad are totally faithful to reality. The location is also a great differential: close to the Mercado de San Telmo and surrounded by excellent restaurants, bars, cafes and ice cream parlors. In addition, there are subway stations

Great place, amazing host!

Armonio's flat was lovely, with a bright kitchen and workplace and a beautiful terrace in the sun. It is very close to lots of Palermo restaurants, as well as some very well-known milongas, if dancing tango is your thing. Communication was amazing, Armonio was very responsive and accommodating, with loads of recommendations from travel tips to wine suggestions. I would certainly recommend staying here!

The apartment is very comfortable and cozy. Excellent shower, bed and air conditioning. Everything works perfectly. 100% recommended. We will definitely keep it in mind for the next time.

The apartment is nice, clean and new. The best thing to note is the beds with new and super comfortable mattresses! (I clarify because most Deptos don't have comfortable beds) They could add hair dryer that wasn't there.

Very comfortable apartment in a building with security. Located on the 29th floor, which gives it an excellent view of the city and the river, as well as not hearing the street noise. We found everything clean and Mariana always answered quickly to every question.

The stay was super comfortable, we arrived by van and the parking space assigned to us was super spacious. The entry, cleaning, and exit system is a hotel. We appreciate the double-glazed openings and the 2 super spacious and comfortable beds. It is a very spacious room, much larger than average and you can see an update. I went with my partner and our baby and we slept very well. Being very detailed, there are always things to improve but it is a very good option. Facts: to the right of the accommodation there is a Havana with very good options for breakfast and to the left a parador with other more basic options. Another important point is that there is WiFi and that communication with Pepe is super super fluid and very quick to respond.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is very nice and Flor is an extremely attentive host. Recommended!

Great stay at Raulon’s place. The furniture and the place in general make you feel very comfortable. Also Raulon was really proactive when I needed some more stuff for the kitchen. I highly recommend!

EXCELLENT, RECOMMENDED!!! To highlight the attention and predisposition on the part of the hosts, Andrea and Juan Cruz, who maintained communication at all times, accommodating our arrival schedule and even waiting for us because the transfer was complicated. The apartment is super comfortable and functional, ideal for spending a few days in Buenos Aires, as you want to go out, explore and get to know the city. It has many very nice details, from the dishes and utensils to the decoration and lighting of the place. The location is exceptional, meters from 9 de Julio and a couple of blocks from the Obelisk, a very nice area, with theaters and restaurants. It is undoubtedly a place to consider for a future trip to Buenos Aires.
