We had an excellent hosting experience! The apartment is extremely well equipped and well cared for, with excellent quality bed and bath linens. David is a very attentive and very kind host. He gave great suggestions and took care of all the details so that we had an excellent trip. I'm sure we'll be back!

From the beginning, Juan was very attentive to our needs, showing a great willingness and flexibility both to allow us an early check-in and to extend the departure, which allowed us to calmly enjoy the San Telmo fair on Sunday. The accommodation is located in the heart of Palermo, less than 10 minutes from the subway and with a minibus station right on the corner, which makes it much easier to use public transport. In addition, it is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and supermarkets, which makes it very convenient. Although the area has a lot of movement and can be a bit bustling, we understand that it is part of the neighborhood's life and it was not something that bothered us too much. The apartment was very clean, it had what was necessary and they provided us with towels, which is always appreciated. It's definitely a place where I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you for everything!

I loved staying in this apartment! Was very conveniently located, felt safe and had a lot of space. It felt amazingly comfortable for a longer stay, and I really appreciated the communication and support of Barbara throughout. The rooftop pool was also beautiful in the sun.

Carol’s apartment has stood the test of time very well, and you feel like you are transported back Buenos Aries around the time the apartment was built. But, Carol has lovingly tended to many key details of comfort: modern air conditioning, pristine refurbished kitchen, two en suite bathrooms. The apartment is close to the subway, bus, myriad of restaurants, grocery stores, and much more. This is a safe area and the building is always secure. The elevator to the second floor is still operating well and from the last century (very cool!). Carol allowed us flexible arrival and departure time which was very generous of her. Additionally, she arranged to have her driver Alex at our disposal to/from the airport, to/from the port. I can’t wait to return to Buenos Aries and stay here again!

It really is an excellent apartment! It has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Super clean and tidy. It's beautifully decorated. It has the necessary appliances and utensils and everything is new and works well (kitchen, air conditioning, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, towels, etc.). It's spacious, the bed is comfortable, and it has a nice balcony. The complex is superlative: heated pool, jacuzzi, saunas, gym. Everything is spacious, new and very easy for guests to access. The host, Juan, is very explicit, responds quickly and accurately. They left us coffee capsules, chocolates and beer in the fridge, it's a very nice welcome when you arrive tired from a trip. 100% recommended apartment. The price/quality ratio is excellent. It's worth it!!!

Instantly felt at home here! The place is so comfortable and had everything I needed for an awesome stay. The terraces were a bonus and the location was excellent as a home base for exploring the city. Alfredo was a really great host. Highly recommend!
