Ideally located between the port and the beach, at the foot of the GR 34 for pleasant hikes to the Pointe de Guilben and the Abbey of Beauport, close to the Vélomaritime cycle path. You are a 15-minute walk to the port and the city center and 5 minutes to a small secluded beach where you can swim at high tide. Paimpol is the strategic place to discover the island of Bréhat, the Talbert Gorge and the pink granite coast. Close to the train station, you can be independent without a car.

Captain's House & Pavilion above the waves

The Captain's House (60 m2) and its pavilion (40 m2) directly overlook the waves of the Trieux River, the ebb and flow of the tides, from the first hours of blue lights, to sunset in the colors of our pink granite coasts. Located minutes from Paimpol, famous small fishing port, steps from the discreet clear sand beach. Direct access to GR34, close to the Île de Bréhat, Château de la Roche Jagu, Sillon de Talbert, Golf de Boisgelin.

The Terre-Neuvas gîte in Paimpol

Duplex located in a very pleasant environment, quiet, not far from the city center (5 minutes by car). This 26 m2 two-star cottage with all amenities is 400 meters from the beach, and very close to Beauport Abbey. Perfect accommodation for a young couple. The mezzanine room is accessible via a miller's staircase (quite steep) and offers you a small sea view upon waking. Free private parking on site.

DESCRIPTION: Attention: Minimum 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday. Other possible dates: make a request beforehand. By fortnight in July and August (with exceptions). Longère all stone, independent (not adjoining), from the 19th century (1850). Near the sea (small sea view upstairs). Quiet, sheltered from the winds. Unlimited free high speed Wifi. Comfortable. Booking with request for approvals preferred. Extraordinary view of the bay of PERROS GUIREC and its seven islands. Located a few steps from the sea in a green and wooded area, beautiful independent studio. Jacuzzi functional year-round. The floor is not considered an extra bed. 2PERS/NON SMOKER/NO PETS (even cute, friendly, old, wise etc. please don't insist)

Our accommodation is close to the sea, in the countryside. You will appreciate it for the calm and its layout, while being close to Paimpol (port, shops, restaurants, ...). Our house is perfect for couples and families (with children). For hikers, the GR 34 passes about 500m from the house. Linens and towels are not provided.
