Villa holiday rentals in Palavas-les-Flots

Took some effort to finally find the right unit - but Nadege was super nice and helpful. Villa was perfect for our needs, nice and tidy, tastefully decorated and fitted out. Easy walk to restaurants, waterfront, marina, stores. We really enjoyed our time in La Grande Motte.

The house is supernice, the garden and pool is beautiful and Isabelle and her husband is a delight. The couple are very friendly and answers quickly any questions. It felt like meeting family 😊 We didn’t know that the downstairs of the house would be rented out to others until we got there. It is not very soundproof between the floors. Still it is quite private outside. We traveled two friends with our 6 kids and the house was spacious for all of us. Some felt the mattresses were too hard, but that is a matter of opinion. They even gave us two extra mattresses we could put on the floor to make room for 3 in two of the rooms. The pool area is very nice and was used extensively 😄 There where plenty of towels in the bathrooms to use in the house and by the pool. We were well taken care of. The small town is sweet and have some restaurants and a shop, but it’s good to have a car if you’re going somewhere else. Thank you both for a wonderful stay and we hope to see you again 🤩

Villa propre et dans un cadre paisible ! Les 2 suites du rez de chaussée sont spacieuses et confortable ce qui est moins qualitatif sur la chambre et SDB du niveau inférieur. Précision : avec des enfants en bas âge, sachez que le rideau de protection de la piscine n’est pas fonctionnel. This place boasts an amazing location just steps away from the public transportation stop and close to the vibrant Perol town! We had an absolutely fantastic time here!!!

Super logement comme sur les photos, très propre, très agréable. Nous avons passé un magnifique moment et avons profité des extérieurs, sauf de la piscine non chauffée, trop froide en cette période.

Villa très agréable avec son patio dans un très bel environnement plein de charme et très tranquille. Pascal est un hôte soucieux du bien être des autres et s'est montré vraiment très arrangeant. Nous avons bien profité de la belle piscine, fait à pied la balade quotidienne le long du canal qui mène à la cité d'Aigues-Mortes où l'on trouve tout. Une excellent adresse!

Prachtig huis in een prachtige omgeving. Gregory en Valerie hebben ons zeer welkom geheten en waren zeer gastvrij en indien nodig goed bereikbaar. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, zeer compleet met alle gebruiksartikelen en is zeer ruimtelijk. Ruime kamers en fijne bedden. Wij verbleven als gezin met 3 kinderen (11, 8 en 4 jaar) en onze hond. De tuin is echt geweldig, een mooi terras waar je fijn buiten kunt eten, een zwembad met beveiliging (niet verwarmd, maar door de zonnige ligging en de zonnige dagen warmde het redelijk op in mei). De kinderen hebben zich kostelijk vermaakt, ook met de tafeltennistafel. Gemoedelijke en vriendelijke wijk en dorp, dichtbij de supermarkt/bakker en leuke dorpjes om te bezoeken. Ook grotere steden als Nîmes en Montpellier prima bereikbaar en makkelijk te bezoeken, evenals het strand. Het is echt een aanrader om hier te verblijven!

Excellent villa , great hosts and good communication. Great way to celebrate family birthdays . The villa was just like the photos advertised . Extremely clean and well stocked . Only small disappointment not many local restaurants that are walkable to eat in the evenings .

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Nähe zum Strand und die gute erreichbarkeit von Montpelleir haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

Que dire de cette magnifique maison qui est encore plus belle que sur les photos ! La maison est propre et bien rangée. Tous les équipements nécessaires sont présents pour passer un très bon moment en famille. Les endroits les plus fréquentés de Montpellier sont à proximité, les plages sont magnifiques et à 10 minutes en voiture. Un grand merci à Jose et son épouse pour l’accueil chaleureux, la disponibilité pour répondre à nos demandes et au travail qu’ils mettent en œuvre pour rendre heureux les voyageurs. Je reviendrai sans hésitation. À bientôt.

Sarah is very warm and welcoming, with quick responses to any questions during our stay. The place is clean, neat, and well-maintained. You don’t even need to stay indoors—the garden is a lovely spot to relax and enjoy.

Très beau Logement, Samuel et sa femme sont très accueillant. Gentil et flexible. Nous sommes venus en week-end entre copines. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est incroyable tout y est pour passer de superbes vacances Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Le Logement est très propre. Merci beaucoup

Tout simplement genial !! Christophe a pris le temps de m'expliquer tout ce dont j'avais besoin de savoir. il est très accueillant et sympathique le logement était vraiment propre, très bien équipé et fonctionnel (1 salle de bain par chambre!!!) les chambres sont assez indépendantes les une avec les autres et avec la pièce à vivre. la literie est top. plusieurs coins salon sont disponibles pour se poser encore mieux que sur les photos!! le rapport qualité prix est vraiment sans concurrence. bref si vous hésitez encore c'est le bon choix !!

Das Haus ist wunderschön. Alles ist auf einer ebene. Besonders cool ist die große offene und moderne Küche, mit dem Wohnzimmer. Richtig toll auch die Veranda mit dem Pool. Es ist wirklich eine super schönes Traumhaus. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen!

When one imagines securing a well appointed, safe, comfortable, accommodating and ideally located place to truly relax or explore the delights of the southern Occitanie region from, Marc & Isabelle’s offering should definitely be on their mind. From very effective host communication, solid directions :) & a flexible approach all the way through to supporting us getting settled in, finding places we need as part of getting comfortable etc, we felt supremely well taken care of. The property itself is very well appointed & looks exactly as depicted in the app; it’s an excellent AirBnB for those who want to relax in comfort & privacy with a superb array of mod-cons. Everyone in our group was very impressed. Thoughtful and clever touches abound across the entire modern property & we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone (family or a group of friends) - it’s a gem are likely going to return to! Nous avions réservé chez Michelle pour le week-end prolongé de l'Ascension . La météo était parfaite pour profiter de l'extérieur très joliment arboré en profitant du rafraichissement offert par la piscine. L'espace de vie climatisé est lumineux et la cuisine très bien équipée. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Michelle où nous nous sommes sentis bien dès notre arrivée Nous recommandons ce logement à 100%.

There are no words to describe how good Céline and Mickaël are as hosts! From the moment we were thinking about booking their villa, they were immediately responsive and willing to bend over backwards to make our stay as nice as possible. Extra requests were easily met (including hiring a private chef for a night, cleaning services throughout). When we failed to bring enough insect repellent, Céline was kind enough to run out and get us some! They were completely responsive throughout and made sure our stay was as nice as possible. The house was utterly spotless when we walked in (and cleaning was performed to this standard). A very helpful document is provided with things to do in the area, even without a car. A lot of places are readily accessible by public transport, but Ubers are also relatively inexpensive into Montpellier itself. 10/10 stay - if I could rate it more than 5* I would! Thank you so much!

Un séjour parfait dans une villa magnifique ! Nous étions un groupe de 10 personnes et tout s’est très bien passé. La maison est spacieuse, propre, bien équipée et conforme à l’annonce. L’environnement est calme et agréable, idéal pour se détendre. Chloé a été très réactif et accueillante, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons cette villa les yeux fermés et reviendrons avec plaisir ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
