This was a lovely like-new waterside house with water views back and front. We loved sitting on the porches and were entertained by egrets and herons. The backwaters were especially beautiful and calming.

Peaceful residential area and close to everything. Good size 2/1 home with comfortable bed and good size yard for the fur babies. Liked the fact there was a carport available. One item to note…there is no TV but the internet is strong and reliable. It is noted in the description that a TV is not included but I personally missed this fact. I would stay here again and would recommend this home.

We loved staying here! The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It's walking distance from the splash pad and playground which was a huge bonus for our kids. I loved listening to the train while sitting on the front porch swing. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to town.

It was a wonderful place to stay! Lots of room! It had everything we needed! We stay here at least once a year when visiting Palacios! Great place with everything we needed.

The house was great for our Father’s Day weekend trip. We had plenty of space for me & my toddler to hangout inside while my husband and our oldest fished. We loved the pier and the balconies with Adirondack chairs was nice for sunrise & sunset. The mattresses were a bit firm for my personal taste, but my husband and son slept great. The house was extremely well equipped with every kitchen appliance (including a griddle) and all the cookware and utensils you could possibly need. It was a nice touch that there were k-pods available as well as coffee. The couches were also VERY comfortable! We’d definitely stay here again!

Always quick to respond and any issues I had were handled in a timely manner. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed a relaxing time at Michelle's. It was a perfect spot for us from which to make excursions to local birding hotspots such as Aransas and Goose Island, where we saw whooping cranes and way over 50 other species of bird, so we had a great time, as we are avid birdwatchers.

Perfect spot for a fishing trip on San Antonio Bay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Super quiet and friendly neighborhood. Easy stay, which was what I needed.

I was glad to find a short-term Rental in Sweeny. Ti’m’s place was clean, easy to find and was exactly what I needed for my quick trip. My wife and I are Super Hosts in San Antonio and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for providing a place to stay in Sweeny, TX!

It was perfect! Everything was right infront of us.

We loved the condo! Yes, it's outdated but the view makes up for it. The private deck was amazing especially at night. It's close to the beach and you have everything you need within distance. Great place to stay. We will definitely be back.

Stayed here a few times before. This place is always clean, everything works as it should(wifi, TVs in every room, appliances), great location, awesome communication from the owner, and the check in/out is super easy(don’t have to spend an hour cleaning with a 10 page todo list before you leave like other places). Wont be disappointed. Will stay here again!!!

This was the perfect spot for our four-family getaway! Lots of room for people to crash. The place wasn’t super fancy or pristine, but it was clean and we have to remember. We’re at the beach, so it was perfect. The washing machine was out on one side, but we were able to use it on the other side. The biggest bummer was that on the first day we were crossing over the dunes to the beach, the kids came upon a rattlesnake so from then on, we had to drive around. So note to self, just be aware! Overall, we had a great time! Patricia is a great host!!

We loved our weekend at the house! Exactly as shown— beautiful views, comfortable space, and Patti was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back!

One of if not the nicest places we have stayed at, everything was Very Clean and in great condition.

Patti did a great job communicating throughout our stay here! We had a little mix up when checking in, but she was quick to respond and helped us get fully situated. The place itself was clean and organized. Beautiful spot!
