We can only recommend this place - we will be back! Annie has been a great host who provides us with all the necessary information in advance and shortly before departure and quickly during the stay with questions responded. We liked the apartment very much, location on the 14th floor was great! Very tasteful interior design. The condo is highly recommended, great opportunities to relax with gym, sauna and especially the mega roof top pool!!! It was awesome! Very friendly staff, right across the street is a 7eleven - in case you need anything. In the area there are some nice places, the night market can be easily reached in about 15 minutes on foot, the old town in about 30 minutes walk - just top location! Looking forward to our next stay with you Annie!

Gary, the host, did everything in line with me. My friend broke the check-in time and waited until late at night even though there was a problem. The accommodation was clean and like my home. I don't know if it's because I don't have the next schedule, but they adjusted the checkout time and provided me with convenience. There is a food court where you can enjoy clean local food in 5 minutes on foot, and Maya Soping Mall is also a 6-jun on foot, so it was very comfortable. We had such a lovely stay at the apartment in Chang Phueak! It was super clean and spacious, with a perfect location near restaurants, malls, and the night market. Jennie and her team were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We absolutely recommend staying here—it was just perfect!

I loved that the accommodation was quiet and secluded! On Saturday, there was a night market right in front of the accommodation, so it was easy to see, and there were many things to do. Above all, they welcomed us kindly and the quick response was the best! However, it was a pity that the lighting in the house was a little dark! It's definitely a place I'm willing to come again!! I made so happy memories ~ Thank you♡

Friends are very satisfied with the overall feeling of this homestay. We specially arranged to stay in the homestay for half a day to enjoy the indoor facilities: billiards table, swimming pool, karaoke and barbecue grill. It was like having a happy party. It was very memorable. The homestay is not far from the mall and supermarket. Great, recommended.

The room is not far from tourist attractions. Easy to get around. The house feels as warm as home. Fully equipped. There is a small kitchen. Everything is available. The bedroom has a soft and comfortable bed. Impressive.🫶🏻

Great place! I wish my group could have stayed longer. At first, it driving to the place may not look as nice, but once at the property, the place is amazing! Better than photo. The view is beautiful and outside is well kept.

The apartment is well located and walkable to Nimman 1, maya mall.The room is well equipped and the balcony mountain view is magnificent.The homeowner was very responsive and communicative.Temporary due to late check out and house owner openly.Friendly and quiet neighborhood.Renovated during stay, working hours can be noisy, can't do it.The balcony door is screened and sealed but still can hear the airplane.But it doesn't affect my sleep.I'll come back when I get the chance. Great view, quiet, spacious studio apartment. As stated in previous reviews there was no toilet paper, soap or drinking water - but I knew what to expect and so brought these things with me. Korvith was responsive when we had a problem with getting hot water and sent help immediately, problem fixed. The bed was comfortable … all in all, a good experience.
