Overall, I was satisfied with the accommodation, but the only drawback was that I had to go uphill over a kilometer to get to the accommodation.

Best bang for your buck, hands down. It's a cozy studio for 1 person. It has everything except for dryer. Half basement room, easy to get in and out, quiet. Convenient store & laundry right next door. 5 min walk uphill from the main street. Food places everywhere walkable. 10 min to Seoul Univ station or to Nakseongdae station Line 2 gets you anywhere in Seoul. ICN airport ride 6017 5 min walk, every 30 min or so.

A very nice trip to Mizunami. The host is very friendly and welcoming. The puppy is also very cute. The room is cozy and tidy, very close to public transportation, highly recommended!

This is a good place for stay

I highly recommend it to those traveling to Suwon!! First of all, the host is so kind. Late check-out, recommendations for nearby food, and parking fee support, so you only need to bring your body!! (I'm not exaggerating) And most of all, the accommodation was so clean that it was so nice. Compared to other nearby accommodations, the bathroom wasn't small, which was nice, and there was no hair or foreign matter.🫶 And there were all the necessary items such as a dryer and a hair straightener, and even a coffee machine, so it was convenient! It was a shame to sleep only one day. There are also accessory shops nearby that women will like, and there is a GS25 convenience store, so it's easy to go back and forth.👍 Nevertheless, I was able to rest comfortably without any noise around me because it was in an alley. And the bed was so comfortable... I really fainted and fell asleep. It was nice to receive high-quality service at a reasonable price, and the host replied quickly, so I was able to resolve any questions quickly. I came from far away, but thanks to you, I think my trip to Suwon will be a good memory.😍 I want to visit again when I travel to Suwon next time~

I stayed with my colleagues. Everyone was satisfied. There were enough bedrooms and beds, and there was one bathroom on each of the 1st and 2nd floors, so it was easy for men and women to use separately. The furnishings and cleanliness were also good. There are many cafes and restaurants around Haengnidan-gil. If I come back to Suwon, I will make a reservation again.

I enjoyed my two-week stay. It was my first Airbnb experience, and the hosts set a high bar. They were very friendly, responded quickly to messages, and took immediate action when I had questions. They ensured I was comfortable and had everything I needed.

The place is very well suited for 10-11 people to throw a party. Rooftop was very nice to do some BBQ and the atomosphere was very nice with beautiful scenary. It was clear that the host took a great care to keep the place nice and clean. However, the building itself was kinda old and there were some issues regarding this; such as no elevator. We overall enjoyed the stay and recommend for people who wants to throw a party in Gangnam.

Ey made everything easy and convenient from start to finish. She was always extremely friendly, responsive, proactive and helpful. Her space was clean and free of clutter. Comfortable and private space, conveniently located near Camp Humphreys. Great host, and will definitely stay again!

The house is exceptionally clean and conveniently located just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get around the city. The owner is also very responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or concerns, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable

It’s only 15/20 min walk from lotte world and lotte tower and you can enjoy the view during that walk 🤌🏻

It was clean, and it was great.

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

1. Best place to stay if you love shopping in gangnam. It's pretty much close to so many restaurants and shops 2. Gaining access to public transport is super easy as the place is close the bus stops, train stations and taxi drivers are everywhere 3. The host is amazing! Mr Lee was very helpful with my inquiries and gave myself a tour around the local area. 4. The apartment was spacious with plenty of space (much bigger than the usual apartments). 5. Overall I had a blast staying there :) Would highly book it again if I were to visit Gangnam again

Worth the stay if you plan to travel around. Close to the station with lots of great food and activity nearby. If taxis to get around was cheap!
