Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Palencia

Highly recommended accommodation. Very new, comfortable, comfortable and very well-equipped apartment. Close to downtown and at the same time in a secluded and quiet area. We spent three very pleasant days.

We only spent a couple of days but we were very comfortable. The place is in the center of town, close to public parking, bars, restaurants, shops and so on. The host is very attentive and friendly. A has been a pleasure

The experience at the Pico del Curavacas house was wonderful. The house has all the amenities, better in reality than in the photos. The environment is unbeatable in the middle of nature, the silence and attraction of the Palento mountain, its people are friendly and close. The cuisine is rich and generous. The host, Jonathan, is a wonderful person, friendly, involved and especially interested in making the stay the best. I traveled with the family and we did several excursions, an unbeatable experience that we will undoubtedly repeat as soon as we can!

We had a great time, everything was sparkling and framed in an amazing natural environment! Also Jonathan welcomed us with a selection of products from the exquisite area! The best part, which is a PetFriendly home, our perrete Bruno felt at home! We look forward to coming back!

It was definitely one …if not the best accommodation I have found and stayed on Airbnb. Location is definitely important if you are doing or planning a summit of the espigüete or curavacas . Location eas just amazing if you are planning on doing this routes . Apartment was AMAZING!! Everything what you could think of that you would need is up there From the kitchen / washing drying machine /Bathroom / Location / bed was really good / also the sofa Then they have everything available for you to have breakfast / coffe pods / jam / They even were so nice and left a cooked tortilla / loaf of home made cake / local bread / cured meat and cheese It was a really cozy place to either go on full adventure or just to rest and have a nice weekend. They also have some activities for you to explore and enjoy the area . Only negative is we had to leave . Plus there were not many stores available in the area but the small restaurants were amazing

An impeccable stay and highly recommended! If you're looking to visit the Palencia area, you should certainly stay at Jonathan's place. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet. Jonathan is a warm and friendly host who goes above and beyond to welcome you. And the apartment itself is very clean, thoughtful, and creative. We will certainly return!

Victor was very friendly and attentive to all our needs. The house was very nice, spacious and new. The common area was a bit short in terms of sofa seats, and you had to sit in chairs. The water heater is not enough for 6 adults to shower, so we had to take turns. It had all the necessary kitchenware and utensils for everyday use. It is an excellent option to go with children, as it has a high chair, crib and toys. The only drawback we had was that it was quite cold when we arrived, and although we lit the stove and the fireplace, the house took a long time to warm up and the first night we were a little cold, but if you ask, leave the heating on beforehand and there will be no such problem. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Very cozy house, surrounded by nature. The location is located in a very quiet village and 5 minutes from the perfect highway to disconnect. The inside of the house was very well equipped and despite the cold outside inside you can be in short sleeves without a problem. Quite clean rooms and stays. Concepción is very attentive and always willing to help. The experience a 10, we will definitely be back!

We stayed with 2 children in Ruis Berghaus and loved it. The house offers enough space to romp or get out of the way. It has a well-equipped kitchen where even the most important food is available and 2 bathrooms each with toilet and bathtub or shower. The shutters darken fine. Only you have to be aware that there are some (large) spiders in the house, which may have been shaken during our visit to the season (spring). The spider roommates didn't bother us, but for some people this could be problematic. The floor is tiled everywhere, but without underfloor heating, so it's best to take slippers with you, otherwise cold feet threaten. There are some nice hikes directly from the house, as well as other (summit)hikes within just 5-15 minutes driving distance. We liked it very much in this mountain house and we can fully recommend it for a stay as a family or group of max. 8 people.
