We had the most beautiful stay it’s a gorgeous place in the heart of Boconnoc Estate, very special. Only downside was lots of flies and we wanted to extend but couldn’t. Thank you!!

House was lovely, well equipped, great location. Very well located for our days out. We were 4 adults, and the house was very comfortable. Would definitely like to go back again.

Beautiful house, thoughtfully decorated and a pleasure to spend time in. It is also huge so lots of space to make yourself at home. All appliances, white goods etc in perfect working order and all furniture comfortable and tidy, linens and towels very clean etc. The house throughout was very clean. Parking permits available on arrival so very easy and we had no issues with parking during our week long stay. Easy to walk to the seafront, shopping mall, aquarium etc and we enjoyed the walks. Very small asks would be to provide more dinner plates, side plates and bowls. As a family of 5 we went through everything in a day but it’s not enough to fill the dishwasher so no break from washing up on hols! A few basics like salt, pepper, oil would be welcomed to help with home cooking. As I said very small asks. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this home away from home for anyone travelling to Plymouth.

We stayed with our two kids (7 and 4 years) and had a great week. The apartment was a good size with a really nice view of the tree’s from the main bedroom, there's a great view of the sea from the apartment and balcony area as well. The balcony is big and really makes the most of the lovely surroundings. The showers good and the kitchens well stocked with utensils, crockery etc. The beach is great and is only an easy short stroll away, the waves can be heard from the apartment. The beach bar / cafe was open 09:00-22:00 every day and was decent aswell. Nice easy communication with the host who was responsive with any messages. Cheers for a nice stay!

Very friendly and responsive host, always happy to help and got back to me quickly. Lovely apartment, had everything we needed and just right for us. The steps weren’t too bad, although we did have to carry our dog up/down a few times 🤣 Very close to lovely beach and beach bar and parking was easy to pay for the week and come and go as we please. Not far from Looe main town and good to explore other areas around to. Lovely views and would definitely rebook should we return to Looe. Thanks for being great hosts x

Very friendly and great communication. Spacious bedrooms that are clean and tidy and are well glazed to minimise traffic noise from the main road. The property is situated near loads of amenities in Plymouth and was easy and quick to get to. The views from the rooms were lovely, tranquil and ever changing with the tide and weather. Just be mindful that to get those views there are loads of steps! There are binoculars in the main bedroom to spot wildlife when the tide is out. There aren’t any bins in the bedrooms or bathroom so had to use my dogs unused poo bags so be prepared. There is a lay-by for locals parking (3 cars) which is straight off the busy main road. I couldn’t park at the back of the property as my SUV was too big to get the right angle to park (as it’s a fairly busy narrow lane) so if you have a small-ish car you’ll be fine. Overall a lovely bungalow to base yourself in Plymouth but just be prepared for the steps and parking.

The location was ideal for us, nice and quiet away from noisy roads. The place was really clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our long weekend. Comfy beds, heating works well, hot water and plenty of cooking utensils in the kitchen for when we cooked. I would recommend staying here. Loads to do within a 30 minute drive. 25 minutes to Bude.

Treventon is a beautiful house that provides a homely atmosphere, but with some intriguing art work and design features. The kids loved the garden and the games room. Although there ws 11 of us, we always felt there was space and nver felt like we were on top of each other. Viva was very helpful and knowledgeable on the local amenities and wider area. We had a lovely week, thank you!

Great place that was perfect for the Anthropy conference at the nearby Eden project. All exactly as described. Immaculate.

Marine Villa is an absolute gem! From the exquisite decor and attention to detail to the enchanting garden, it's truly one of the most beautiful Airbnbs we've had the pleasure of staying in. The thoughtful addition of a box of train tracks for the kids to play with, the cozy fire that kept us warm at night, and the amazingly comfortable beds made our stay truly delightful. Antonia was an exceptional host, going above and beyond to ensure our visit was nothing short of perfection. We hope we have the pleasure of visiting again! I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough! Shackled-Am-Not is definitely at the top of places we have stayed at. From the luxurious kitchen with plenty of kitchen gadgets and lots of equipment for the whole family, to the beautiful lounge area with plenty of seating for everyone to have a great catch up on the evening. The bedrooms were so clean and comfortable, the en-suite bathrooms was a lovely luxury. We enjoyed the games room playing pool and darts. Would like to say a massive thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home, we will definitely recommend it to our friends and family and would love to stay again. We can't recommend Lindsey and Kaye's place enough! Beautiful surroundings in peace and quiet, perfect for our dog to run around and enjoy the land. The hot tub was used every evening and was a real treat after a long day of walking, it was also tucked away and private which made it more relaxing and enjoyable (not all hot tubs in Airbnb's are!). The comfty bed, massive rain shower, stunning kitchen/lounge area were all incredible, but having the views, open space,, and all the little touches that Lindsey and Kaye have added are what make this stay special. Lindsey showed us around and was always on hand to chat and recommend things/give helpful advice, and Kaye was kind enough to show us how the pizza oven works and make sure we were okay! As I said, I can't recommend this place enough, especially if you have a dog (ours loved playing with their beautiful dog, Dodger). The pictures don't do it justice! Quick recommendations: Praa Sands, Porthcurno Beach & Minack Theatre - must see!

We loved it. Plent of sitting space in the basement. Beautiful kit hen with plenty of gadgets. Bedrooms comfortable with added bonus of bath robes in double bedrooms. Ground floor pool table was popular with grandchildren.

Great host and great accommodation. We have stayed on this site many times but never with Donna - we have already booked to go back for a week in August. Location is superb if you have young kids as it’s situated right next to the play area. Lodge was perfect and exactly as described and Donna was great providing instructions and information prior to our arrival. Highly recommended.

Nile are a awesome man how help me a lot. My plan with the without the house couldn’t take me and my friends, so we were standing without anywhere to live thanks to Neil. My wife didn’t divorce me.

Doubt we could have found anywhere better to accommodate our family holiday. From toddler to teenager to grandparent the house worked on every level! Plenty of space and the pool was the icing on the cake - loved by all! Easy walk to the beach across the fields and to Tintagel on the costal path - stunning views. Yes a little steep on way back as has been mentioned in previous reviews, but my daughter managed at 8 months pregnant so really not a problem. Great location to visit other attractions in Cornwall. Ate at both pubs close by, great food and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend the house and location, especially for mixed age groups.

Very special place. Exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for a group of 8 / 10 visiting Cornwall / St Ives area.
