No running water but indoor composting toilet and a rain barrel/sink.

Newly remodeled, two-story attached apartment with private entrance and ~1,000 sq ft of space. Sauna. Two Queen beds with top quality mattresses and bedding. Plenty of parking. Cap at 4 adults, but beds for kids available on request. Walking: 5 min to Tech Trails, 15 min to MTU/downtown. Internet TV only. Overall, it's very quiet, but we have two young children, and you will likely hear them between 7 am and 8 pm. Feel free to ask questions or make requests!

This studio space is all fresh and new, located in west Hancock. Parking is easily accessible with a ground floor entryway. Downtown Hancock and Houghton are just minutes away. Located near the Hancock beach. If you aren't a camper but enjoy the day activities come and stay with all the luxuries of home. Studio size kitchen and a king size bed. We just added a heater/ air conditioner that is adjustable by the guest. The feedback has been great!
