回国已经快一周了，还是很想念在清迈的日子，发现这个公寓已经三年多了，过去的日子里只要回清迈我都会选择这里，房东不再是房东，像是我们多年的好朋友，期待下次相见。想念

Solid place with awesome amenities. Bit far from the city but totally worth it!

First time Airbnb for our group of 6 adults and one kid for Chiang Mai trip.. We stay during Songkran festival. The place is amazing, near the main festival Tha Phae gate and surrounding with cafés and restaurants, clean place. Each room got their own bathroom and important point for us is Khun Nuii is always quick and well response. We can confirm that we made a good decision to stay on this place and for sure we will come back again.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold i lejligheden. Vi havde ikke brug for kommunikation under opholdet - men de gange vi skrev sammen inden, var der hurtig svartid. Generelt en fin lejlighed, men det man havde brug for.

We had a nice stay (1 month). Very communicative, nice host. Awesome pools, nicely equipped gym. Lots of parking and private security. Close to the mall if that's what you fancy. We found the apartment small for us (2 adults) and the wifi in the coworking area was very bad. Thankfully the wifi in the apartment was good. More shelves in the closet as well as generally more storage space would be nice for those staying long term like we did. Overall good stay! :)

This place is a private community with many lanes. We got lost at first, but Pak and his housekeeper came to the rescue just in the nick of time. The communication with Pak was very good. The inside of the house is very spacious and beautiful, but some of the furniture can use some upgrade. The location is good, and the place is very peaceful. We use this house as our place to sleep because we had lots of meetings, so we didn't spend much around the house during the day. The housekeeper is very responsive, helpful and friendly. Thank you for hosting.

The house was nice and big in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay. The only down side was the pool was quite farther away than we expected.

I really enjoyed Pimrats place. Definitely worth the price. I will stay again if I’m in the area. It’s far from the city offers lots of peace and quiet.

This place is just beautiful. It was easy to communicate with Jitrada and she was very friendly and helpful. The place is exactly as on the pictures in a very nice surroundings. We do highly recommend it.

Super séjour. Une villa dans un super cadre : grande piscine, 2 restaurants, 2 cafés, des rizières, des hôtes très gentils, réactifs, souriants, à l’écoute …grab sans difficulté. Tout était parfait pour nous.

自然に囲まれたとても素晴らしいヴィラです。対応も素晴らしく、リラックスして過ごせました。みんな大絶賛の場所でした。またチェンマイに訪れる際は滞在したいです。

Nice condo with swimming pool and beautiful garden. Clean and comfortable apartment. Great WiFi what was important for me as I worked from home.

The place was peaceful and well-equipped, there are food places close by, and convenience store. The only down side was that it got quite hot in the afternoon, but otherwise our stay was very pleasant.

As full time travelers, we have seen it all and are quite picky about where we stay. this place is top tier and met or exceeded all our needs. we ended up adding days and stayed 10 days. everything is super easy from check in, to host communication. the Hosts are very nice and quick to respond to your message. the place is as the pictures show and very clean. the building itself inside is super quiet. you will not hear any neighbors. we did not see any other people at all most days. the gym and pool are nice and easy to access. you will love the size of this condo with two full bathrooms and a comfy couch with big screen smart TV . the main room bed is very comfortable with nice new bedding. the kitchen has what you need to prepare a simple meal. I highly recommend a stay here.

핑강 바로 동쪽에 있습니다. 근처에 유명 관광지나 맛집 그리고 마사지샵은 없습니다. 하지만 번잡하지 않아서 오히려 좋았습니다. 콘도 입구 바로 옆에 맥주, 음료수 등을 살 수 있는 작은 상점이 있고, 핑강을 건너서 도보 7분 거리에 큰 로터스 편의점이 있어서 필요한 물건을 사는 데 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 다양한 과일, 야채, 고기를 저렴한 가격에 살 수 있는 므앙마이 시장도 걸어서 10분이면 충분합니다. 환율이 좋은 Mr Pierre 환전소까지 도보 15분, 올드 타운의 동쪽 입구인 타패 게이트까지 도보 20분 걸립니다. 콘도에서 올드 타운, 님만해민, 골프장을 가기 위해 그랩을 이용해서 택시를 불렀는데 약 5분 이내에 택시가 도착할 정도로 편했습니다. 2개의 침실과 침대의 크기는 만족스러웠습니다. 다만, 마지막 하나는 독립된 침실이 아니라 파티션으로 구분된 부분입니다. 세탁기가 평소에는 잠겨 있는 다용도실(staff only)에 있어서 직접 세탁을 할 수 없었지만 관리인 아주머니가 매일 방문해서 세탁, 청소, 설거지를 해주셨습니다(물론 수고비를 드렸지요. ^^). 관리인 아주머니는 우리가 부탁한 물, 키친 타월 등을 충분히 무료로 제공해 주셨습니다. 의사소통에도 전혀 문제가 없었습니다. 인덕션, 전자레인지, 식기세척기 그리고 아주 많은 식기가 있어서 생활하는 데 편리했습니다. 2월 11일부터 18일까지 7박 8일 묵었고 숙소가 마음에 들어서 하루 연장했습니다. 베란다에서 내려다 보이는 핑강의 야경이 그립습니다.

콘도는 부부가 여행 및 골프치며 한달을 지내기에 부족함이 없었다. 깨끗하고, 공간도 적당히 넓고, 수영장뷰도 좋고, 햇빛이 잘 들어서 빨래도 잘 마르고, 주차장, 헬스장, 수영장 등을 이용할 수 있어서 더욱 좋았다. Lily는 친절하고 불편사항을 즉시 개선해주었으며, 이웃들도 조용한 사람들이어서 매우 편안하게 지냈습니다.

Great Location, Great Amenities! This condo was the perfect base for our Chiang Mai trip. Being right next to Central Festival mall was super convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was responsive and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. We would definitely stay here again!
