Great apartment for 2 people to spend time in Downtown KC! The host Caleb was very responsive and had great check in instructions! Street car access is close and there is so much to do! Plenty of Uber and Lyft cars around if you need to go further out of the city. Place was nice and clean, and security staff were very helpful and friendly! Had a dead battery when we went to leave and security had us back on the road in less than 45 minutes! Thank you for that! Checking in is a simple process but can be confusing if you don’t read the instructions carefully! Building is a bit confusing when you first arrive but we had it down after a few times leaving and returning! If I had to find one bad with this place it would be the squeaky metal bed frame. While the mattress is comfortable, the bed frame needs to be tightened, and have some WD-40 treatment. 4.8 out of 5 for sure will be using again when visiting downtown KC again! Cheers

I don’t think I can put in words, what you are getting when you stay here and at that price too! Plenty of space, water and snacks and a huge yard for the kids to run around on. The direction Priscilla gave were needed as Apple Maps took me to not the right house, google maps was spot on but with her directions, we were right as rain. We were only there for one night but it seems like there is enough to do in the town that I could see us coming back for some more time. We would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks again!

Rob and Brenda had a very nice spot in downtown KC. We had a concert at the T-Mobile Center and it was really nice to walk over. Plus there are a multitude of wonderful restaurants in the area, as well as, the apartment is situated close to the river market district!

We were all very happy with our stay! Everything was clean and tidy. We walked downtown to eat dinner, see the Mississippi River up close, and stopped for ice cream. Everyone slept so well! I would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Scott’s apartment in Hot Springs! The place was clean, comfortable, and felt like a true home away from home. Scott was a great host—very responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was just right during my visit.

Excellent, convenient and great home. It was spotless and welcoming. Total lack of any clutter, was modern. Sam and Khalilah were immediately responsive and addressed any concerns. We will be back to stay again at this delightful home.

I can’t thank Bill and Kay enough. They went above and beyond to accommodate my family, without even knowing just how much we needed the kindness. I booked their BnB as a stop on a long journey to bring my special needs daughter to Texas, where we could access better medical care. What they didn’t know is that just a few months ago, my daughter was fighting for her life—and this move was both urgent and incredibly stressful. Even without knowing our story, Bill and Kay showed us warmth, support, and generosity that made a world of difference. Their peaceful and beautiful surroundings gave me a moment to breathe when I truly needed it. I wholeheartedly recommend their home to anyone looking for not just a stay—but a place where you’re genuinely cared for. You won’t regret it.

This place was amazing. The view was great, which we enjoyed every evening from the hot tub. The cabin is clean and very spacious. The beds were super comfortable which was nice. The hosts were very helpful with our questions and quickly responded. We will look to book again next year.

The Carriage House was just as described and is an absolutely stunning space. It was just my daughters and I and we felt very safe and at home.

The host was always available to answer any messages we had. They were quick and kind with their responses. We enjoyed the hot tub, the teenagers loved the bottom floor, and the balconies were great spaces to hang out on. Hope we can come back again!!

A very cute little place nicely renovated in the city , close to a lot of things. The backyard is the plus. Thank you. So much for the accommodations , even if my dog may have killed a snake for you. lol 😆 🤣

The best AirBnB we've ever stayed in, hands down, and we've stayed in many around the U.S. They've thought of anything you might need, and the quality of everything - from the construction of the house, to amenities, to the linens, to the artwork and other decor - all TOP NOTCH. Christene's house is always a great place to stay! The neighborhood is quiet and it's such a convenient location for us when staying in Sedalia. Christene keeps the house well stocked and so homey. Would definitely stay again!

This is by far the best Air B&B experience I’ve had. From the moment we walked in we were just so happy. Nicely decorated, very homey and lots of healthy plants. Comfortable beds and soft sheets and comforters. Plenty of big thirsty towels. Also, I have never stayed somewhere so stocked with thoughtful extras. Games in the closet, cleaning supplies, snacks and water, just everything! A helpful home guide, and very quiet neighborhood. My daughter is going to college here in the fall and we’re already hoping it’s available for the next stay and every one after!

This was a great stay! A beautiful location and the host was very informative on the entire process. Would recommend!

I made the reservation around 10 pm the night before we were heading to Branson and was worried about getting check-in info timely. About 5 min after I paid I had a text with address and door code! Super responsive and also text me the day of to let us know it was available earlier! The keypad on the door was nice so we didn't have to keep track of a key. Place was clean and beds were comfy. Shower was amazing too. Grounds were well kept and the pool closest to the condo looked nice although we didn't have time to enjoy it. It was an easy drive to SDC without all the traffic and not far from the main strip either. We'd definitely stay again.

This was a great location and the host was super-responsive. We usually got a response back within 5 mins of sending a message. One of the biggest perks of this location was the availability of their 4 level 2 EV chargers(they use the J1772 connection) that the host has at the office about 1/2 mile away from the condo. For our Tesla, it charged at about 34 miles per hour and it was free to use as part of our reservation. The host and her husband were really friendly and helpful - they offered to drive me back to the condo while my car charged, but I chose to bring along some snacks and drinks and just watch Hulu in the car while it charged. The host and her husband live on site, so when we arrived late in the evening, after 8pm, I was able to charge up at the main office so that I wouldn’t have to worry about it the next day. The condo was as described in the post and was very clean. The location was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

Jon's place was everything we imagined it would be. Very well kept and accessible to so many things. Jon was extremely polite and responsive. I will recommend and stay again.

Loved this cute little condo! Walking distance from the lake, indoor & outdoor pools make the weather bearable regardless! Everyone was friendly, pretty private for being a complex, renter was friendly and super helpful! We even forgot a few things in the room and she was super understanding. Tons of local things to do and great food, Would definitely rent again!

Great place! We stayed for the weekend to attend a baseball tournament at Memorial Park. Loved this place! Comfy beds, everything we needed, clean, easy check in, good location. We will stay again.
