Nice flat for daily rental

A great accomodation for me and my family who visited Kottayam for a day. Place was very clean and located in a very peaceful location. The house was huge and accomodated all five of us very easily. Host was responsive and catered to all our needs. The price was spot on - it was a great deal compared to a hotel. Thanks for hosting us 🙏🙂

Thomas’ place felt like home during my trip to Cochin. The rooms were exactly as described. The building and neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Even though I did not use the amenities, they looked as described. Thomas went out of his way to ensure that the Internet was working for my stay, and I couldn’t ask more from a host.

Aunty Mary is a gem of a host and a wonderful person. Her home is full of family memories and you feel like you are family during your stay. she is a proactive caring host for whom nothing is too much. The home is large. You have access to the whole upstairs including large kitchen with good equipment provided. Aircon worked well in the bedroom. Restaurants, Malls, Metro Train Station, Fabric Shops, and Taxis are all available right on the doorstep. It serves as a great base to travel Kochi. We have already started to plan a return. Myself & my kids wanted a safe place close to our families and this was quite the right pad. We instantly felt at home. The views added to the serenity vibe. We were unperturbed by the rains and winds at this time of the year. The house was clean with aesthetic decor, apt for an AirBnB, tidy bathrooms and useable kitchen. We were provided with towels and the washing machine came handy. Free of mosquitos! Since we didn’t want to bother with groceries, we ordered take-ins and Swiggy/Zomato came in handy but we missed home food. Rem, the hostess with the mostess, was ever so helpful and compassionate, and added to the charm of the property. We are ever so grateful to her and she is an asset to Anna. Security was reassuring and the residents were friendly. We had a great stay and our kids want to come back here for our next holiday. 100% enjoyed our stay which met all our needs.

I'd visited Dileep's property with my parents for our vacation. The place was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The area is well connected, offering guests privacy and a backwater view. The property is well-connected, with restaurants nearby. Our Uber was able to find us easily without any added instructions from our end. The place was clean, quiet, and worth a visit!

beautiful house , extremely clean , everything smell nice , good hot showers , very spacious rooms , amazing kitchen with everything you need, very friendly hosts . the property is much better that on the pictures , with a garden . big parking space. My little dog loved it too . everything was great , I do recommend it.

This a stunning Airbnb. Highly recommend and we’d go back in a heartbeat. Even better than the photos, which are great. The home has the authentic heritage feel with thoughtful modern touches. It’s really comfortable and inviting. I loved sitting on the veranda sipping coffee in such peaceful surroundings. The food was thoughtfully prepared and served. The grounds are beautiful. We walked throughout the beautiful plantation. Definitely a 5- star experience in every way.

This was our second visit at Biju's. A lovely and very well appointed executive apartment with a spacious master bedroom, 2 ACs that function well and a big screen smart TV. Biju has provided it with all things one could need for a long term stay, down to toiletries, mineral water and tea/coffee, which he replenishes as required. It's these little details that sets this place apart from many other vacation rentals. Biju is always responsive and super helpful while allowing you complete privacy. The caretaker Surabhi keeps the building very clean and is always available for any housekeeping needs. The rooftop terrace is done up well and is perfect for get togethers or just to relax in the evenings. Great apartment in a great location! I really recommend this place when staying in Kochi!! Thanks Biju for making our stay a memorable one!!
