Wunderbare, stilvolle, blitzsaubere, moderne Wohnung. Der Check in war einfach mit der App. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, an der Plaza de San Juan, mitten im Leben. Dennoch war das Schlafzimmer überraschend ruhig. Im nahen Umkreis genossen wir alle Annehmlichkeiten der Stadt und der lange Strand ist zu Fuss in 15 Minuten über die Promenade erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war top für zwei Personen und Violetta hat bei einem Anliegen sofort reagiert. Danke Violetta für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

I think what stood out about this Airbnb was how close it was to everything and how walkable and safe. Cadiz is a beautiful city and we really enjoyed our time there. Thank you for everything we hope to be back soon!

Mercedes flat is huge- even bigger than it looks in the photos- so spacious and light. The square it overlooks- the Plaza de Mina- is the prettiest one in Cadiz and it was so interesting sitting on the terrace watching people enjoying themselves there. The location of the flat is great- you can walk to everything easily. The museum just across the square is brilliant. Mercedes was easy to communicate with and check in was simple. Really recommend this flat!

Lovely apartment, clean, good facilities, very central, bright, well furnished and everything worked. Jose was very helpful, letting us adjust the number of nights and arrive earlier than check-in. Excellent air bnb and lovely host. Only downsides are the number of stairs to climb (but we knew this in advance) and the noise from the square and park outside. I used ear plugs to sleep so it wasn’t a problem

Fantastisch huis midden in Puerto Santa Maria, Netjes ontvangen en rond geleid door Pepa. Elke kamer is werkelijk prachtig met goede bedden en zeer ruime badkamers. In het huis is veel oog voor detail qua interieur en inrichting en zelfs op verschillende plekken verse bloemen. De keuken is volledig voorzien en niks ontbreekt. Ook het dakterras met uitzicht op het plein en kerk is geweldig. Wij zijn met 9 personen geweest en waren met zijn allen onder de indruk. Viveca reageert meteen op elke vraag en is behulpzaam. Wij gaan zeker terug komen maar dan voor een week om vanuit dit prachtige huis de omgeving te verkennen.

La casa es una belleza, está rodeada de naturaleza, la piscina súper limpia y calentita para cuando llegas de la playa y te quieres echar un chapuzón. Juaki es muy amable y simpático!! Vive al lado de la casa y si necesitas algo te lo consigue muy rápido.

Waw wat een prachtige locatie ! De ligging was geweldig, het domein is volledig afgesloten en adembenemend mooi. Je kan er gezellig wandelen en het is er erg rustig. Je hebt wel zeker een wagen nodig om naar de nabijgelegen restaurants te rijden. De accommodatie zelf was erg netjes en volledig zoals beschreven. De masterbedroom is echt fantastisch! De host reageert snel op vragen en is makkelijk bereikbaar via bericht. Wij hebben een fijne vakantie gehad!

The apartment is spacious, well equipped and comfortable, located within a gated golf course precinct, and although we don’t play golf we were surprised that we saw more rabbits than golfers! The precinct was very quiet, with many of the villas not occupied, meaning that most days we had the large pool area to ourselves. Guillermo was a friendly and responsive host, ensuring that we were comfortable & that everything was ok.

Erica and Anna’s place was amazing! The tasteful decor was right out of a magazine. The bedding and towels were top tier luxury. Low key felt like out of the movie “The Holiday” with Cameron Diaz without the snow. Walkable town, 20 min drive to a beach and about 40 to city of Cádiz. So much to do locally, with retail shops and dining, you don’t get bored. The terrace is so cozy, we didn’t want to leave one day. I would classify this air b and b as a whole experience one can appreciate.

The flat has three bedrooms, two toilets, and one air conditioner. Huge picture window facing the sea and the busy commercial square. Pros: 100 meters from the beach, 30 meters from bustling cafes, high-energy center of the neighborhood, tons of parking in off-season, both toilets open to the hallway for max flexibility, kitchen has good cooktop and many dishes, two dining tables for large groups, excellent management by Eva and Carlos. Cons: The flat faces directly at the busy commercial square, busy cafes 30 meters from your bedroom stay open until midnight, the neighborhood is bustling until after midnight, roads in this neighborhood are a magnet for noisy 50cc motorbikes with no silencer systems until 3am on busy nights, two bedrooms have no fans, no en-suite toilet, parking is jammed at peak season. Conclusion: Great for high-energy guests. If looking for quiet, try Eva's other listing further back in the neighborhood. I will 100% stay with Eva again.

La ubicación del alojamiento es inmejorable. Sin necesidad de coger el coche para disfrutar de lo mejor de Sanlucar. Virginia te lo pone muy fácil y está disponible para cualquier duda durante la estancia… Para repetir sin duda.

El apartamento de Christoph nos permitió una estancia con todo lo necesario para nuestro viaje. La comunicación en todo momento fue fluida y con predisposición a ayudarnos en lo que fuera necesario :)

This flat was super quiet, and in a perfect location. Everything in the historic centre is about 5-15 mins away walking. Very close to buses, train station, market, grocery stores, cafe/bars. The flat was comfortable and had all the amenities of being at home. We stayed for 6 weeks and felt like it was our own place. The other tenants in the building are also super lovely people, a really nice community. Great value for money. Lots of space and comfortable to fully live in.

A nossa estadia de sete dias foi ótima. O apartamento está bem localizado, (são cerca de 8 minutos a pé até à praia), a zona é calma e a zona envolvente é agradável. O apartamento tem todas as comodidades necessárias e a comunicação com a Angela é fácil. Recomendamos vivamente.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb in Rota! The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-located—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and great local restaurants. One of our favorite features was the spacious and private patio, perfect for enjoying breakfast or relaxing in the evening. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. When we realized there wasn’t a microwave, the host immediately provided one without hesitation—such a thoughtful and quick response! It really showed how much they care about their guests’ experience. The quiet neighborhood made it easy to unwind, and the overall vibe of the place was welcoming and relaxing. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway in Rota with a kind and attentive host, this is definitely the place. We would happily stay here again!
