Vlad is an honest and responsible owner, he met us, gave us an introductory tour of the city, and told us about local features. The accommodation turned out to be better than in the photo, very spacious, clean, all the necessary items for living were present. Your property's patio includes a grill and a small gazebo. Shops and cafes are 1-2 minutes walk from your home. The most gorgeous beach is a 5-minute walk from the house. Liquor store 30 seconds away. Everything is comfortable and accessible. I highly recommend this property and this owner!

Jungle villa is the best place to stay in Paje, probably in Zanzibar. Everything comes together to make for a wonderful stay. The pool is a highlight with amazing lights for the best moments at night. Shout out to the detail in the design. A lot of attention went into making this place. The design overall is also quite muted, not a lot of distractions... a focus on doing right the things happening. Jasna is also super responsive and helpful. Make sure to get the bikes out for some good memories around the space. A+ overall.

Jerome was a great host, very responsive and proactive he accommodated all our needs. The house is magical, located in a local villa, is very private and one minute walking from a beautiful beach and some hotels where you can spend the day or have a nice meal. Also ver spacious the house can accommodated numerous people comfortable. We loved the pool where you can hang out listening to the birds. We will definitely come back.

Our stay at this beautiful villa exceeded all expectations! The pristine, large pool and stunning property were truly impressive, but what really made our experience unforgettable was Barbara, the amazing host. She went above and beyond, even arranging our airport pick-up and drop-off, making everything so easy. Her warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. Highly recommend staying here – it’s a perfect getaway!

Beautiful home in the heart of nature. Recently built Manuela's house is very comfortable and its garden with pool very nice! Manuela and her team are very attentive so that everything is pleasant during the stay. Note that the house is a 12-minute walk from the sea. A beautiful walk on a small path lined with palm trees.

We had an amazing time at Liza’s villa! It’s a very beautiful house, especially the pool area and the rooftop. Liza provided a lot of information about the house and the area beforehand, which was appreciated.

Lovely home—clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Great location and very comfortable stay. The host was kind and responsive. Only thing I would recommend is a sign because it was pretty hard for the taxi to find us. I’m already planning on coming back next year with my family hopefully this house is available!

Staying at marvelous has been one of the beautiful stay. They are friendly the staff cares a lot they took their dog with them because i was just uncomfortable plus the place is beautiful, the are very flexible. I highly recommend this place certainly they have a nice view if you love pictures😊

Great apartment to share with a friend! 2 separate bedrooms - 1 with AC and 1 with a big fan above the bed - and an amazing pool and lounge area. Be prepared to deal with power outage but thats something that happens everywhere. Host was very happy to point us in the right direction for anything we needed

The house is big, well built and located in a very peaceful, quiet place, not far away from the ocean. The house was good enough equipped and with the 24/7 watchmen who also took care of the swimming pool being cleaned. Raphael was in touched and resolved a couple of issues we got while staying there. All together gives me a strong reason to recommend this house for a stay of either single traveller or a family of 4 members maximum.

If you’re looking for a place that combines tranquility, art, and warm hospitality while keeping you close to the action, this is it. This is the one & I’ll definitely be back special thanks to the staff here. they are incredibly friendly, informative, and always eager to help, making the stay even more special. Chef Ahmed’s food is nothing short of mouthwatering.

We absolutely loved this place! It was on the smaller side and very private and quiet with a beautiful beach. We stayed in both the Coco Tree House and the Kima Lodge Duplex. Beautiful place, great pool, right in the ocean, peaceful, relaxing! The food was so amazing and delicious! Alfred was our waiter. So kind, polite and fun! The lady chef is an AMAZING cook! Everything we had to eat was DIVINE! I’m sorry I can’t remember her name. One of the BEST airbnbs I’ve stayed at in Zanzibar!!! ❤️

The place is as described and shown in the pictures. The beautiful white beach is a few seconds walk. The caretakers of the house including the chef and the guard were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Absolutely stunning house in paradise! The garden, the colors of the sea, the house itself - everything is gorgeous. But the staff are the real prize. Asia, chef, and Peter took such good care of us. Fabulous meals, spotless housekeeping, good security. We arrived tired and cranky and left rested and refreshed - we were so sad to leave! We would not hesitate to book again and again.

I stayed there with two friends. The reception was very well arranged, Jo is a great hostess, who was always there for us. Also very nice that there was already everything present such as herbs, oil, etc. But the most beautiful thing was really the location. Not normally beautiful, loved it!! Cottage was also very cozy and clean! I would recommend to anyone

The place is amazing! Quiet, safe with lovely pool and huge garden area! House is clean with all necessary amenities and more 👌Location is also a huge plus - very close to the beach as well as restaurants and shops while still being in quiet calm area where you can forget about the whole world and immerse into paradise ❤️ The staff is very helpful and welcoming. perfect place for short and long stay, great for families and groups as well as women traveling alone 😉 For sure I'll be coming back and strongly recommending to all of my friends! We spend 3 weeks at the place. Everything was great (looks good on airbnb, is even better in reality), the staff was nice and helpful. asante sana for your hosting, I'd like to come back. BTW: to those who like to complain: get used to powercuts, its zanzibar :P

Seif was super helpful and very accessible. His whole team was available 24 hours and very helpful. The silly thing in the space was just the constant power outage. However, this affects all of Paje. Without the generator, we would be stuck. Due to the constant power outages, the air conditioning did not always work. However, the accommodation itself and the service are unbeatable. Great stay, Jenard communicated well & was able to resolve the issues that came up. The water in the shower works well after pressure pump is turned on. The location is good, 3mins walk to Paje Roundabout 😀

Magical Stay in Makunduchi This cliffside bungalow was an absolute dream. Waking up to ocean views, falling asleep to the sound of waves, and watching the most stunning sunsets every evening, it was everything I hoped for and more. Amina and her daughter Adeline were incredible hosts. So kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful with everything. I felt completely at home. If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful escape in Zanzibar with heartfelt hospitality, this is the place. Can’t wait to come back.
