Welcome to our cute converted stone outbuilding in a quiet part of the village which is a small village on the Woodhead Pass on the edge of Manchester and the Peak District. It is ideally situated for walkers enjoying the Pennine Way and Longdendale Trail. There are good road and public transport links to the village. Guests will have the privacy of the cottage but we are available in our family home opposite. Additional fees are added for early check in and check out. £5 charge for pets.

This cosy retreat can be found within the centre of Old Glossop, a conservation area at the foot of Peak District hills. Recently renovated and newly listed, it is ideal for walkers of all levels and is a gateway to the Pennine Way, including the famous B-29 crash site. There are a number of country pubs bursting with character on the doorstep, as well as the beautiful Manor Park opposite the property. The nearby Glossop train station offers direct, easy access to Manchester city centre.

Candy Cane Cottage

A stunning hideaway within the grounds of a large country home. Sat within the Peak District with beautiful views and wonderful walks on the doorstep. We are a few minutes walk from the local golf course and town which offers delicious places to eat. The perfect place to unwind and maybe spend an evening spotting our resident owls. A true country home, spot deer or rabbits in our vicinity. A fabulous retreat. A travel cot or fold out bed can be requested for a baby or child if required.

Newly renovated two bedroom cottage in the peaks. Sitting on the trans Pennine trail, Longdendale trail and near to the Pennine way, it’s ideally located for walkers and cyclists. Backing onto a little wooded area and 5 reservoirs, it’s a perfect location for a holiday in the countryside. There are two double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the lounge. A kitchen with everything you could ever need and a spacious bathroom.
