Even with the lake closed this is a great place/host to stay with. If you’re primarily looking for lake experience you might want to ask host before booking. This host has the best cancellation policy and he will work with you on any adjustments but I didn’t need any on my stay. Highly enjoyed this place and the host experience.

Our favorite Airbnb stay to date! This place is gorgeous! It was very clean! Lori and Steve made us feel so welcome! They added some very personal touches. Main Street was lots of fun. They were having a festival and we got to do some shopping. We went to the Vault and met some locals. The area is so neat. Quiet area considering the location. We will most definitely be back when we can stay longer. One night is not enough! We fell in love with this area! Lori & Steve are the best hosts we have encountered thus far! I highly recommend staying here!

I wish we had known there were 117 steps one way to get to the swimming dock/boat slip. We took my MIL so she could enjoy the boat, but she was only able to make it once due to the climb. Jennifer was extremely helpful and friendly. she helped me find a local company to rent an extra boat slip from. She was responsive as well. Another thing on the boat ramp is that you have to have a 4-wheel drive, or you'll definitely struggle loading and unloading your boat. If your boat is any bigger than 21ft, you're better off finding a different ramp. This is by no means Jennifer's fault, but helpful information nonetheless. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the swimming dock was a lot of fun.

This is definitely a hidden gem. Right off an area with lots of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping is this beautiful tucked away dream location. It is so peaceful; it was hard to believe that we could walk to dinner or the store. The home was wonderful, we felt so comfortable and had everything we needed or wanted. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone who needs to be close to everything but still feel like they are way out in the country. We will be staying here again.

Just incredible; by far the best stocked and most accommodating stay I've ever had. Clear directions, easy check-in. All the beds had linens and pillows. Bathroom closet full of towels and wash cloths. Kitchen very well stocked. Staples, cooking supplies, pots/pans/flatware/silverware/utensils. Multiple coffee makers, electric skillet. The location itself is perfect. Private roads, no people around. Quiet, privacy, great scenery. Dog friendly. Walk in and there's a food mat complete with water bowl. This is going on my list for repeat visits. Thanks again!

This was our third year staying at this home for the holidays and it’s always a great gathering place for our family. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space ands also to get the whole group together for meals & our gift exchange. There have been some noticeable updates over last year, with several maintenance improvements. Beautiful place, nicely decorated. A couple notes: the path along the side of the house can be a little slippery so be careful. Also, the pool wasn’t open during our stay due to the cost of maintaining the heat (there had also been some condensation issues in previous years so it makes sense) - but double-check beforehand if you’re planning to swim to see if it’ll be available. Overall a really great stay!

Anton’s place was amazing! Perfect location and was very clean! I will definitely be staying here again!

Single level was awesome for two elderly couples, and two other adult couples. It was awesome having four bedrooms with Individual bathrooms. Kitchen was nice but needed to be a little more stocked. It’s awesome to be able to use the grill and the porch was beautiful and very peaceful. Next time we are in Branson, we will be looking to use this group again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We had a couple issues come up but the owners were very communicative which kept my rating at 5 stars. It’s a very beautiful place, clean, and the private pool, hot tub and game room were amazing! Kept my family busy when we were just hanging around the house 😊 Even with the golf cart out of use during our stay, everything was still within walking distance (swimming/fishing docks, basketball court).

Such a stunning place and gorgeous location! It was absolutely perfect for our leadership team retreat, both for our meeting times as well as when it was time to relax!

This home is beautifully decorated and well stocked beyond anything we have had in the past. It is warm and inviting and very comfortable. The hosts are close by, responsive and even came over one time to answer a question on the fireplace. The paddleboat was a huge hit with our college age grandkids and having the downstairs to themselves was nice. This is a home that we will book in the future. Our group of nine give high marks on every aspect of staying there!

House was in a very nice neighborhood and very quiet. Will choose this property again next time.

Literally the best AirBnB I’ve ever stayed at. Kari was such a kind and responsive host and the property was incredible. Incredibly clean with games available for kids. Every room was spotless and it was so convenient that every bedroom had its own full bathroom. This place was so wonderful, this will likely be the only place we stay in Branson. I’ve shared this listing with so many people bc how much we enjoyed staying here.

Super cute villa! The loft bedroom has no shower, so keep that in mind when choosing! Otherwise it was a perfect spot for us to celebrate our friend’s wedding.

Loved the place it was easy for my grandma to get wrong in her electric chair just the room wasn’t big enough for the chair but it was awesome place

We (a group of four older women) stayed at this location and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We were able to take our day trips and have an extremely comfortable place to come home to in the evenings. The villa is easy to get to, with shopping nearby, and lots of attractions to see. We would highly recommend staying with Leroy and Judy!

Steve was quick to respond with my questions and especially being on Thanksgiving Day. I will definitely stay there again. It was perfect for my husband and me.

Very nice area away from the main drag. Very easy to get around Branson on all the backroads to the shows. It was a girls trip so perfect setup for 4 women with en suite baths in each bedroom. Had a few questions at first and host was very responsive. Place was clean and well equipped. Great deck….relaxing, private and looking out at the woods behind. Would stay again.
