Holiday rentals with beach access in Pajaro Dunes

I would surely book this place again. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including laundry facilities. The location was great for walking and also a easy close drive to Nicene Marks Forest for a lovely hike. Communication was very pleasant and quick. Loved this stay.

This spot was great for a weekend getaway! Right at the start of Lighthouse Ave where all the shops and restaurants are located. We were able to walk to the beach as well which was lovely. My partner and I felt extremely safe walking around at night as well. The space was very clean and cozy. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Monterey area. We’ll definitely be back as well:)

This is my 3rd stay at this lovely home. Lots of things to do nearby (great restaurants, an arcade and lots of little shops) and the beach is a short 5 minute walk from the place. There’s an excellent little coffee shop with the best mocha I’ve ever had right downstairs. The wifi connection is strong, beds are comfy and the place was impeccably clean per usual. It’s the perfect home away from home and we can’t wait to come back for round 4!!

This is our first time in Capitola, and my husband and my twin boys enjoyed the unit and the surroundings so much! You can see the ocean view through the bedroom, grab some snacks, and sit on the balcony. Then, you can just go downstairs and walk across the street to the ocean! This unit has a private parking place, so you can just drive and park there easily. Moreover, the restaurants and the shopping store are just a one-minute walk away. All you can do is relax here!!

What a beautiful place! If you are looking for "off the beaten path" with access to tourist areas, this is an excellent location. It is not the pristine hotel environment but a charming and unique place to get away from all the hustle and bustle. Follow Susanne's instructions to a "T" and you will have no problems. Hope to come back some day! Great experience.

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

Had a wonderful stay at this gem right in the heart of Capitola 💎 The location was unbeatable - just steps away from the beach, shops, and great local restaurants. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with everything we needed. The host was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. Would definitely stay here again on our next coastal getaway!

Nice hot tub and gas fireplace which we enjoyed every night! Our son is a surfer so we walked a couple blocks to the bluff to watch him. Great restaurants in the area and sites (surfing museum) to see. Abbot Square was a good venue to eat and enjoy music.

I’ve stayed at many places. I can honestly say this home was one of my favorites. Absolutely everything you want and need PLUS MORE. The hammock outside was just what we needed after a long day at the beach. Everything was basically spotless. If you’re looking for a relaxing beach house to stay at, I can’t recommend this one enough. 10/10. I would definitely come back.

My team had a wonderful time at Stefan's place! The ocean views are magical and the house is very spacious. Incredible spot about an hour away from SF and Palo Alto. Stefan was very communicative and friendly. Check-in and check-out were simple. Very clear house rules. No complaints at all! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful home and great location. We loved the warm welcome details and snacks. My son enjoyed playing with the games. The home is beautifully decorated with coastal vibes. Shops, restaurants are all within walking distance. Claire was very communicative and friendly. We will definitely come back.

What a lovely stay. My family really enjoyed it which means I enjoyed it. If you have a complaint it’s almost like there’s too many things. The place is STOCKED and feels lived in. The house has everything you need - (everything from wet suits, to an Nespresso machine, sunscreen, cleaning products, a truly stocked kitchen) Only 2 tiny issues. There seemed to be some pet dander from dogs (family member is allergic) and tiny issue we had was with the old cooktop, so hopefully they get an induction or glass top stove at some point. Electric grill Based cooktops are a huge pain in the butt - but we love to cook- and may not be a big deal if u dont. This price for beach front property is hard to beat. The backyard is fairly private and is relaxing. All in all a GREAT stay!! The area is patrolled by local police at night- felt safe, home well stocked & bit cluttered, the neighbors are quiet, in construction and/or empty, good responsive host and the view is FANTASTIC 😍🌊

We had a lovely weekend with our family celebrating a birthday. The place was perfect for hosting 6 of us, walking to the beach and then driving up to Capitola and other towns very close by for celebration dinners. We enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend others to consider for a beach getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jackie's beach house. The house was walking distance to all our favorite places to go. Honestly, we loved hanging out in the backyard too. The BBQ was perfect and ready to go. I wouldn't change a thing, it was perfect and we look forward to coming back again.

This beach bungalow is fabulous ! The home is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway! The outdoor patio is a bonus living room! The location has a nice ocean view and easy access to walks along the beach. Heather is a great host! The recommendations provided are very helpful and spot on! Kristina’s place was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. Breath taking ocean views and a short 5 minutes down to the beach. We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Staying at this Airbnb was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and thoughtfulness—fresh local flowers, many beautiful books related to the neighborhood in reading material. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, with everything I could need—toiletries to fast Wi-Fi .The host went above and beyond, checking in to ensure everything was perfect. It felt less like a rental and more like a five-star boutique hotel with the heart of a home. I truly didn’t want to leave!” This is a real heartfelt space in the middle of my home town that provided the soulful connection to home.

Lisa was very friendly and responsive. She not only provided clear instructions, flexible check-in, but also shared many great local dinning options, which were super helpful for our family of five. The condo was kept spotless with comfortable king size bed, bunkbed that my boys love, a beautiful swirling love seat that my daughter loved to sit in while watching sea birds catching fish using the binocular provided! Our family specifically loved the fireplace on the balcony. It was just perfect for us to enjoy the cozy night chatting and laughing by the fire while listening to the ocean waves NorCal beaches can be very chilling at night. Jennifer’s Capitola Breeze (Unit B) is perfect for family gatherings and vacations. Absolutely convenient location for walking downtown, shopping, restaurants and beach access. Convenient garage parking. Condo includes amenities in every room. Jennifer (Host) provided detailed instructions and information that made us feel at home. She was responsive to any questions we had throughout our stay. Definitely a gem of a place to stay!!

This location is ideal for those who like easy access to hiking, walking, beach, pools etc. Also a short drive to Capitola, and Santa Cruz to the North. Views from the balcony are way better than the pictures. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Great place! Short walk to the beach, walk to restaurants, updated bathrooms, floors etc, beautiful, modern decor, clean, dazzling ocean view from all the windows. Little touches of care, like sunscreen in the cabinet, ketchup in the fridge, and plenty of interesting books in the night stand, really put this place over the top! Will book again!
