Staying in Wayanad was one of the best decisions we made, and we couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience! Aswathi and her mother were incredibly kind, warm, and responsive throughout our stay. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely outstanding—home-cooked meals that were so delicious, we found ourselves preferring it over any restaurant! Aunty’s cooking was beyond words, and we were spoiled with an array of freshly prepared breakfast, fruits, lunch, snacks, and dinner, every day. The homestay itself was a gem. Surrounded by lush greenery, tranquil atmosphere, the location was perfect. It was the ideal retreat, offering both peace and beauty. The place was impeccably clean, and the setting made it even more special. Aswathi and her mom were attentive and quick to address any minor issues we had and arranged transport options to explore Wayanad. Host was responsive, proactive and kind. home was easy to find. checkin went smooth. the home is close the the kalpetta city. surrounded by various trees and plants. quite neighborhood. was kind of the Mr. Ismail to make us coffee once we reach the home. the home has good wifi network , clean home. overall definitely recommend the place. will look forward to get back to Mr. Ismail's home when visiting wayanad again.

After spending 4 days at Bharath's place, I can only think of good things to say. The location is excellent if you're looking for a quiet, scenic getaway. The home overlooks coffee plantations and also forests on a hill - there is greenery everywhere! The property itself is a home with beautifully maintained flowers and other plants. The room itself is very spacious and comfortable. There is an attached kitchen which includes a stove, fridge, and basic utensils - enough to make quick meals but nothing elaborate. The bathroom is clean and we had no trouble getting hot water. The beds are comfortable. Can't really ask for more. Spots such as the Irpu Falls and Nagarhole NP are nearby. Importantly, Bharath and his family are wonderful people, and made us feel right at home. As long as you have the expectation that this is not a commercial venture and you're staying in someone's home, you are sure to have a very peaceful and relaxing trip to Coorg when staying here.

Our stay at Dream View was absolutely magical! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the beautiful surroundings – lush green trees everywhere and delightful coffee plantations right at our doorstep. Being so close to the forest made it incredibly peaceful and truly felt like a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. One of the pleasant surprises was how excellent the WiFi was, which allowed us to stay connected when needed without any issues. But what truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Shyam bro. He is an incredibly wonderful and genuenly sweet person! Shyam went above and beyond, taking us to the best local restaurant, recommending fantastic places to explore, and was always incredibly responsive to any questions we had. His hospitality truly made us feel at home and welcomed. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be booking again on our next visit. We loved the stay at Cricket Valley Homestay! Susy aunty and Uncle were the sweetest hosts, and they made us feel right at home. The home is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and is so peaceful. And Susy aunty's food was the icing on the cake, homely, yummy and comforting. We would definitely come back again!

We stayed here for a couple of days and had a truly calm and pleasant experience. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The property is a beautiful, traditional Kerala heritage house with lots of trees lining the entrance, adding to its charm and peaceful vibe. It’s a great spot if you’re looking to relax and unwind. The host can arrange delicious local meals on request, which are delivered right to the doorstep — a very convenient touch. There were some mosquitoes, but nothing unmanageable. Overall, it’s a peaceful retreat and definitely worth the price. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the authentic charm of Kerala in a serene setting.

It was a great experience to stay in a tree house. It was my first time and I am not gonna get over this beautiful feeling of staying here anytime soon. There is calm river flowing right in front of the tree house. There is a beautiful farm where you can take a stroll and explore the various vegetation the family is taking care of. Mahima helped me set up a beautiful candle light dinner which definitely helped me to have one of the most beautiful experiences so far. Highly recommended. Please go and enjoy the hospitality.

This homestay is located centrally in waynad area . You will enjoy lot of indoor & outdoor activities in Villa itself . Caretaker Akhil will make your trip memorable by staying in constant touch so that you will enjoy holidays hassle free This place is as it's described . This amazing property has beautiful swimming pool to rejuvenate after day's sightseeing . Water is crystal clear. Also peaceful surroundings makes this places great in value. Also food ordered through tie up restaurant was of good quality for both veg & non veg members as we were 12 guests . This is best location for family trip i must say to enjoy .Akhil is a good host & we will definitely come here again .

highly recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Wayanad. Kiran is an amazing host with very kind helpers. They live in the vicinity and are very responsive to your needs and requirements. The pool and the outdoor area is the highlight of this property. The pool was very clean and good size. Additional points for the pool being private, for those looking for it, this is absolutely private. The overall ambience of the outdoor area is really nice. Lot of activities outside the pool area. We stayed for a day, but it would be a lot more fun to stay more. The rooms are decent size and clean. Overall, I think this property is gold. And totally worth it. You will not be disappointed.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely amazing experience! The view was breathtaking — waking up to such natural beauty every day was a dream come true. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. The location is quite private, which gave us the space to really relax and have fun without interruptions. It’s a bit of a challenge to reach the hotel because of the steep road, but trust me — it’s totally worth the effort once you get there. The cleanliness was top-notch — definitely a 5-star experience in that regard. The food was simply awesome, with every meal being fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. And an added bonus — Zomato delivers here too, which was super convenient and gave us even more food options to enjoy! All in all, it was the best time I’ve spent in a while. We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was just perfect — the setting, the view, and especially the pool, which was definitely the highlight for us. Roy, the caretaker, was wonderful and did everything we asked for. Though we had a bit of a language barrier since he speaks only Malayalam, Google Translate came to the rescue and it all worked out smoothly. A beautiful stay in a beautiful place — would definitely recommend!

The place is absolutely beautiful. There are so many elements in the property like multiple seating areas, ponds, barbecue place, that add to the experience. We stayed here with our 4 doggos and they had a lot of space to run and play around in the property. They had the best time! The help and her daughter who maintain the property are very sweet and ensured the rooms and kitchen were clean and they really did a great job. Regional breakfast like idli, appam and all was provided and it was good. They only speak Malyalam but we could still manage to understand some bits :D. The host is very proactive and responsive. She made sure we had everything that we needed. Will visit again ❤️

This place has its beauty of it's own, the birds singing in the morning, the lush green garden and landscapes and most importantly the hospitality by Arun Sir was the best. Also, our best buddies Lucy and Happy made our stay outstanding.

During our stay in the first week of January 2025, everything was exactly as described. The host and his assistant, Vijay, were both wonderful and welcoming. The property is located 1.6 kilometers from the main road and is close to the well-known milk producer in the area. The rooms were clean, neat, and equipped with all the essentials, including toothpaste and soap. Every morning, Vijay prepared a delicious breakfast, and his friendly, humble, and helpful nature made the experience even more enjoyable. Throughout our stay, we felt well cared for, and they were attentive to our needs. Their restaurant recommendations were also spot on! We did experience a couple of minor issues with hot water and drainage in Room #2, but these were addressed promptly. I’m confident that these concerns will be permanently resolved for future guests. Overall, we had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would highly recommend this place. One friendly advice to host: Send message to host with the landmark.

We were a family of 8 looking for a weekend getaway, and the moment we saw the listing for this place, we were all instantly convinced. The biggest reason — it was a Tharavad. All our ancestral Tharavads had either been demolished or sold by the previous generations, so the idea of staying in one again truly excited us. When we reached, we realized the property was even more beautiful than what we saw in the pictures. If you’re looking for luxury, fancy amenities, or the facilities of a resort or hotel — this may not be for you. But if you’re after an experience — a private, quiet, clean, and nostalgic stay that reminds you of old Kerala homes, this is perfect. We had an amazing time here and would definitely love to come back. If there’s one small suggestion I could make — I wish there were more traditional Kerala dishes available, like beef fry, appam, etc. But that wasn't a dealbreaker, as there were restaurants nearby where we could pick up what we wanted.

This review is for Zicily’s garden. This is approx 30 Cents green property with coffee trees, tapioca, passion fruits, coconuts and bettle nut trees. The house has two, two bedrooms and two baths apartments on 1st floor and one 3 Bedroom and two bathroom apartment in the ground floor. The caretaker facility is in the ground floor in adjacent to the 3BHK apartment. The Homestay can be rented as individual apartments or the complete Villa. Parking is right in front of the house. The Homestay is not too far from the main road, approx 2 km from the major road keeps the peace intact. You can hear bird songs, crickets, etc throughout. There are three caretakers in the property who are constantly willing to help. They even went on to chop veggies for us when we wanted to cook during our stay. Also the host was gracious to share fresh coconuts, tender coconuts, passion fruits and tapiocas fresh from the garden. The caretakers traveled with us when we wanted to get fresh veggies and chicken from the market. It almost felt like our home with lots of helping hands. The host also arranged for complementary bon fire and music. Also, they were extremely helpful in cleaning up the room on request. The host Rion and Victor went out of their way to arrange for a urgent RTPCR test ( this is needed for you to travel out of Kerala by road) . Rion and Victor continuously checked our well being and always picked up the call, throughout the stay. We are most definitely looking to visit again…
