Nice place - apartment is perfect with an amazing view. Only potential downside is getting a Parking especially later in the evening. You do not need to pay for the parking just that it can be difficult to find a spot.

Excellent location for a visit to Lisbon without the hustle and bustle of the city. Within walking distance of train station (10 minutes), grocery store (5 minutes) and a few restaurants. Approximately a 20 minute train ride into Lisbon's Old Town. Very spacious apartment with parking although very limited at certain times of the day which seems common for the large complex.

The building was as we saw in the pictures. The site was clean, it had all the items we need at home. We felt at home. Replies were quick

We have stayed with many Star Hosts on Airbnb, but I can easily say that Iza’s place and preparation were in a class of their own. We would repeat this booking without question — and will probably be looking for excuses to come back to Lisbon just to stay with her.

A really lovely apartment in peaceful and secure block. The apartment had everything we could have wanted and was just a couple of minutes from Santo Amaro station giving easy access to the likes of Cascais, Belém and the city. There’s also a beach and a supermarket a short walk away. We would definitely recommend this property.

Accommodation with good amenities and a very good location! Friendly and responsive hosts

The hosts are very responsive and communicated well. The accommodation is big and spacious. There are two big, enclosed balconies. The apartment comes with lots of amenities and the bath towels were plush. It is walkable to beaches and other local sights. It is a quiet location.

Grace was responsive and able to meet me when I could arrive at late notice. Any issues were dealt with extremely quick. Location is beautiful, close to Oeiras Parque and Poetas park. The beach is also super close and it was easy to travel to Cascais and Belém too. The apartment is everything that you need to have a comfortable stay, squeaky clean bathroom and kitchen, comfortable bed and sofas. It’s on the ground floor so nice and cool but also very secure, the windows let in a lot of light but also some nice views of the flowers. The shutters made the nights but especially the mornings comfortable and easy to sleep in. There is a small supermarket less than 1 minute walk away to stock up in the kitchen where you can cook but also there are larger supermarkets close by to drive to if you need to. I had a car and I felt like it made the most of the surrounding towns as they are all so beautiful, but you need to be a bit patient with parking there. I loved my stay and will be back soon.

We stayed over two weeks and this flat grew on us the longer we stayed. The flat was clean and the kitchen appliances were high end. The local restaurants around the area are reasonably priced and very tasty. There’s a supermarket nearby that you can walk to, and every time you go there you can also enjoy the view of the sea at the same time! One of team member Nuno is great. Communication with him was very smooth, prompt replies to solve the problems we raised. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at the property. Everything was super nice and clean. Great shower, the beach was very close and a lovely restaurant close by called Fauna and Flora. 10/10

Just 20 minutes by cab to Lisbon’s city center, but honestly… you might not even want to leave the area! You’re literally right at the beach—with top rated surf schools, bike rentals, beach clubs, beautiful cafés, parks, party spots, and anything else you could want all on the same road. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, everything is right there. And when we had a little hiccup with the key? Our hosts were there in a heartbeat to help us out, no stress at all. We really enjoyed our 3 nights in the historic center of Sintra. It’s a beautiful small town area to be in. The apartment has everything you need. The location is very cool overlooking the main square. We enjoyed watching the town wake up in the mornings. So many restaurants and bakeries just steps from the front door. We had fun with that after coming from the Azores which are very quiet and remote. In the off season of early May, Sintra closes down by 7 pm. There are very few restaurants or shops open once the day tripping tourists leave. We were surprised by that but didn’t mind it as we were tired after our days spent walking around palaces and castles and beautiful gardens. I’d recommend this apartment to anyone as long as they don’t have mobility issues. There are 33 steps to climb once inside the building. Climbing them was worth it for the views of the historic center of Sintra.

we had a pleasant stay in Lisbon! Ricardo's apartment, as confirmed by the photos, is very nice and comfortable (jacuzzi)! We didn't miss anything, everything is there, and it's well organized. the garage, for the motorcycle is a big plus! What a great location in a very nice, quiet residential area, yet so close to everything. Situated midway between downtown Lisbon and Casçais, this really is the best of both worlds. Great for exercise as the apartment is very close to the beach and coastal walkway, also close to extensive public garden areas and the historic Palácio Marquês De Pombal and associated gardens. Easy access to Lisbon and Casçais by local train (10 mins walk way), or driving via the scenic Avenida Marginal coastal road (almost as fast, and a lot calmer, than via the highway). A great spot from which to explore the Lisbon region.

Paulo and Catarina's home is an absolutely fun, charming, clean, and amazing place. I stayed here with my family and we had a lot of fun with everything walking distance and lots of places to eat at. Thank you for providing a home away from home!

Great apartment in great location. Lots of space to sit and enjoy the sunshine and people watch. Really good to have a parking space although narrow entrance and exit. Really good sushi restaurant in the complex. We had a lovely stay.
