Holiday rentals with a patio in Pakefield

we had the most fantastic stay and will definitely be back. we've been to lowestoft before but the location here made it even better. sea views from the apartment. the place is immaculate. I was worried about noise from neighbours as we usually stay in houses, but it's over 2 floors with the bedrooms being on the top floor - perfect. the kitchen is brand new as are the bathrooms, no expense has been spared. the beds are very comfy and the linen was amazing. even a bottle of bubbly waiting for us - thank you! our only very minor quibble was the blinds in the bedrooms don't fully cover the windows, we wore eye Masks which was no drama but our 6 year old was up very early every morning. next time we will pack a travel black out blind. that's our only very minor issue in a perfect and stunning apartment. thank you 😊

What a great little studio, we had a wonderful couple of nights here. The view of the sea was perfect on the sunny mornings. The beach is only 1 minute walk and the place is pristine and cosy. Andre was very responsive and always available with answers. Would highly recommend this place if you want a peaceful time away at the seaside.

A great room in a sweet little house. Frederick very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Comfy bed, quiet - nice to have your own toilet and sink. Frederick’s house is in a great location - close to railway station, and an easy beautiful walk through the cathedral into the lanes of Norwich. A steep staircase to room for those with mobility issues. Would very happily stay here again thanks Frederick!

Lovely place, we enjoyed a perfect family weekend here. Added bonus of being able to watch the kids play in the little playground from the veranda. Very homely and had everything we needed. Super close to Nicholas Everitt Park which had enough to keep the kids entertained (and us) for hours.

We had such a fantastic stay and we felt right at home. Everything was clean, well looked after and the chalet was equipped with more than you could need. Everything was thought out to give guests the best experience and there was a lovely welcome basket to give an extra special touch.The location was perfect with a nature reserve and lovely park within a few minutes walking distance. Would recommend over and over, will be staying again!

We had a lovely stay here. Such a peaceful location. The place was just right for our needs. Perfect size and nicely laid out with a garden which we managed to take advantage of. Very clean and fresh smelling linen too, which is always appreciated! I liked that the house had some amenities within eg tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil. Very frustrating when the commercial letting places give you a totally bare place. As noted, this house had a good balance of amenities. Lovely beaches also within walking distance. I'd definitely recommend this place!

We loved our stayed at Gary’s place. Spotless clean and spacious rooms with soft linen, clutter-free kitchen. Gary was a great host who made our stay was comfortable. The area is so peaceful and garden space is absolute hidden gem. We were provided with fresh bread, milk even butter & jam🥰 i can highly recommended Gary’s place.

Beautifully Farmhouse with everything you need. Quality furnishings, linen etc. Extremely well equiped kitchen. There was even a playroom with toys which wasn't mentioned. Very safe enclosed garden for a two and five year old to play in. It might be worth mentioning that there were 5 beautiful large shower rooms but no actual bath. Didn't bother us, but maybe worth taking a small baby bath if you have a non standing infant. We had a fabulous stay. Great for an exstended family as there was plenty of space to share or be alone. An absolutely perfect place to stay in Beccles. Exactly as per photos. Easy to find,central to so many places -even without a car. Spotlessly clean,with everything you could think of.

My partner and I came up for a short stay for work, Christine's air b&b was extremely lovely and in impeccable condition and Christine herself was extremely kind and communicative. We'd definitely recommend Christine's air b&b as a place to stay, especially if you like watching wildlife from your window :)

The apartment is small but well equipped and in a great location within easy walking distance of the city centre and cathedral. Jemma was very helpful.

I had the pleasure of staying at Chris and Peter’s beautiful and quirky place for my 40th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was excellent—within easy walking distance to everything we needed. The home was full of character, immaculately presented, and had all the thoughtful touches that made us feel truly welcome. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the heavy duvets made for a cosy and restful night’s sleep. Everything was so well thought out, and it really felt like a home away from home. I stayed with a friend and we both agreed we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again for any occasion. Highly recommended!

What a fantastic property! Tastefully decorated and brilliant location for exploring Bungay and surrounding areas. We felt welcomed right from the start and the property had everything you need. Wished we could have stayed longer!
