WOW! This is a fantastic property, location and host. The property inside and out is very well cared for, extremely comfortable, clean and well equipped. Each bedroom is spacious and has own en suite which was perfect for our group. There are several common areas inside and outside the house which makes it perfect for all getting together as well as being able to find some quiet space when needed. The gardens and outside areas are beautiful and perfect for relaxing days lounging by the pool. The location is great for a quiet retreat but also within short distances to the spectacular sites nearby - mountains, lakes, seaside, Roman ruins, larger towns, etc. Jorge was a fabulous host from check-in to leaving. He walked us through the property to ensure we knew where to find everything, provided information about local areas (bars, restaurants, shops, etc.) and was very friendly when we met him throughout our stay. Thanks for everything, Jorge! I would love to stay here again and have no hesitation recommending it to others.

The truth is that it is an accommodation in good condition, what you see on the website is really what you find. Mercedes and Fernando are charming, always attentive, in case we needed anything. They recommended places to go for routes. They offered us bikes and the welcome was very nice and with a very good explanation of everything in the house. The house is super clean, I thought it was a house that had been recently put up for rent, and it turns out that they have had it for more than 4 years, which says a lot about the level of cleanliness and maintenance they do to the house. Without a doubt, when I can, I will rent it again since it is very cozy, warm and the place is very quiet, ideal to disconnect and enjoy nature. I give them a 10.

Great place with rooms and bathrooms for everyone (4 families). Even has an extra dining room and kitchen to enable great shared dinning experiences.

Small house with big heart This would be the perfect description. We were attended by Matías, who has always been attentive in case we are missing something. I forgot the dryer and lent us one. She gave us good advice and as it made us bad she was attentive to us at all times. The cozy house, with an amazing view. I didn't even remember when we slept so well. Not a noise, NOTHING. We had a great few days with the family. The Palentina mountain has surprised us with its landscapes, paths and tranquility. We have been in the middle of August and have not experienced any heat. The super cool house. La buhardilla lo mejor. Triollo is a really small village to disconnect, but well located for hiking and enjoying the countryside. That yes, you have to take a car by curved road for everything. We've been there for 10 people and really enjoyed it.

Lovely peaceful place to get away from it all, the swimming pool fun for the kids. Geese and horses in neighbouring fields, so this felt like a real farming village. Owner's family made us very welcome. We were lucky with a friendly family in the place next door. beautiful lake for wild swimming 500 m walk away. you really need a car.

Very nice little cottage in an absolutely quiet yet central location! Everything was very clean and comfortable, we didn't lack anything! Marga and Celeste are available at all times and were very helpful.

A fantastic apartment for a quiet family weekend. The accommodation is large, it has everything you need and is very comfortable. the location is very quiet, it is a very small town that the truth has no big but good depends on what you are looking for can meet your needs.

We had a wonderful experience at this cottage in Arroyo, Cantabria, very close to the Embalse del Ebro. We were traveling as a family and, after an unexpected cancellation of another house at the last moment, we found this place almost by miracle, but what a nice change! From the first moment, Fermín, the host, was incredibly kind and understanding with our situation. He greeted us warmly and made sure we felt at home. The house is spacious, comfortable and perfectly equipped for families, with its four rooms ideally distributed for all, three of them have a double bed. The environment is quiet, surrounded by nature, perfect for disconnecting and enjoying the outdoors. In addition, the house was very clean and has a magnificent garden to enjoy with sunbeds and barbecue among others. Thanks to Fermín, what started as a problem ended up being an unforgettable stay. We'll definitely come back and recommend it 100%.

A place to relax after a busy train journey with many cities. Small hamlet with 15 inhabitants and if you want to go to the beautiful aguilero de Campo: Every car on the country road will stop and take you. That's how they do it there.

Very quiet and careful environment, it is noteworthy that such a small town is so well cared for, Jesus explained everything to us perfectly, with a very wide schedule for both departure and entry. Careful details in the home and fully equipped, from dishwasher, maps and brochures of the area..., to tapas and povidone iodinated in the medicine cabinet, just great!. I don't know if I will repeat trip to the area, which for the MTB is amazing, but I will definitely recommend it to family and friends.

The house was amazing. It had all the details and Maria Jesus was exceptional, she waited for us on arrival and had the house warm for when we arrived. It's true that the town itself has nothing... but the Enchanted Castle and the Space Port are super close by.

The house is beautiful, spacious and much nicer than you can see in the photographs, it has 2 kitchens, a large one on the super comfortable first floor, and then another on the second floor. Everything you need you get inside the house and the surroundings are quiet and perfect for disconnecting. Without hesitation we would repeat it, we travel 15 people and we feel comfortable at all times. Francisco is very friendly and always willing to help. THANK YOU
