Lovely to be met by Kat as we entered their property, very clean and cosy. Awesome access to the beach which was just fantastic. Lovely hosts....highly recommend.

Great peaceful central location. Was a great walk out back of house and handy to supermarket and cafe. Lovely view and plenty of space for little one to run around on grass area.

Great public but hide bay - therefore is very private. Beautiful water for swim - adults & kids.

Michael, We would like to thank you for affording us the opportunity to stay at your place. Getting away from the hustle and bustle of life gave us the chance to switch off, relax and take in nature. The views are amazing and getting out on the kayaks paddling around the island and visiting the smaller secluded islands like Pembles island isn’t something you get to experience often. We would also like to acknowledge and thank you for making this booking so easy. Your communication has been outstanding, directions and instructions were clear and we could not have asked for a better host. We highly recommend Micheal and staying at the Tree house at Kawau Island.

This was a fabulous place to stay with a young family. Proximate to the beach and playground. Easy one level house with great outdoor area including a trampoline and spa. Would recommend.

Accommodation was exactly as described, was spacious, very clean and tidy, quiet, and with direct access to the beach and Browns Bay retail and hospitality areas. Karen was proactive in and responsive to all communication. She was very welcoming and provided good recommendations to local amenities. Definitely recommended and we hope to stay again in the future.

We stayed for 2 nights in June 2025. This is a wonderful apartment overlooking the harbour with all amenities close by. Fully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We had a minor issue getting the keys but Michelle and Chris were easily contactable and resolved the problem straight away. The apartment comes with a secure parking space. We had an issue with parking our car which was all our fault but the spaces are a little confusing so just be mindful of where you park the car. In all we had a lovely stay and would recommend this apartment. If we ever return to Auckland then we would rebook without any hesitation.

We had a wonderful weekend away at Nikki’s classic kiwi bach! The location is so beautiful, and it was great to be right on the waterfront. The Bach is lovely and had everything we needed for a great stay. I only wish that we could have stayed longer! Nikki is a friendly, helpful and responsive host. Hopefully we will get to come back again one day!

A lovely place! I had been experiencing some stress recently, so this was a great place to come to unwind. I thrashed it out on the nearby Mt Manaia- handy being in the area! Recommended. Plus shops etc not to far away by car. Comfy bed, clean, and just generally awesome. I should have read the place name properly/ used my common sense....couldn't go kayaking because of the tide (was low in the late afternoon and morning)- my fault for not figuring that out!! Just have to come back then 😉 Thanks guys, awesome place.

This has to be one of the best places we have stayed. Beautiful, warm, welcoming home. Very clear instructions of what’s required. Very hospitable host, checking in and making sure we were ok. Thank you very much we loved our stay.

Jeremy & Andrea were helpful and friendly. We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for morning and evening walk One of the highlights was definitely the wood-fired pizza oven. It was such a fun we really enjoyed making pizzas and spending the evening outdoors

Excellent stay, right on the water. Beautiful, well equipped house, fit our family of 6 adults and 1 child perfectly.

This was the perfect place for three families (11 adults!) to come together for Easter. A beautiful location, across the road from the beach, with stunning views, a house with everything you need to cook up a storm, enjoy the deck and views and nap in the afternoon in peace and comfort. Linda was a generous host (late check out on Easter Monday was much appreciated) and was understanding when we had a mishap with a door slammed by the wind. Would recommend

This house was exactly what you want in a little beach getaway, Amazing beachfront location and close to the local shops, a short drive or walk to everything else you need. Felt very private and lovely but yard to run around in. Was perfect for our family who loved the spa, the toy box and feeling generally comfy.

Lovely spot, and we had a wonderful time with the kids.

A great house for large groups-plenty of outdoor and indoor gathering areas..loved the courtyard area with the fireplace Also there was a lot of sport equipment in the garage that we had access to

Such a clean place with the great access to the most amazing private beach! Would highly recommend this place as somewhere to get away from the noise and just relax - with a homely feel! Made great use of the Netflix too, thanks so much for a relaxing stay.

We stayed in this beautiful cottage for 5 nights with our 2 children aged 4 and 6. Great cottage very close to a lovely beach (Palm Beach) but safely tucked into the second row with no direct access to the beach or the road so the kids could play in the garden. Playground very close too. Lovely kitchen with all necessary amenities, bedrooms and bathroom with space. Lovely patio and all in all a really great place to spend our last nights in New Zealand!

A lovely place to stay and enjoy the charms of Waiheke Island. Very comfortable and hassle free, well appointed with everything you would need for a holiday. We would definitely go back.
